Horrible company, don’t use these people. They come faithful to collect the money and wait two weeks to get the trash. I called every phone number on the website. No one answered the phone for days on end. This is very frustrating

Awful. My building uses this company and they pickup at 4am despite telling them the law says 7am. The owner knowingly breaks the law.

I was verbally threatened by Michael. He is very aggressive and I fear that he needs mental help otherwise he will eventually hurt someone.Do not give them your money.

Residents beware! These employees are aggressive and ready to attack. As you can see from the video, they have no regard for the law, or the fact that they were illegally dumping at 5:40am. To top it off, they seem to think its illegal to take their picture in public.After calling me a slew of explicit words, the one employee hit me in the face with his hat and then spit at me. The video shows the first battery, after which I had to put my phone down to fend him off. Luckily, I kept the time stamped photos and one of many videos.This is not only assault and battery, it is a huge threat to any resident that attempts to approach them or document their illegal activity. Please be careful when interacting with them. I am currently waiting on the police to show up so that I can identify the assailant.We are compiling a class action lawsuit against this company and various others (Gold Medal Environmental, Accurate, and more) for continuing to violate the citys 7am ordinance and dump at illegal hours. Same drivers as before (the one who verbally assaulted me and the other that physically assaulted me). They threatened to bury me and put my husband in the hospital. Police were called.
