I cant recommend anyone work with the recruiter Melissa Missy Neal. She provided me with false information regarding the salary the company I was hired to work with. When the company requested that Insight global provide them with proof of where she got the information I reached out to her and she told me that she had no information or paperwork to provide proof and gave me an attitude.She was beyond unprofessional in her text messages when I confronted her and never should have given me false promises Well, thats what they told us and Hi Chelsea, I dont know how to help you here. I dont have the email with the rates. are two of the exchanges, completely disregarding my request. If youre a recruiter than you should have evidence to back up your messages. I requested her manager information and she first refused to provide it to me. Also unprofessional, her manager is Melissa Arnold, who works at this location, I spoke with her and she also told me they had no proof to show my company the false information they provided to me. So they just pulled information out of thin air during a pandemic when everyone is struggling.I filed a complaint with their HR and the HR rep said shes bump it up to employee relations. She said someone would reach out to me and its been three weeks. I would never recommend this company to anyone. A BC complaint was filed as well since no one bothered to get back to me.

This temp agency is by far one of The WORSE experiences that I have ever had the displeasure of utilizing. Ive made this remark in lieu of the fact that, Ive been working with them for the entire month of December WITHOUT COMPENSATION! All that I have received is an apology and told to sit tight its coming. This is complete and utter disrespect. My work is put in on time, but I dont deserve my comeuppance?! Ridiculous.

So everything started off great with this company, I went on one interview, everything went perfectly fine, set up date was great & so on & so forth. I am currently employed at another job. The first interview they stated they needed someone in the position as soon as possible & requested before the interview that I give my job a one week notice, very fishy? So I told them no, when I received the date of my interview it was two weeks from the date, so Im saying to myself, I thought they needed someone immediately?. Then I was suppose to go on another interview but unfortunately they couldnt get a date that I wanted, normally when youre working another job trying to find something you cant keep coming in late to your current job or calling out to go to an interview for a job you may not receive. I wrote a long email explaining this & giving my times and days for the folllwing week I would be available. On a Tuesday around noon, I receive an interview day for the next day. So the person schedule me for an interview not only the next day but didnt even confirm that the time was okay or if it was okay for me to take time off from my current job. Once I sent an email and text that I was not going, all emails & communication stopped completely, theyre not responding to my emails or phone calls. So I gave them a one star because who in their right mind doesnt give their job enough time to let them know theyre leaving and to find another person for the position. I feel this company is unprofessional & they really dont can if you lose your current job to go on an interview with a job you may not receive. Just be aware & stand your ground about what you want & what youre looking for because they will book you for something youre not aware of & then beg you to make it work. Remember everyone they get paid to put you in these temp positions & its really not worth it if you currently have a job.

I never went through a recruiting agency before (and they called me because they saw my resume posted online) so I was weary at first but when I got talking with Tori on the phone I knew that this company was legitimate and was actually looking forward to helping me out! At the Insight Global interview, Holly noticed I was looking for a job below my qualification. I was out of work for 5 months at the time of the Global interview. We will keep looking for a job for you and will keep in touch. So my wife and I felt this is another brush off. By our surprise Holly Mason called me for a job. The job was a quality job that is better qualified for me. Holly checked my resume and sent to Samantha. Samantha is in charge of the account. Samantha showed my resume to the customer. Holly Mason kept me informed on the job progress with daily updates. Samantha escorted me to the customer’s interview. The company accepted me for the job. Holly informed me on the next steps that need to be completed before I can start work. Holly made sure all the paperwork was completed quickly to get me to work as soon as possible. Ive worked with Hayley Merrill and Sarah Ferris and theyve both been so helpful in my journey to finding a career fresh out of college. Through the entire process (about a week, which was extremely quick) Hayley and Sarah were really on top of me making sure I filled out the proper documentation correctly and quickly. Everything felt rushed but not in a negative way. They made the job hunting process much easier and simpler.Edit: It has now been about 20 months with Insight Global. I reduced my rating to 2 stars from 5. Hayley and Sarah are still great, however Insight Global as a whole hasnt been the best. The health insurance was way too over priced, no vacation time, and very little salary bumps. I knew I was being very much underpaid so I requested an increase about 6 months in. They gave me about 15% bump, however I was still not satisfied since it was still way below market value. At about 16 months in, I requested another increase. I was offered a disrespectful and insulting hourly raise of 82 cents. I knew I had to leave and started lookin elsewhere and found some luck. I was offered my same position with my current company, basically just switching agencies, and was offered about 30% increase, with vacation time, medical, 401k etc, and this was BEFORE negotiations! That was how underpaid I was by Insight Global.Overall, I would only use Insight Global if you are either trying to get your foot in the door or just having trouble finding a position. Otherwise, just stick to grinding with applying and interviews. Id still recommend Hayley and Sarah.

I was scouted in the summer of 2016. Had a total of two interviews in November of 2016. Accepting an offer because I needed the job. Worst decision of my life! 4 days before the start of the assignment Im called into the office to fill out paperwork. The paperwork is all electronic no problems there but theyre sent in individual emails and you fill them out that way: Problem number one. Today is the fourth week of work I have received a total of 2 checks for one week each. Today I find out my direct deposit information was deleted & I have to reenter my banking information and my paycheck that Im supposed to receive this Friday will be mailed to me... Monday is another observed holiday I will not get the check until Tuesday of the new year. I wouldnt have known about this if I did not contact my recruiter about the pay situation. This is the only temp agency staffing agency that has this every agency has checks ready to pick up or mail to you so you receive it Friday. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Nothing can fix the issue being Christmas and New Years Eve within a week of each other.

Out of all the staffing agencies that i have worked with over the years i have never had a better experience than with insight global. Carlie Price and Olivia Nicolazzo are the best workers out there. they are hard working and the genuinely care about the people that work for them. Ive only worked for them for two months and they have left a lasting impression on me. It was tough finding a job since i havent worked in a number of years but Carlie and Olivia worked vigorously to find me a job and they did which ended up being a job that i loved. Because i dont live close to the office i unfortunately didnt get to meet Olivia but i did talk to her on the phone a few times and countless email correspondences and shes a total sweetheart. I did get to meet Carlie a few times and shes a doll. Her smile will light up any room she walks into. I could go on and on about this wonderful company but just experience it for yourself.

After 7 long months of job searching with several recruiting companies, I received a call from Karolyne after she came across my resume on Career Builder. She thought I would be a great candidate for a particular opportunity and I met her the next day to discuss in person. She was extremely professional yet personable- our conversations never sounded scripted. I was invited the following week for an interview and she was able to accommodate my schedule, and even offered her cell number in case I had questions or wanted extra prep time with her. I was also put in touch with her manager Sophia, who sat in the interview with me. I was thankfully offered the position that same day. The background process was grueling and there were nothing but complications from the 3rd party background company. Karol and Sophia remained in constant contact although the background caused delays, and were able to expedite on their end as well as connect with the employer. I am in my second week of work at an amazing company and am unbelievably grateful for Karol and team. I couldn’t possibly imagine being in a better position than I am right now.

Im currently working at a company as a temp and I constantly hear other temps complain about Robert half and how their recruiters never get back to them.My exprience with Sophie has been pleasant through and through. Whenever I have a question shes always there with answers, and when she doesnt know the answer theres always someone else ready to assist.
