I’ve had 2 meaningful temp, part-time opportunities through Peopleshare - 2020 election vote processing and Philly COVID Vax clinic(s) support. After a few years “retired” from a 30-yr career, it felt good to do some part-time work on a couple things that feel meaningful and important. Appreciate that.

During Covid I got to make my mark by helping out FEMA and the troops with the Covid vaccination project for a few months.

Great company pretty good jobs available that can also potentially turn into careers. All you need is to have some patience put some time and effort into it. Would recommend anyone who needs work to come here. Ask for David phenomenal recruiter who reached out to me kind of out of nowhere because I was already in their system from 2018 and found me a good job 3 miles from my place cant thank him and the company enough.

People share is where we shared everything. I made good friends. We shared ideas. People share where leader always stood there for us who counted our opinions. Usually it is hard to find place parking in downtown, but we were provided with parking daily with zero Dollar. Free water bottle were available at any time. The only thing I wish they provided was coffee which wasn’t available but Dunkin’ donut was not too far so life was under control. At people share, staff were communicative, flexible, organized, detail and oriented and very flixible. I would love to work there again!

They distinguish themselves greatly among other agencies Ive worked for. They are prompt, do not take you in circles and have very competitive wages. I contacted them about one job and they responded about my inquiry and my interest. Everything was explained to full detail and the entirety of the process was easy and smooth.

I can say the job leads they have are well respected...it depends on you if you really want the job or not. They helped put me in a grate position to better take care of my family. This staffing agency is really different from your regular staffing agencies. They go above and beyond to land you serval interviews as well as prepare you for them. PeopleShare is truly a step above the rest when it comes to staffing/temp agencies! My experience with them was nothing short of excellent, and I had wonderful interactions with several of the recruiters there, including Linda, Jenna, Ruth, and Kathleen - all of whom were very helpful, caring and sweet. Linda was my primary recruiter, and she was not only extremely efficient in finding me my fantastic job, but she is also a very lovely person who genuinely cares about the people that she works with. Within less than 2 weeks she secured 2 interviews for me, one of which I never even ended up doing because I landed my perfect job with the first interview! It began as a temp-to-hire position as the Executive Assistant to an Executive Vice President at a highly reputable company, and now I am a permanent employee and have been working here for just over a year! I couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out! Even after my contract ended with PeopleShare and I became a full-time employee at my company, Linda has continued to keep in touch and has been unbelievably supportive. In addition to my day-job as an Executive Assistant, I am actually also a singer/actress and Linda has come out to see just about every show that I have been a part of since I moved out to the Philadelphia area last year. Great Agency - The staff at Peopleshare were very professional, friendly, and flexible. Their turnaround time in placing me in a contract role was 24 hours. I went in on a Monday, and by Tuesday, they contacted me about a contract opportunity, which I accepted and started that Wednesday. I would definitely recommend Peopleshare and plan to continue working with them in the future.

I was an intern here. During my time here it was just okay. My only issue with this company is there was lack of diversity here. I prefer to work in a company that has diversity and not all one race. Also, I didnt like how they would talk about the temps once they leave the office. I think that was totally unprofessional. So much for setting an example for the interns. Overall, I wouldnt work here if you prefer diversity within a company and a more professional environment setting because you will not necessarily find it here. The guy that use to work there was super rude to some degree. I honestly think he disliked women, but that is just my opinion.

Went through application process and disclosed my criminal history not only over the phone, but also online. Had me come the whole way to their office to complete all the paper work just for me to sit down and tell me thee had bad news.Why not just say you cant hire felons rather than have me come interview.

I worked with Nicole and she got me into a new job (currently still at that job and loving it) She was easy to communicate with and work with. I have actually recommended two friends to peopleshare!

Spoke to Nicole while out on my lunch at work after having to reschedule an interview with another recruiter in the past. She told me that I was marked on the system as a no show, and that I wouldnt be eligible for employment. Afterwards, I accidentally called her again-- to which I said oh and hung up.I went back to my emails and found out that I did, in fact, send out an email to the other recruiter, as I suspected.I called back today and Nicole said that she felt very uncomfortable sending me to an assignment and that I hung up on her twice (mind you, I was outside and couldnt hear very clearly). I did apologize to the recruiter for any misunderstanding, but she did not seem to care.This company is unreasonable and will go out of their way to not admit their own faults. I never wouldve canceled on an interview without prior communication, and I never wouldve purposely hung up on a recruiter mid-conversation.Edit:I just saw the response of the company owner and none of what I said was addressed. I already mentioned that I have proof that I never was a no show.

If youre a tenured professional looking to switch gears dont call PeopleShare because Nicole will answer and tell you everything the company DOESNT have to offer, before building a rapport and sharing information with the People who are looking to Share their skillset. It is not Peopleshares business practice to call back after getting disconnected. If PeopleShares mission is to provide great people, to great companies : FYI-You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Nicoles representation of PeopleShare was wholeheartedly less than great. Never tell a consumer what you CANT do, or DONT have without offering an alternative or explaining what your company CAN offer. Level up.

These people are textbook unprofessional! They register you and brag about working with big corporations at your interview, but, in the end, all they do is send you on short-term assignments (a day here, a week there, maybe a month if youre lucky) with rinky dink companies who are, at best, shady.When all is said and done, all theyre interested is in registering people to look like theyre working.They have a nasty habit of promising jobs with your name written all over it and then when you follow up with them ... nothing. Not an email, text message, voicemail. Not a peep.When you call them more than once every few weeks to tell them youre available for work, they avoid you and then, when their backs are against the wall, they shoot you a one sentence email with their famous line, Well be on the lookout for you.And then ... silence ... for weeks on end. The more you show your willingness to work, the more they ignore you.Theyre infamous for being incapable of relaying correct information about a job - who the supervisor is, the hours, the pay rate, even the duration of the assignment (job). They cant even pay people on time for the work they do!Leave it to Peopleshare and youll be homeless before you can blink. They couldnt care less.Oh, and dont dare try to point out their un-professionalism and incompetence to them. When the smoke clears, they shift the blame onto you (and complaining to the CEO is of no use. Hes worse than the office staff!).Do yourself the favor and apply for jobs on your own. You do NOT need these people. I wish I could get back all the time I wasted with these arrogant, unapologetic frauds.

I was once a cook and wanted to change my career. PeopleShare saw my potential and gave me an opportunity to become a licensed insurance agent and now I can say that I am experienced.

Makes empty promises. I have 6+ years of customer service experience, a bachelor degree, and received a 100 % score on the Microsoft Word /excel test they gave me, and I still was given no work . They kept saying they had more work, and I was never given anything . They never returned any calls . Philadelphia job market is over saturated, and I suggest you trying Peopleshare in King of Prussia. They gave me an assignment in less then a week. If yu have a car or willing to take the trip to KOP, then youll have better luck there . Good luck to everyone !!
