Great temp agency. Cant believe I start my temp position tomorrow morning

Very unprofessional company. And known for making up lies against workers. When calling to ask for travel reimbursement because I showed up for work and was sent home due to miscommunication of companies. First I was told it was being processed by Sharon at the Corporate office in Cherry Hill then when calling for a update, I was told my travel time payment was deny and I was falsely accused of eating on a work site, when I never even enter the building. van service was stop at the gate due to overstaffing and three new employees was send back home. Then the story change to I was eating on the van which is allowed but i wasn’t eating because it’s Covid and I have a autoimmune disease and don’t eat in public. In my opinion, they made up false accusations against me because I reported the manager Liz to the corporate office for being unprofessional and speaking very nasty, hostile and rude too me!!!! Please Choose another agency if you have the option!!!!! Very unprofessional company !!!!!!!

I personally cannot speak for anyone nor their experiences with accu staffing. But my representative Mr. Redding was a great help. And sometimes I believe he went above and beyond to see that I had gainful employment. Even after I was hired I can still call and get answers much needed questions.

Im able to give a review from both aspects of this company. Internal employee, and outsourced employee. Great company, fun, and knowledgeable recruiters. Always working hard to get the best assignments for their associates. At Accu you arent just an employee. Youre part of the companys extended family. I would definitely recommend this agency.

So I never give out reviews but I had to do this one. I want to give a shout out to the philly office on Market St and a huge thank you to Lily my go to person. I went in and everyone there was pleasant and professional even when I had a few questions they were informative. She asked for my resume and although I thought it would be a long shot and I probably would not receive a call, Lily called me to update me through the process. I went to an interview which went very well. I had a great experience with them and will definitely recommend them.

This is a good place. The staff is awesome and very professional. Was there for about 1 month before my I was placed by Lily at a job and have been there since. They are good people! When I call and Lily isnt available the girl at the front tries to help me with whatever problems I have. One thing I can say is that even though they are professional they arent uptight. This office is great. They are honest with you and work with you. they always offer me a job and even if I turn it down when I call back they always let me know what they have available. Ive been with this office for about 2 years and I read these reviews and they were crazy. I never had a bad experience with anyone there. The girl who checks you in is always smiling and professional and everyone that works there always respect me. I even recommended them to my family and people that tell me they need a job.

Not a good agency at all they rob you and take money out of your check every week without you knowing.... they are the best at getting over on people... be on the lookout for medical pay I opted out last year in July and they been taking my money every since and get mad when I call into see what’s up with my money

They have really good recruiters, who care about how you feel and care about how much you make. They are always respectful, I can tell they love what they do, by the way that they are so forthcoming to help. They are extremely busy, but its because they are ensuring to satisfy the employees. I wish I didn’t even have to give them one star. Worst staffing agency in history that I ever been to. The receptionist (lady that wears scarf on her head) is very rude with answering phones or even talking with someone in person. They have no class or professional attributes. No offense but the environment kinda reminds me of being in a hair salons full of women telling everyone’s personal business and kicking others backs in, definitely need new people in that office.

Ive been with Accu for a couple months now and the day after I applied Ms. Lily called me with a job. Ive been working since and Ive been having some issues with my pay and even though it hasnt been completely straightened out Ms. Lily has been a big help. Ive been calling her multiple times a day and even going into the office and not once has she lost her cool wit me. the only people Ive really dealt wit has been Ms. Lily and the girl in the front but Everyone in that office always smiling and always greeted me. My experience with this office has been cool. I would recommend them if you want to work!

I dont understand why so many negative comments. I went in to this office and was greeted and everyone there was nice. It was really busy in there and the office was small so I had to stand until a chair was empty for me to sit but they tried to get everyone in and out as fast as possible but were professional about it. They offered me a job but I declined because it wasnt what I was looking for but I would recommend them if your looking for something quick.

People at this location are good people. They work with you and everybody there helps you. I got things going on in my life and I couldnt really do a 9-5 because I had to take care of a family member and they worked with me. Ive dealt with everybody there at some point of me calling or going there and they are all nice and professional. Even when its crazy in there and I go in to bother them with something, instead of being rude they always talk to me with respect which says a lot about a company. Heads up to the girl in the front, she keeps it real and tries to help whenever I cant speak to my coordinator. Good place to find work!!

The lady interviewing doesnt even look at you, just stare at paperwork and talk indirectly to you. Meanwhile the front desk lady simply answers the phone all day for all callers and say Their busy, can you call back after 3pm.?. Hint: After 3pm they are still busy

I went into this office because I was referred by someone who applied a long time ago. He told me he never really worked for them but I could try it for myself. I was filling out the application on the computer and while I was there I had to sit next to someone that smelled HORRIBLE and looked like he was on drugs and someone else that was sitting there with headphones on but the music was so loud that everyone heard what he was listening to. The people that worked there tried to hold it together even though the guy with the music started cursing because he was told to lower his music. I will not be returning to this office but only because of the people that apply not the workers. I think that they should really be more selective of who can apply because I could not take the smell and the unprofessionalism of the people applying for a job. I work in customer service so I know how people act when they dont get their way so I can only imagine what they have to go through seeing the type of people they let in that office. Im sorry to say this but they should be more selective!!!

I usually deal with accu staffing when I am in between jobs and need money. I recently went back cause I needed a 2nd job for the holidays and I got 1 the same day. The people that work there are great and always friendly.

I just moved here from NY and I was searching everywhere for employment but it was hard. I read the reviews and was skeptical. I decided to go to the accu on 16TH and market and my experience was great. I didn’t expect it but everyone was happy and greeted me with smiles. It was really busy and the phones would not stop ringing so I was there for a little over an hour but it wasn’t too bad. I got a woman named Lilli and she is great. She knows that I am trying and calls me when she has a job even tho I don’t take everything she has (some jobs are too far for me and I really don’t know my way around yet) but as long as I keep it real with her she calls me with whatever she has. It’s really what you make of it and as long as your honest and respectful then they work with you. She didn’t talk down to me and treated me with respect which I like. This accu is a good place.

Horrible. Anthony keeps giving me the run around about a job. You have to track him down in order to speak with him. I have called so many times in the past couple days always a reason that he cant speak. Gave my number for him to call and still no call. This is ridiculous! I did everything he told me to do and he still hasnt called me back about my start date. Ive called and called and called. I left a message no return call. Im going else where. Thanks for having me waste me time and $20 on scrubs for a job.

This office needs corporate to come in and do a full staff makeover. They are unbelievably unprofessional, rude and bias. They only put their friends to work. What little jobs they do have, pay minimum wage. They messed up my check. Basically I didnt get paid for weeks. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Not even my worst enemy! What ever businesses use accu is in desperate need. Good luck if you apply. You will never get a job and if you do youll be working for peanuts. Slave laborers!!!

Rude on the phone, hanging up on you when they dont want to deal with you. NOT GUARANTEED WORK, SEND PEOPLE HOME AFTER THEY ARRIVE FOR WORK. No phone call ahead of time that there wont be any work, told to CALL OFFICE EVERY AFTERNOON TO HOPEFULLY BE ABLE TO WORK THE NEXT DAY. NONE of this was communicated beforehand. Problem receiving paycheck. Overall awful experience in literally EVERY ASPECT. Would never recommend. Super unprofessional, complete headache, rude staff, no work after hired. Not worth anything.

I have not gone to an ACCU office yet. However I have met with Ms.Laura Damm (Business Development), and Ms.Laurie Simko (Regional Operations Manager) in regards to a job position with ACCU Staffing. I was quite impressed. They were the epitome of professionalism, they were polite, intelligent, receptive, and very helpful. Based off of the interaction that I had with these two employees if the rest of the ACCU Staffing team is even half as good as Ms.Damm and Ms.Simko are I would highly recommend using ACCU Staffing Services. Im new to Accu Staffing and not good with computers. Was there for a few hours to fill out the app because I kept forgetting my password and user Id and not once did they give up on me instead they continued to help me no matter how many times I screwed up. They never got an attitude instead they were smiling and explaining every step.They are AWESOME. I gotta give props to Adrianna and Lilli for all there help. Very unprofessional and rude staff, lied to me about my background check coming back, also lied on multiple accasions about having employment available after a rude female staff member left me on hold for over 20 mins without any exsplanation why and me exspressing to her that what she did was unprofessional unfortunately I was blackballed and never received employment

So as of today I have a serious problem with being lied to about my pay being deposited into my account Anthony told me that it would be there by 5 oclock to my surprise in was not... conveniently at 5 they close so you have to wait the weekend to get paid like its optional. This was low even for a temp agency thanks for work n no pay

A few years back I left this location because it was unprofessional and I did not understand why certain things happened . To make a long story short something happened with my pay, I ask questions at times for a sense of understanding problems that had occurred. Some people get the wrong impression of someone simply questioning but in the workplace in work related issues professionalism wasnt something I was given .I left this location previously for that reason. Then one day I had to quit my high paying job due to getting sick from the massive workload and responsibility I was given, I decided to find a job less intensive along with school. I was hesitant to return here then I just decided to just return. Mr. Anthony and the other staffing coordinators has been very patient and professional with me which is a complete turn around. As a future business owner I have to say within customer service its the people who companies hire not the overall company. Most people forget that a person needs to care about people instead of collecting a check and Mr. Anthony along with other employees showed me that a positive turn around still exist within temp agencies. Nothing is always perfect but its the effort that counts .

Yolanda was very unprofessional she never acknowledged me when I came in and I had to approach Caprice for instructions. I didnt have a appointment but there was no one else there. They took my resume and never looked at it. Told me to fill out a form and they said thats it you can go now. If we find something that your qualified for, we will call you. They were rude and ghetto. Smh....They need to find themselves jobs that they can be good at because staffing isnt it.

SOO UNPROFESSIONAL! Careless attitudes! I got a vibe here like they didnt have time for me. I was sat down for an interview and told I had to much travel time to any of there jobs and they didnt want to hire me because of that. And when I called it was rude, brief and very unhelpful. Plus I had an issue with accu before where I didnt get paid for 3 months after about 50 calls I made I finally got my 40 hours pay. I was never called back and blown off about my earned money for 3 months until I called the corporate management office and got it in two days. I give up on accu. After a whole year and seeing how they are not only to me but co-workers as well I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. I am surprised they dont get in trouble for how they run things.

People are unbelievably unprofessional and incompetent! From the rep who picks up the phone, the recruiters with the nasty attitudes to the dirty redundant job sites they send you to! They really are a TEMP service, they send you out to flunky jobs that no one would do for about 1-3 days then thats it!! Please dnt waste ur time with these ppl, i dnt even see how they are still in business!

My experience with Accu Staffing was easy fill out an app sit down with your facilitator and look over some jobs. Finding a job isnt a problem its when they call you in to work and first in and first serve. For an example: I worked at Sharp pharmaceutical company in Norristown 3rd shift I worked. Shift started at 11pm I would get there around 9pm clock in at 10pm. If you get there lets say 10:30 and your name isnt on the list (your facilitator put your name on the list) you will be back up (meaning only if they need you to work) if they have enough people to work they send back up home with a 2 hour pay. Now today May 25, 2016 Wednesday morning I got called to work at Lincoln Finicial Feild for the holiday days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday. After I filled out app for them down at Accu Staffing Services, I was so excited to work the woman told me to be at Lincoln Finicial Feild at 8:00am and to meet up with Carmin and Caprice(These women works for Accu). Also there were other Accu staffing branches there, Cherry Hill, Center city, Lansdale, first this job. Carmen and Caprice got there at 9:00am while other agencies got there people in to work there positions. Carmen checking people names off those who were not on the list got there name written down. Carmine starts talking to the Spanish people in their language and little huddle groups then those that new her were also talking to her secretly next thing I know Carmin and Caprice went inside the building. Carmin goes behind the window and start pointing to people to come and get passes to get in so I realized and went up to the window and she telling me that they are writing people names down on the ID passes to get in she LIED! She was only giving certain people them a few African Americans that she knew but mostly spanish people that also she knew. But she really was pointing at the people to come up to the window who she wanted to work no names were given on the ID but she ask them to write there name on a log so she knows who worked. They told the rest we get paid 2 hours travel time and leave. Write are names down so they know we were here and phone numbers the woman also told me (I didnt get her name) but if they didnt call us by the end of the day then dont show up for Sunday, and MONDAY but yet my facilitator told me three days of work. I feel disappointed that she really was calling certain people then lied and said the people that travel the longest through the Accu van have to get in first but yet she calling people she knows secretly behind a window. They planned to get those in they knew. Another important thing IF CARMEN AND CAPRICE WERE OUT THERE EARLIER EVERYONE WOULD HAVE WORK BECAUSE OTHER AGENCIES WERE THERE AND GOT THERE PEOPLE IN FIRST! Carmen and Caprice an hour late and came with little bit of shirts only for a few to wear who names were on the list. I never got a shirt because my name wasnt on the list. But now Im starting to know first in first serve with Accu Staffing Services.

I applied, got the job.went to the job, got sent home.next day, same thing.a month later, they set me up for a job in jersey, i got there, got sent home. Next day i got a call, they fired me for not showing up.
