I love the diamond depot at Philadelphia mills mall. Shaka is always helpful and knows her jewelry and knows exactly what i like without me even saying any thing. Scammed me on a chain said numerous times i wanted atleast 28 . He said he had a 26.. went and put it on his ruler behind the counter and said this is 26. Well guess what its 24 inches. ... asked for my receipt 3 times he kept doing other things. I have it all on video . Gave me my finance papers. Half blurred. I didnt need but no receipt knowing dam well what he was doing... thats fraud my man and I have proof . Its 24 inch we agreed on 26 and it all blurred out and no other receipt.. Hopefully u can make it right 🙏

Do not even attempt to buy from here ! I bought two pairs of earrings of studs due to my infant pulling on my hoops. They told me one pair was $280 and I asked to show me only gold and white gold as i am allergic to fake jewelry. Sold me a pair of white gold studs and a pair of gold and white gold studs. A week later my ear started to feel funny, took them off and found out that the white gold ones were FAKE and made my ear infected . The gold and white gold ones are fine. Not only that but the day before I bought then they said they were 10k gold the next day they said it was 14k gold!! DONT Do it to yourself . Im reporting them after this review

The diamond depot is a rip off he is a crook. They are selling fake jewelry stamped as real silver and gold. I purchased an item and found it was brass and not silver took it back and exchanged it for something that we were assured was real, and again just to be sure had the metal tested it was also fake.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Returned to just browse about 5yrs ago where I met Shaq and she is one of the sweetest ppl I have ever met and the best saleswomen hands dwn. I knw its business but when purchasing jewelry from Shaq its like working with family where we both get something out of the transaction with no haggling. I get a great deal and nice quality jewelry while Shaq gets a profitable sale. For jewelry I dont go anywhere else other than Shaq and the Diamond depot. They took advantage of my fiancee who bought me and overly priced watch and very ugly, which they recommended to him in the store and charged him around 120 on 6/16/18, looked for the same watch online and was no more than 60$ . He doesnt speak well English and they saw that and took advantage of him. Just horrible, why did he not just go to Macys, it was a birthday present that I hate

I brought a watch from here only to realize after two weeks it had internal damage! I took it back to get it fixed and they charged me $25 dollars. After a additional two weeks the watch malfuctioned again!! So I return to get a refund because they sold me a broken watch!! they never refunded my money and I have to take them to court to get my money back!!! WARNING!!! DONT BUY HERE!!

My boyfriend went to diamond Depot in May bought a $6500 engagement ring for me, at second day, we found infomation in document he gave us was different from what he wrote down on a piece of paper when we want to buy the ring, also we have told him we want to buy certified diamond, we have been told the diamond is certified, the certification is not in the store, we will get it when we come back to pick up the ring next day. We feel we were ripped of by him, so we told him we want to get refund, he reject to refund money and also he still hold the ring in last two months. Period, he is crook, stay away from diamond depot. i am going to send demand money letter to him, then file small claims court. And I am going to report small buiness bureau for this business. Also I am going to talked to Frankly Mills Mall office to report the rip off deal from diamond deport
