They have a nice inventory at an ok price, but their attention to customer service is awful. They push customers in and out so fast without even looking in your face or bothering to care about knowing your name. You can visit them a 100 times and the would never know your name.

I took my earrings here to be repaired and the repair job was horrible!...Please do not buy here or have your jewelry repaired here. Not only do they sell fake gold jewelry they take your real gold jewelry and do horrible repairs on them and have the nerve to be upset because you are not happy with the work that was done. I paid and left to never return again.

I had a diamond ring for over 20 years yellow gold band recently I took it there to get cleaned and resize the band is so thin and the prongs ro hold diamond broke I believe they switched my diamond and made my band super thin. They always want to make ya ring bigger than your finger. Do they can thin it out DONT GO THERE

I had already suffered a house robbery where they took me all my gold garments, especially some earrings they made for me 💔 after that, a few years I moved from Philly and it has been 8 years since I go there, and I cant wait any longer I need to go ASAP ! I dont trust anywhere else and I cant find one where I live anyway.

GREAT customer service !!! I completely forgot about a watch i had there and they are so trust worthy they had it saved for me. All so kind and helpful, now I understand why this has been my parents jewelry store for years and years. Mind you my parents are spanish speaking barely know English and they always find the way to make them happy.

WARNING THEY ARE SELLING 8KT GOLD AS 10KT GOLD!!!!!I had bought my daughter a pair of earrings with her name on them on Sept. 2015. I paid $360.00 for the earrings that were supposed to be 10kt gold, in about a month i started to notice that they were changing color, so i took them to another jeweler to get them check to see if they were 10kt gold, to then come and find out that they are only 8kt gold. The jeweler told me that, that is way they dont have a stamp for 10kt gold. he explained to me that it is illegal to stamp 10kt on 8kt and that Twin Jewelry knows that. So i want back to Twin Jewelry explained the situation and told them what the other jeweler told me. They were so nice to help me. I ask them to show me where the stamp for 10kt gold was on the earrings and they could not find it. Then they told my that they were going to give me another pair of earrings and that this pair were going to have the stamp for 10kt gold. I went back a week or so after that to pick up the earring. they gave me the earring and showed me the stamp for 10kt gold. I thought that everything was fine, but two weeks later my daughter want to put on the earrings for the first time and they turned colors again. I am thinking of taking the to court, because like the other jewelry told me it is illegal to stamp 10kt on 8kt and Twin Jewelrys just stamp 10kt on 8kts. So when you go buy any gold jewelry from this Twin Jewelry store make sure it is what you are paying for.

I didnt know 5th St had its own Jewelers row..I was very impressed with Twin Jewelry.. my new jewelry store!

I took three diamond rings to get fitted and when I got them back some of the diamonds fell out. I took them back to get them fixed and they put the diamonds back in but the rings were dis - formed. They had no solution for these rings. They never offered to replace them or to compensate me for the horrible work that they did. I will never take another piece of jewelry to have work done here ever again.
