If you want to be paid on time do not go here....I repeat do not go here! There were multiple instances where I submitted my papers on time, they confirmed receiving them but did not send over my hours resulting in me having to wait until the next Friday to receive payment. The staff in office do not care about the staff who are actually going out there and doing the work with the clients..... meeting are long, repetitive and drawn out.There were few people who seemed to care but then again did they really ? My supervisor on the other hand was was supportive and assisted me in areas that I needed help with ...

Run away, dont work at this low level place.The so call Director is incredibly self centered and narcissistic fool. They are unorganized and do not know how to communicate effectively at all. They will called you late about your paperwork and you wont get paid on time. They will pretend that they didnt received your paperwork. They will lied on you and called you a criminal.

My daughter had an appointment to start her medication they canceled the appointment and whenever I call to reschedule they’re saying they don’t have a doctor there that can prescribe mediations which is ridiculous it doesn’t make any sense I said so i need you guys to lead me somewhere that I can get my child’s mediation started for her adhd and do you think they were any help with that he’ll no and this has been for 3 weeks now so now I’m going to have to start the whole process over with a new behavioral clinic.

I really appreciate them all at Dunbar they have really helped my daughter with her behavior issues.. They also have helped me a lot with learning the behaviour traits that my children picks up.. I really Appreciate them..

My daughters evaluation was scheduled in southwest Philadelphia nobody told us that. We went to Parkside location where we first signed up for services. When we got there the receptionist was very rude and condescending. There was no communication as to a changein locations for the evaluation. why would I take my child there, when the person at the front desk has a mental problem?

Just from calling the woman on the phone was RUDE and did not make me feel as if she was there to help in any way shape or form. She was clearly scripted “you can walk in and do an intake”, without reasonable explanation as to why or what that would consist of, almost as if I had annoyed her and it was her personal phone. You’re dealing with MENTAL HEALTH CASES, this is not the place to have an attitude, people. Disabled people everywhere are sensitive when it’s comes to getting help as it is, and it’s just pathetic to have such insensitive people on the phone. I understand why you have the low rating that you do. And as a result I would like to go somewhere else but unfortunately in society an office near home is hard to come by leaving patients forced to seek help from businesses THEY DONT STAND BEHIND. I’m extremely disappointed and even considering going without medication I need to take everyday bc those types of nasty people only make my condition worse. Y’all need to do better.

They are two faced, back stabbing rats. No help at all in any way what so ever. Just in it for the insurance money. Oh. And big ass liars all around. Dont go there.
