The staff here was very nice and I even had multiple people trying to assist me in finding an engagement ring for my girlfriend. Little disappointed that I could not qualify for a credit card so I could elevate the purchase I was making with a credit score of 660. I guess they needed a 700 or maybe because I was from another state but im happy I chose this store.

My wife and I celebrating 22 years of marriage she wanted me to upgrade the ring that she have. I spent two hours looking for a ring at my local mall I went into 3 different jewelry stores no luck. Just as I was about to give up I walked into Zales jewelry store half an hour later walked up with the ring that I want it

Okay, came back to the store. An older, more experienced lady took care of us - great service. She knew what we wanted, got us to spend an additional +$500 in another ring and got us a return receipt for the old one.

Let me tell you how Zales here in Franklin Mills has drastically changed. I was very distraught, I just had lost 4 of my diamonds out of my wedding ring and Katie (the so called store manager) made my experience 10 times worse!!! Katie is very loud, rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional!!!! I dont know how she even became a store manager. She has no level of compassion or understanding!! She talks too much, you cant get a word in, and she was basically forcing a replacement ring on me that I did not like! I miss Joanna, they need to bring her back.....I will NEVER go to this store again!!!!!!!!!

Came here a little late however the time listed states the store is open until 9:30. So arriving at 8:50. You’d figure we’d at least be seen or spoken to. Walk up all the gates are closed. We ask your already closed (one gate was still open) she said “Yes. In 5 minutes” “What you want” were her exact words. We said nothing specific wanted to see some wedding bands. She said “we closed at 9”... how it jumped from 8:50. To 8:55 (close in 5 minutes) to 9:00 “we closed at 9” she clearly didn’t want to do her job. Very rude and put a damper on the entire experience. Will NOT be going back to this location. Half an hour before listed closing or not!

Horrendous experience. I called ahead for a specific product, learning that I would be able to order it and have it shipped to the store, for in-store pick up. I also learned that the store closed at 9pm as I needed to have my ring size measured. I arrived at 8pm and the sales associate who assisted me sized my finger in 10 minutes. I asked that we look up my product, as I had the item number, to determine the warranty I would pay and order my item. The sales associate informed me at 8:10pm to come in another day during earlier hours as the computers are slow and it would take a long time to locate my item. She also suggested that I did not need my item right away. The sales associate displayed extremely poor customer service, the worst I have ever experienced, especially in a jewelry store. Needless to say, I left. The sales associate does not even deserve a rating of 1 star.

Horrific, awful, terrible endless cycle of corporate BS via our engagement ring purchase at this store! The most important, special piece of jewelry in my life was made into the most stressful and disturbing experience!First, when my ring went for sizing, it took triple as long as we were told and THEN when we call in for an update, the man at the store told us he had no account under our name and that corporate had no record of my ring!!! After much back and forth and far too much time, we finally got it back.After that, within 6 months of having my ring finally, the DIAMOND FALLS OUT! The store manager, JoAnna, was very kind and apologetic and said she would try her best to speed along the process and seemed genuine enough. However, after the time frame of expected arrival passed and I called to pick up my ring (mind you I am getting married very soon) the other woman at the store tells me she will have to call me back with an update. Corporate calls shortly after saying my ring is ready for pick-up. I had been very specific about willing to wait the allotted time frame so the exact diamond of the matching high quality and clarity would be properly replaced. Do you know what the woman handed me in a wrapped up little box, as if I wouldnt check??! A ring with a diamond that looked like a dirty grey pebble from the sidewalk! Despicable!!!I have even left my feedback via corporate customer service and still have yet to receive a formal apology almost a week later. WE WILL NEVER, EVER BE ZALES CUSTOMERS AGAIN! WORST COMPANY IN EXISTENCE. As soon as I finally receive my ring back in proper condition, we will never step foot in another Zales again and I will be sure to make my story extremely public and well-known to the community, as well as everyone I know. ZALES: YOU ARE A DISGRACE OF A COMPANY!

The one woman was rude and acted like she didn’t care to help us so I went to Kay Jewelers instead and got great service. I bought from zales before but the employee was so rude I didn’t want to spend even a dime there today.

My fiancé bought my engagement ring from this Zales store and the staff was very helpful. After the proposal we had to get my ring sized and I was able to keep my ring until the new size arrived at the store and was able to swap it out with no problem.

The sales rep lie to make their commission, they told me to sign up for zales credit card and it’s interest free for one year, but left the part out about if i don’t finish paying them off they will charge me the interest incurred over the whole year, talked to supervisor for zales credit card and he said all sales reps lie to make their commission and there’s nothing he can do, so don’t fall for their lies plus their service sucks
