Terrible experience with AJ. I scheduled a couch removal for 11am, I message him about my buildings specific loading dock situation and he says hell be there closer to 11:30. No problem so I wait. At 11:40 I ask where he is, he says traffic says hes 45 minutes away. Already bad but I ask if he can reschedule for 3pm, he says Alright so I assume were all good.I message him at 2:45 asking about their ETA and dont hear back from him. I message him again at 3:15 and say that if he isnt there by 4 to just cancel the whole thing. He never responds to either message. Completely unacceptable - I understand that things come up and traffic and all that, irritating but not awful. Doing it twice is flat out disrespectful of my time.

Absolutely fantastic service. Needed to get rid of my furniture super last minute, and no one else was available. When I called these guys, an actual human being, not an answering machine, picked up the phone and got me set up to pick it up right away, even though it was already like 7pm. Literally showed up in less than an hour, got it done within seconds, paid them, and it was all done. I was shocked how easy they made it, especially when everywhere else required you to book it online and go through answering machines. Super nice as well, really can’t recommend them enough.

I tried to use this business for a furniture removal. They were responsive at first but then didnt show or call for the appointment day/time, two days in a row. The first time they said there was a problem with a vehicle emergency, so we rescheduled for the next day. They didnt call or show the next day, either. I called and they answered and said they were on their way. They still never showed up or called after several hours! I tried calling again and the line went straight to voicemail.....

Arranged a time and placed 2 weeks in advance. Placed everything as agreed and they never showed up and no word after.Reply to comment: not fake, just a customer who had to call another company. Anyone reading this should do the same. (Minus 5 hours for the message timestamp, they changed as Im in the UK now)

Very helpful! I I used them to pick up some old furniture and trash from the curb of my apartment that I just moved out of. They relieved all my stress related to it and were very assuring they could get the job done. I called in the late evening and they said theyd be able to get to it that night or first thing the next morning. They did an excellent job and even sent me before and after photos since I was out of town. I was able to get a quote for it all by sending a picture ahead of time. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because they did not let me know that the removal was delayed by the rain and I had to follow up when I did not hear from them by the next afternoon to confirm that they were still able to do the job.

AJ was very courteous and kind about my location and a pick up time. He called me when he got to my house and picked up 2 mattresses and put them in, in less than 10 minutes. AJ also explained the billing on the call before I made the decision to use his companies services. I highly recommend their services and I am very happy on how quickly things were removed. 10/10 would use again if I need any kind of removal service, most likely wouldn’t use anyone else.

As a person who has her own bu7, this company is very unprofessional, the first day I called and the man AJ never showed up claimed an emergency, I even gave him the benefit of the doubt and said he could come the next day, the next day again I called no answer, I texted no answer. Put me in a bind to try and find another company last minute. UNACCEPTABLE.

I used this company to remove some stuff from my house. They did a great job. It was fast and at a great price! Will use them again!

I am so happy with their service! I had a deadline of noon to return the keys to my last house to my landlord and didnt realize I had way too much trash to just leave there. I found this company on Google, called and left a message at 7:30am Sunday. Andrew called me back about an hour later and even though it was super last minute he made arrangements within the hour to come out to me by noon or earlier!! He kept in touch through the morning to let me know his timeline and sure enough by 11:40am they arrived and everything was gone in minutes! Very respectful and professional. I will def recommend their services and will use them again if needed :) Thank you again Andrew you are a life saver! (There was a lot more I wound up adding after I took this photo)

Called AJ about some appliances I had that were not removed by the company as promised that delivered new appliances. I had them taken apart and put outside and he arrived same day I call ed. Quoted a fair price for same day, was responsive via phone and text. Got the job done!

Needed some office furniture and about 20 bags of construction debris removed and hauld away from my office in old city Philadelphia. Andrew was easy to work with on pricing as well as scheduling. I called Philadelphia Junk Removal at around 6:30p.m on a Sunday because i had barbecue earlier in the day and i had invited some family and friends over well after a couple of hours eating and having fun and everyone packed up left and i realized so much trash had accumulated and when i got all the trash together it ended being about 15 bags of garbage but unfortunately the city trash pick up day wasnt in till Tuesday so i called Philadelphia Junk Removal and (A.J) answered the phone very professional i explained my situation to him he was able to work with me and scheduled me in for same day service.

AJ was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. I called late on a monday he came on tuesday and was more than happy to work around my schedule and squeeze me in. They will be getting my business again long before I even think of calling anyone else.

So heres the deal I live in newyork and im in the process of I hired a company to do a demolition on a property in folcrot pa. THEY NEVER TOLD ME I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE for the clean up! Philadelphia Junk Removal came same day and removed Everything in 2 hours time wich is awesome because the drive from philly to Ny is not something you want to start late (1200 sqft) 5 stars for me.

This company has no accountability. They will ignore your phone calls and the office address is fake. No office. Still waiting on an emailed reveipt.10 days later. Driver forgot the receipt book.

I have been looking for someone to pick up some old damaged pallets I had at my house. I have had bad luck with people simply flaking and not picking up or the prices have been $250 to $300 to do. Not only did this company come by with 48 hours, they were super polite, very respectful AND 25% cheaper than everyone else. I plan on giving them all my business moving forward.

Need a house clean out in the university city section of south Philadelphia. From large furniture to to just junk it was very cluttered in the property. Fast polite and affordable if you need furniture removal or junk/trash pick up in philly check these guys out there awesome and give you junk removal on the cheap too:).

Called to book a piano removal service about an hour ago I apologized for last minute scheduling but to my surprise they fit me in and sent out a truck immediately due to the fact Im moving and would have had a hefty fine if I did not get the piano removed. As of right now my piano is gone and I am out of my bind thanks AJ & Don.

Needed some construction waste and bags of trash hauled out from a kitchen rehab in North East Philadelphia. I originally thought my drywall contractors would be responsible for tear down AND disposal of the Construction debris but apparently not. Very affordable cost to get the demo trash out. they showed up when they said they would and came in a few hundred bucks CHEAPER then our first offer. Ill be calling them back to do another Haulout in south philly next month!

I have been shopping around and have been calling a few companies to remove some living room furniture. Sofas, love seat, night stand and a some companies were coming upwards close to $400. Philadelphia Junk Removal came in well under that number. AJ was super fast, curious and on time. My junk was removed within 2 hours of placing the call. Thanks guys!

You can find better. He did the job but had to come back because it wouldnt all fit and didnt come when he said he would. Then he got back to me and said he would come back that evening and would refund me $50 for the trouble. He came back later and got the stuff but didnt refund the $50.

Worst experience dealing with them! Extremely unprofessional. Showed up HOURS late took one load to a dump 12 minutes from the house and didnt return for 2+ hours and didnt answer and calls while gone and left one of his workers at my house while he disappeared for that time. That worker informed us that he does this to him a lot. When they finally showed back up my cousin told them they are done and we didnt want then to finish. We were very unhappy with their service. After pleading with us to finish Andrew started to cuss us and my neighbors out while driving away telling us he has our address and hell have his people roll up on us. So unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone!

I was referred to this company by a friend that uses them. I live in philly needed some carpet removal service. Friendly on time and even gave me a $20 discount because they were 20 minutes late.
