SCAN SCAM SCAM, would say 1 of the worst companies Ive ever delt with but they have never picked me up for a single appt. the phone number is full of ads then send you to direct TV. Had them twice this week no one showed for either trip even tho they lied and said someone was outside walk out no one is there a little digging turns out they are taking trips from Florida even tho they are located in Philadelphia and have no office in Florida so unless they are sending drivers 16hours away they are taking trips they have no intention of picking up great idea for a scam tho I give them that insurance will pay them as long as they claim to have showed up!!

They are NEVER on time or they don’t show up! My mom has waited on them on several occasions where they were a hour late or they pick her up from her facility too early!! The pits. You ask to speak to the owner and he NEVER calls you back like REALLY and your the owner?!?? Ratchet as they come. I’m looking for a new company as we speak, they crossed the line when they made her miss CHURCH.

Our family had made arrangements with Med Transit to pick up our father and wheelchair bound mother on Christmas Day and bring them to my house. Knowing it was Christmas Day, the scheduler confirmed they were able to do the transport. The company was paid in full. Today, Christmas Day, the driver never showed up to pick up my parents. After leaving several voicemails to Med Transit with no return calls, someone finally answered the phone. My sister was told the driver decided she didn’t want to work. Please beware of making any kind of transport arrangements with this company as their drivers are very unreliable. They show no commitment to their job and customers. Christmas was a very upsetting day.

Horrible dirty inside office wth trash food flies buses broken down they license and inspections kuds laying around no insulation

Very unreliable, unprofessional, and inconsistent. Pick ups and drop offs are never on time and often drivers are no call no show. Totally unacceptable for a transportation company which clients depend on for scheduled events.
