Sung is a good dude . I ordered both a chain with him personally and also a custom design logo pendant for our company and he delivered. Great communication from start to finish and gave great advice and expertise during the process . I will be going back to Sung for any future needs. A+

So disappointed I bought a ring had it sized half a size up from original size.paid the extra to have it sent out to be sized. When I got the ring back I noticed a stone missing. Thought maybe it was supposed to be made that way so I dismissed it until two weeks later I noticed another stone missing this one is in such a place that it is very noticeable. Before I could even let that bother me 3weeks later I notice the ring is split completely throughout on the area they used to size my ring. Now it’s been one month and two weeks since my purchase to the date. I bring my ring back to Joseph Jacob Jewelers in cherry hill mall. No accommodations are made just an apology and they can fix it but I have to pay more money to have it repaired. Absolutely disappointed I’ve bought jewelry from them in the past but this was the one that made me feel completely turned off by them and the poor quality of the jewelry.

This is really my most favorite jewelry store. Not only because of the deals but sung makes me feel like family. With not only his customer service but his sincere honesty and his professionalism and his experience. He always has me looking great every time I leave. And I be feeling like a star lol. He also doesn’t let me spend money if he doesn’t feel I need to. Unlike other places who just tries to sell you things...he gives u an image and makes u feel good about it. He reimbursement half my money, which was fair, since he had cleaned my watch free of charge. 2.he cleaned my rings that were on my fingers free of charge. Again, he wanted to make things right and hopefully have me as a future customer. Overall, he made me whole.

The Franklin mills/ philadelphia mills location is the best around, he always takes care of us to the full extent and we always find beautiful beautiful watches there for 80% of marketed price!!! Try to get new watches every few months but we wont go anywhere else but here!! Ask for Sung he will take care of you and always do his best to offer you uncompatible prices!! Ive waited for a year to get my ring sized because I dont trust anyone with my ring and finally found someone trust worthy and that does great work, had my ring sized and he did an awesome job!!! You cant even tell it was cut and put back together!! Also I bought a watch here and I am extremely rough with my watches I had lost a diamond in it and I came in and he replaced it with no questions and took care of us on that as well and had it fixed in 10 mins!!!
