Week after week they skip one if not both deliveries. Somehow billing doesn’t change and no discounts offered. Meanwhile our tenants have dumpsters with heaps of trash every single week.

I am manager of 7562 haverford ave. They didnt take my trash today. So i called office. Christine took phone. She told me she would notice truck driver take my trash. But nobody came. I think their procedure has problem. Many people work there. But they dont work right.

There is really no worse customer service than them. It has been 7 years since I used their company! They keep adding money, and no one can solve the problem by calling customer service! My friends are also using their company, they are complaining about this company! Their service is as rubbish as their company! !
