I picked up my 4 month old Afgha Hound here. She came in from Montana. The people at the cargo area kept me informed as to when she would be arriving. This is the second Afghan Hound Ive had flown in. Easy to find.

They got my new puppy from Cincinnati to Philadelphia safe and sound. People at cargo terminal were very nice.

I had to pick up my fathers ashes and was shown absolutely no understanding or compassion when I was (understandably) confused about where I had to go and what I had to do. Instead I was met with miserable looking employees that acted more like robots than humans. Customs officers were just as bad. I wasnt just in there picking up a box - I was trying to bring my dad home from overseas. A little compassion, a smile, a kind word, goes a long way. Even if you hate your job, helping a person in distress should make you feel like you accomplished something that day.

Received a puppy from a breeder. All went well. They seemed attentive to the dogs condition.

Customer service is a concept that has not arrived at the cargo side of air travel. Even if you are a known Shipper, United Cargo specializes in making you wait. There is no one in line ahead of us when we step up to the desk, but it takes 30-45 minutes to hand off our cargo (345 lbs) and pay.

Super friendly service right at the airport and great parking

We picked up our new dog (shipped from Southern CA) last night at UA Cargo in Cargo City at Philly AP. We were very pleased and surprised at how easy it was and how the PetSafe staff facilitated our pickup. There is plenty of free visitor parking right in front of their offices, and the PetSafe sign is easy to see on the front of the office part of the bldg. The staff was friendly and helpful, they gave us an expected time for the flt and dog availability, and when we returned our new dog was ready and waiting in her crate! We showed ID, signed the receiving paper, and were on our way! It could not have been easier. Thank you, UA PetSafe!
