I used to have good experiences with this place until last appointment, awfully rude receptionist. All because a filling had to get fixed again that didnt even last a month because they didnt do it right the first time. This place is not good for extensive dental work.
Upon arrival I was greeted in a friendly, professional and welcoming manner. I was taken back to have x-rays done by a professional friendly technician. Minutes after the x-rays the dentist was there introducing herself and explaining what needs to be done. I personally hate dentist appointments however the staff and their welcoming demeanor and informative nature has me at ease and not nervous about my next appointment. Thank you you guys are great
My first experience with YES Dental started 4 weeks ago when I called them for an annual teeth cleaning. Everything was fine up to this point. The staff gave me an appointment telling me to come in the next day, which was really fast. I also schedule an appointment for my sister expect her appointment was 2 weeks later, which is fine. The problem started when I arrived. Long story short the wait time is REALLY long. I had to wait outside and once Im inside I had to wait again for the x-ray, then wait again for the actual cleaning process. My sister also experienced the same thing. The cleaning process took around 15 minute and there was some slight discomfort. The dentist seems to be in a hurry. The dentist also showed me the x-ray of my wisdom teeth and how it is impacting my other teeth so I schedule an appointment to have all 4 of them removed. Not sure if they will all be removed on the same day or not. 2 weeks later I went in and they told me that the dentist wasnt here for the day and I had to schedule another appointment. 2 weeks later, which is today I got called again saying that the dentist isnt here today AGAIN. Now Im in trouble cause school is about to start for me and it is my first year of College. I dont want to miss a single day, plus this specific doctor only works during weekdays. Im gonna call again to try to change the doctor or look for a day when I have off. If there isnt any choice I will just wait until the summer of 2022.
I took my son there and the woman behind the desk were so super sweet and welcoming.. he has to get his wisdom teeth 🦷 out! They were genial and kind.. Great place.
A wonderful service. Normally I am very apprehensive about seeing the dentist. Emily the dental assistant calmed my fears and made me feel comfortable. It was a professional experience. The front desk waiting area and examination rooms were very clean. Kudos to the receptionists and staff members that were very attentive to my needs and knowledgeable about questions I asked. The dental hygienist Dr. Phan was patient and discussed the next steps with me and I did not feel fear anxious. I definitely will go back for dental services.This was my first experience here due to an emergency situation. I would strongly recommend. YES Dental PC 1000%.
The assistant that took the x-ray was patient with me and explained the process to me. The dentist was very caring and did the process fast and took the time to make sure that I was comfortable through the whole process. I already told my other coworkers about this place.
The clientele was very courteous and professional and friendly.The y took the one to make you feel more secure that you were in the right hands.I would recommend them to anyone with their dental needs.
I went in for an emergency visit, they don’t have emergency services but offered an appt immediately. They let me know if the issue is the wisdom tooth and needs to be extracted the surgeon will remove it. They were aware of the immense pain I was feeling and that is the main concern. I showed up to my appointment spent 1.5 hrs there for them to start on routine services, i asked that the main concern be addressed and the routine services be saved for another appointment.. only to be told the surgeon called out due to the storm from the night before. My issue is why wasn’t I called that same morning and offered to reschedule or at least communicate and let me decide. Instead I wasted all that time and told I’d have to wait a week for the extraction. I would’ve given 1 star but the dentist who saw me prescribed me pain meds and I appreciated that at the least. I am all about customer service and this was the complete opposite experience.
Very happy to find YES Dental. They accepted my insurance and removed some amalgam fillings that I believed were causing vertigo symptoms.Though the Dentist did not believe the tooth was causing my vertigo they did believe the tooth was better removed..I have not had a vertigo attack since the tooth was removed.Since then YES Dental has been doing an excellent job fitting me for replacements.I look forward to seeing my new smile.I highly recommend YES Dental.
My experience was great at YES dental. Everyone made me feel really comfortable with my procedure (wisdom tooth removal), and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend!
I am definitely in the right place. The staff treat us like patients and not clients. They are very attentive and helpful. They are very proactive. I recommend them.
The Dr . Was the best part about the place . The customer service trash . the customer appreciation garbage . The fact that Im there in pain can not think straight read comprehend anything they have 5 secretarys 5 dental assistants and I have to personally fill out 20 pages of I dont know what because Im in pain can not focus or think straight . if I dont fill it out they wont see me it is inconsiderate unprofessional full of duress and lack of Empathy. Meanwhile all the employees staff dr ect are all having personal conversations while waiting on me to fill out all the paperwork looking over at me like I was taking to long inconsiderate . honestly if not for the pain I was in I would have went somewhere else
That waiting for appointment to start took longer than expect but the workers were very nice. The dentist is excellent.
My family and I have been coming for years without issues until today! After a routine cleaning and very good report my daughters tooth fell out! The staff is not the same and the service has gone DOWN! Would NOT RECOMMEND!

If you can avoid please do so. The dentists and staff are great however, management not too friendly. I had an issue with a flipper for the 2nd time and wanted to inform someone of the mistake that occurred for the second time. I attempted to speak with the “Office Manager” who did not want to take my “complaint”, never gave me any eye contact and was very dismissive. Not the first time upper management was rude.
They are friendly, efficient and professional. I didnt have to wait long before I was seen. It was one of the best experiences Ive had in a dentist office. They have a gentle touch and are concerned about your comfort.
I had a great experience with Yes Dental. Dr. Lopez was wonderful and took great care of my dental problems. She was patient and accommodating. I had to get new partial dentures and they look wonderful. Thanks to all the Yes Dental Dentist and staff.
What a Racket they are running here.I was there for my daughters filling. Luckily i was in the room#1 where Dr. Lopez was going to treat my daughter. I noticed that the instruments they were going to use were dirty not clean properly (not brushed off before sterilizing). On my complaint the assistant doctor apologized & replaced the instruments. Wow the instruments they replaced were dirty too i checked everything again throughly & same situation with replaced tools. Dr Lopez apologized again took those tools. After that manager came in & said we are referring your daughter to child specialist we cant treat her in our office because her infection is very deep which they already knew. I told manager that i want to speak to Doctor & need clarification on why is she refusing to treat my daughter. Doctor came back & said i didnt want to treat her because you dont trust the cleanliness of our instruments. Then Dr Lopez & office manager admitted that instruments were not cleaned the way they had to be.Bottom line is i was lucky that i checked their tools but not everyone is that luck, this place is treating people with their dirty, infected instruments & instead of treating people they are spreading more infections & playing with innocent lives. Please avoid this place.

They were a little behind but they kept me well informed. The oral Surgeon and the office staff were great with me and my son.
A little ghetto lol. It’s really hot in there as well. The front receptionists was talking about another patient that left, loudly, I really didn’t like that. Seem short staffed, two ppl left bc they were tired of waiting. I had to get a temporary filling and my next appointment won’t be for 4 weeks. But the dentist was nice and gentle.
Very disorganized office, I went in for dentures and a few months later I am still waiting. I went in for the first fitting the upper denture were given to me to take home the bottom dentures or attempt to return back it was so poorly them that I couldn’t even try them on. I have fun bye for other fittings and like I stated I am still waiting on my dentures received three different calls in the past three days stating that I could come into the office because it enters forever done that they would call me to make sure the dentist came in and four days later I am still waiting for a callback
WORST PLACE... I went there for emergency filling.. Doctor give an estimate $250 for each teeth. total was $500 plus 125 just to see a doctor.. I left immediately. Next day I went to another dentist and got work done for $180 plus $80 for emergency appointment . Place is dirty, old equipment, no COVID precautions. There was an old man sitting in middle of the waiting room and secretary girl brought him an ice cream from RITAS across the street and allowed him to eat it right there.
My experience at YES was like no other each time I let them k ow that I’m deathly afraid of the dentist and they took very good care of me wish I had known about them years ago they really changed my mine about going to the Dentist.........THANKS YES DENTAL
Where should I start?!?!? Please beware of this dental office. My last 2 appointments Ive left and woke up the next day with cold sores!!!! I also went in for impressions for partials and the hygienist who was doing them left them in for took long while she answered her phone and had to rip them out!!! This resulted in my jaw bone being ripped through my gum. Now I am left to deal with the pain that comes from that. A few of the women who answer the phone are also very nasty and give you an attitude and ask you why are you being rude!!! Do not come here by any means unless you enjoy cold cores and having your jaw bone ripped through your gums!!!!
Well I was scheduled to get cavities filled back in November with Dr. Sanchez but I rescheduled and got to come in January and I got Dr. Lopez. This was our first time meeting and boy was she nice. She answered all my questions and eased my anxiety. She numbed me up really well and got me in and out with the help of her assistant Mel who filled the cavities. Excited to be in their hands for my next procedure but not so excited about the procedure 😬 Go to Yes Dental!
I had a very serious dental emergency I called and they took me within a couple hours they were all nice there and spectacular the dental surgeon worked on a very difficult tooth and was very patient and succeeded very well. I think they are all wonderful

The staff at Yes Dental are a nice bunch of people, I’ll give them that. My problem came in when the office had me waiting for 2 hours. I’ve never had to wait that long to get called back for a check up and cleaning.Also after my cleaning, they did not give me anything to rinse my mouth with so I had that grainy feeling for about 20 mins. And although they were checking temperatures, there still was a lot of people in there.Will not be returning.
Its definitely not worth it. My appointment was 5 and I was there 4:40 and by 6:45 I told them thats it Im leaving. Its covered their office was dirty and crowded did not like it. Very very disappointed.
My appointment was 11am when I went to register at 10min to 11 I was told to wait out side because of the limited space I asked how long the receptionist said I don’t know 29 minutes later I tried to register and was told again to wait out side. I left with out being seen … I feel that the schedule was not plan accordingly
I went to Yes Dental as my first dental care in many years, going in with many dental problems. The team at Yes made dealing with everything a breeze. Everyone there is pleasant, they’re very flexible with payment and insurance options, and the dental professionals themselves are very thorough and skilled. Painful dental cleaning, dentist was moving extremely fast he didnt polish our teeth after cleaning, I had to ask. Over booking appointments, not sure if we will return. Hopefully the owner will correct this issue and provide proper care and not see us as money. Customers for years.

IVE BEEN GOING TO YES DENTAL ABOUT 2 YEARS NOW, AND I LIKE IT THERE, SOMETIMES THE WAIT CAN BE LONGER THEN YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME, BUT I FEEL COMFORTABLE, THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO YOU, DOCTOR LOPEZ AND DOCTOR BOWSER ARE BOTH REALLY GREAT, I FELT COMFORTABLE BECAUSE OF BOTH OF THEM, AND SOMEONE MESSED UP WITH MY APPOINTMENT AND PUT SOMEONE ELSE IN AT MY APPOINTMENT TIME, I HAD MY SON WITH A BABYSITTER AND WAS GOING TO HAVE TO RESCHEDULE, BUT THE SWEETEST LADY AT THE FRONT DESK AND THE DENTAL ASSISTANT WERE ABLE TO GET ME BACK AND OUT AS FAST AS POSSIBLE, ITS A GREAT PLACE
Terrible experience, only going back to complete the last step of my root canal and never returning again. The wait time is appalling and out right just wrong. And when you finally to the back for service, you are rushed out the door with little patient care experience. The staff is overwhelmed with being overbooked and understaffed not to mention the little precaution in regards to COVID. If you are not advocating for your self and making sure they are using proper techniques, you will surely contract the virus. I am sadden that I have to complete the rest of this procedure there or else I’d be running for safety. PATIENT BEWARE of being let down and angry. The dentist is great but clearly overworked and frustrated.
I asked for help for an impression and they completely turned me down. They didnt even try to figure out a way to help. If you are in need of dental O would recommend not going here. They will leave you high and dry with no kind of help or support.
Had to get wisdom teeth out. They wanted up front payment for the anesthesia. It was alot. Called my insurance and that is covered. Going somewhere else. I dont have to pay for it there. Insurance is covering it.
The receptionist is amazing, she is so sweet and helpful she’s a total sweetheart! Assistants are gentle and caring. Doctor was very gentle and concerned with my comfort and procedure was smooth and easy!!!!!

It was great... I can eat better thanks to the great work both dentist did in my mouth.Third person who did the polish look like she was in a hurry, she did it in 35 seconds. Yes I did counted the second. I was not please how she did it. Ive been visiting yes dental for over 10 years and never had that type of work done so fast.Other than that the was good!

I when in on friday I got check then they gave me a price with my Medical Insurance and told me to come back Tuesday I come back and everything change suddenly,then the price change they told me they were going to work on different things which the price change completely I told them to take the tooth out and I pay$114 because they were going to charge me almost 2,000
Just got my wisdom teeth done here with oral surgeon and dental assistant great experience now procedure went smooth 5 stars with that NOW with the office overall did not like the fact MY APT WAS AT 2 AND I LITERALLY WAITED ALMOST 2 HOURS I dint see air filters in every room FREAKED ME OUT rooms are open aerosol can obviously get everywhere floors dint look recently mopped MY INSTRUMENTS WERE NOT OPENED INFRONT OF ME THAT FREAKED ME OUT DOC REASSURED ME THEY BEEN PROPERLY HANDLED AND STERILIZED SO OK 🙄 it felt like this office be overbooked and not proper time management or proper infection control, Im ocd and notice every detail of my surroundings thats all
Had all four roots removed, I honestly thought it’ll be worse but they put me to sleep and woke up back up when it was all over, give me a plan to take medicine to clean my mouth and to get rid of pain, I’ve been following that plan and root canal is so far one of the easiest things ever😭
Unprofessional, rude front desk personal. When I asked to speak with supervisor, the lady Ariana started yelling and put me on 30 min hold, 30min later another lady picked up the phone and said Ariana went to a bathroom and she never let me speak with supervisor. Ridiculous!
They were nice to me and made me feel at ease. I was scared to get my teeth pulled because of my previous experience with other dentist in my past. But Yes Dental made everything easy and pain free for me.

All the front desk ladies should be replaced with Nice, professional ladies who knows how to approach patients. But once you get to the back it’s pretty straight forward great customer service skills good doctors. This is a great place to say you can’t judge a book by the cover. I give 5 stars.
I am giving YES Dental 3 stars as an overall score for experience because when I was called to the back, the guy did not wait for me to go to through the doors to see where he went and what room I was supposed to go (I saw him do the same thing to others as I was in the waiting area). Then, as Im in the back the assistant was in such a bad mood (since she was covering on Saturday), it was starting to make me feel like why did I come here? You can over hear everyone talking and patient information is also heard (as I know for myself because I work in Healthcare, thats against HIPPA law). Now for the pros (because it was not all bad) the assistant that sat in the front checking everyone in, she was wonderful 😊 and Dr. Lopez was also wonderful.

This place is disgusting. From the staff and owners, to the basic hygiene of the rooms and instruments. I unfortunately worked here for longer than I should have, but I know first hand that they don’t respect the patients, make fun of them for physical or medical reasons, purposely make people wait longer, don’t care about cleanliness, buy cleaning supplies from the dollar store on Cottman, cut corners on supplies to save money and risk the health of their patients regularly. I couldn’t sit by and work with these people anymore, since then have worked at amazing dental offices and learned that the way things are run at Yes Dental are beyond unacceptable, good luck to any existing patients, but shop around for a better office, u deserve it.

Yes Dental were very friendly and answered questions. There was 1 thing that I wasnt please with one co worker was talking to the co worker while doing my teeth about personal stuff, not good. Otherwise I like there attitude and they enjoy doing teeth.

It saddens me to share this review as I am physically, emotionally and mentally scared by the negligent care I believe I received at Yes Dental. I have tried for the past 2/3 months to resolve a multitude of malpractice (my opinion) issues, speaking directly to the supervisor, but I have not been successful.Early last year, 2020, I received a referral from a coworker for Yes Dental. Not being from the city I decided to google the company and read the reviews. After meeting with the manger, dentist and discussing treatment and pay, I began treatment. Maybe 2 months into my treatment I began receiving emails stating Yes Dental had not provided the appropriate documentation for a number of different insurance claims to be completely processed. I immediately contacted my insurance company to find out what exactly was needed from Yes Dental and asked them to resubmit the request. They did. Several times over the course of 2 months with no response. I personally called Yes Dental several times as well as volunteered to pick up copies of the information to fax over to the claims department myself after being told by Tanya the supervisor that they were seeing 100 patients a day and didn’t have the necessary staff to handle billing discrepancies. Yes Dental declined. During this time, I am visiting the office almost every week, paying my copays in full and receiving treatment. Eventually, due to Yes Dental not submitting proper information in the allotted time, I began having issues with the insurance company and my FSA carrier. Being in constant communication with Yes Dental, I informed them I could no longer afford to pay the copays because I had lost the only means of doing so. My FSA card was suspended because the insurance company never received the proper information from Yes Dental. I thought YD would understand BECAUSE THIS WAS THEIR FAULT and just bill me or start a payment plan but they declined that as well. They told me if I couldn’t pay, I could not be seen.Utterly disappointed, still in physical pain, financially cut off, emotionally distraught, and presently having issues with work they had done, I decide to leave Yes Dental and visit another office. A thorough work up was done and the results were catastrophic. I would have to get all of the work that had been done on my teeth done over. I would lose some teeth and possibly have root canals done on majority of the rest. Thousands of dollars I will now have to pay. Again, I contact Yes Dental, as I was told I should try and get a refund from them for the services. Again, they declined. They never helped in any way shape or form. Begging to speak with an office manager for weeks, I finally get to speak with Debbie the manager TODAY! I explain what has been transpiring over the last couple months and she offers no apology. She doesn’t offer any solutions whatsoever. She informs me that a negative review was left on google regarding their business and she assumed it was me. She gave me an ultimatum and told me if I didn’t remove the review she would not speak with me again. She’d only communicate with the insurance company (which they haven’t been doing) and she would send the information they were requesting when she got around to it. She would not give me my personal copies of xrays etc... And would not refund me a dollar.I only visited Yes Dental because of the referral and reviews I read on google. If I had written the review I would be well within my rights. An honest review of the unethical, unprofessional care I feel I’ve received alongside of them NOT FIXING MY TEETH! I don’t want anyone else to experience what I’ve experienced here.To be taken through all of the things they took me through, possibly having to lose my teeth and sanity.. to be told that I will now be penalized because she ASSUMED I exercised my FIRST AMENDMENT! I literally feel physically depleted but my fight continues. Save yourselves time, money and health. I would not recommend this company to a stray dying teddy bear needing a simple cleaning to turn into a real boy.

Today was my first visit and I must say I am thoroughly impressed. The dentist Dr Chung, was gentle and really genuinely compassionate as he explained in detail what he was going to do and how I was going to feel prior to doing it. He also explained what else I needed to have done. This is my new dentist and I would recommend him to anyone who needs dental work done. Everybody Wang Chung tonight. Because of Dr. Chung I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist.

Very unprofessional....needed any emergency extraction. The front desk said to bring referral and ex Ray theyd get me in for the next day. I arrive and now they cant get me in until next week.
Ladies at the front desk are horrible inconsiderate and rude. They should strongly consider replacing ALL of them. The dentists are wonderful and very accommodating. Please replace those ladies before they ruin your business.

This place is so disgusting. I was there for clean up and my appointment was before other guy and i was waiting for 1 hour and they took other guy before me because they know him very well. So they are doing partiality here if the customer is regular they dnt make them wait longer.
Best service the staff very nice and works with you the doctor there and the nurses break down the whole thing for you and make sure your ok i do recommend them.

It’s super sad how this office has such amazing staff, from the lovely ladies in the front to the amazing Doctors and one of the Offiicer manager (Deb)However the office head manager...or owner or what ever his title is (Youris) is awful, rude, obnoxious, and to top it off very Unprofessional starting from how he looks to how he talks to patients! . It’s super sad to see how they overwork their Doctors, for example, they will set me up with a 5pm appointment with Doctors Lopez (BEST DOC EVER) but also set 5 other patients for the same Doctor at the same time leaving me in the room until 6-ish sometimes almost until 7pm ....The only reason why I continue to visit this office is because of the staff! However trust me ! Once these staff leave....I’m leaving too!!!!!

***WARNING*** stay away unless all you need is a cleaning or extraction. I had several fillings done here 4 failed in a year or less. Latest one only lasted 1 week before falling out. Have to get root canal now on one of their failed fillings( only lasted 8 mo). 2 other fillings they did need to be redone. Want to charge dbl what other dentists cost.1500 for a root canal. You have been warned. 🙁
