This was the second time I used them to cart away a bunch of construction debris. The entire team from the receptionist to the workers were first class. The workers showed on time, honored the price quoted, and left the place clean. I’d use ez cleanup again without hesitation

This service was great. I had lots of junk to be removed. They worked very hard and quickly to get the work done. They charge by the truck load and I was concerned how many loads it would be. But they packed the truck so well you could not put another piece of paper on it. I got my money’s worth for sure. These men worked very hard to complete the job timely. I highly recommend this company.

Alex and Jose did a great job with the material removal. Not only did their service save me money from going to a dump paying the fee and renting a truck but also saved me time, which is more important. The area wasnt spotless when they left, and that shouldnt be the expectation with these services. All the debris was in the back yard and they had to go through an alley 30 wide to get the job done and did so, being pleasant and without complaint. I also appreciated the ability to move up the appointment to a day earlier than previously scheduled.

They was on time fast but still left things behind did not turn the gas off when they took the dryer had to call Peco to turn it off.

Weve used this company twice this year to remove demo debris from our basement. They are very easy to schedule with, always pick up the phone, and their crews are great! No fuss- they just take out the junk and sweep up after and make sure youre happy with the job before they head out! And they are priced very fairly. We will definitely use them again. I read all the positive reviews online and made an appointment with EZ Clean Up to remove some trash from my backyard, I filled out the form and sent pics, they agreed to do the job... I explained to them, thoroughly, that I work the graveyard shift and sleep during the day, so I needed them to give me a time-frame when they would come so Id know when to sleep and when to be awake, she gave me a general time-frame of late afternoon ...ok, fine, i made sure to up around 3pm, just in case ...that afternoon came and went, they never showed up, I never heard from them, and this was after I tried contacting them twice to confirm if they were still coming ...after 6:30pm, she finally called to say they would not be coming because of the storm (which only lasted for about 30 min and was over), which I totally wouldve understood if she had called earlier and said that, instead of just leaving me hanging (in one of the messages I left I even asked if they wanted to reschedule because of the weather, but no response) ...she rescheduled me for the next day in the morning, I asked for an estimated time-frame, she said between 10am - 1pm, which meant I would stay awake when I got home from work and wait for them, which i did ...2:30pm rolled around and nothing, again ...I sent an email telling them to cancel my appointment, and called and left a message notifying them of my email ...about 10 min later I got a text saying she would send a crew over right now and do the job for free, but at this point I was so exhausted I had already fallen asleep (i had been awake for 24 hrs straight at that point), plus, honestly, I no longer had any confidence in them doing this job well ...not a good experience ...everyone has a bad day, but 2 bad days? In a row?UPDATE: to the owners reply below; it was not a simple matter of miscommunication, it was ZERO communication, 2 days in a row ...your assistant told me she works from her home, her power was not out, she couldve called on the first day to let me know about the accident long before 6:30pm, especially since I tried contacting her multiple times before then ...you were not 20 min late the on the 2nd day, you were 1 1/2 HOURS late, and your assistant never contacted me until AFTER I cancelled the job, and you never contacted me to explain what happened until a day after that (I have the text messages) ...lets get the facts straight and be honest ...yes I was frustrated, I explained that I work graveyard shift and I had been adjusting my sleep schedule to accommodate your arrival, and I had been up for 24 hours straight by the 2nd day, so after 2 days of poor, or zero, communication, I was done with you ...like I said; I wouldve been completely understanding if someone had simply contacted me instead of leaving me hanging, twice. (by the way; she mentioned in her message that our truck was damaged by the storm, but you now adding the driver was almost killed is nice dramatic touch)

Very thankful for the great and thorough service!- they came out promptly the day after our call- they took everything we wanted them to without a problem (A lot of heavy waste too)- they sweeped the garage to take away all the tiny debris- and left us with a garage we could be happy about

Ez cleanup handles a clean- up and tear out quite well. It was a larger job that caused some scheduling issues, but all ended up well in the end. The crew was responsive and communicated with me regularly to keep me informed of the progress.

I had an appointment scheduled for a back yard clean up. They were supposed to be at my house between 1pm-3pm. I had to work so I had my daughter come sit at my house. Well at 3:15 I called (because no one ever called me or showed up). I was told by the lady that answered the phone that they were running late and would call me when they were on their way. Ok. She calls me back a few minutes later saying the truck driver got sick and had to go home, she offered to reschedule me for the following morning.. NO THANK YOU! On my way home from work, I saw their truck on 33rd street, they were at another job! So on top of being unproffesional, they’re liars!! I would not recommened them to anyone! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I would definitely recommend them. The workers were courteous, hardworking and got a big job done quickly. Only minor complaint is that they said theyd start at 7 am on the 2nd day and didnt arrive until 9. But they finished by the end of the day as promised, even sweeping up after everything was removed. We had a minor dispute about the final price at the end of the job, but it was resolved to my satisfaction and they gave us the best price I found.

EZ Cleanup came today and did SUCH a good job clearing out old furniture, appliances, construction debris, etc. It was 1000 degrees outside but my two guys never complained and never stopped moving. They filled the truck up to the hilt. They did an excellent job of utilizing the space and packing the truck well so I got the full value of the truck space. And these are NOT cute little truckettes that some of the other services use. They are large and hold a lot. They kept me posted on their arrival time and Robin made sure I got the team I needed. All this and the price was right! I will definitely be calling them again and can highly recommend them.

I called EZ cleanup for a bathroom remodel job at my home, in order for them to do the full demo and removal of debris. This was the only room I needed work done in. I was hopeful from the good reviews, reasonable price and the owners responsiveness. However, this company is very clearly ONLY meant for a full gut job that requires no careful or expert room demo. I was left with damage to multiple walls (outside of the bathroom) and a pretty messy area. Granted, the house is old so some was expected, however the damage got so bad outside of the room that I had to cut the job short. If you are new to home reno or hoping to just do a small job inside your house like I was, I highly recommend that you go with a more expert company who will inspect the area before coming in to start work. I will say that the owner was clear that the demo team were not experts and just demo guys. If you just need a quick and dirty job on the cheap - this is something EZ can do.
