Called for carpet cleaning, they scheduled between 4-6PM because thats their only availability.Waited for more than an hr, didnt get any confirmation text or call so I call them. They said they are busy due to holiday and covid, they will call the technician and they will call me back in 10 minutes.30 minutes gone by, didnt get a call back. So I call them to check. They said the technician didnt answer the phone, they left them a message. Theyll try to call them back and they will call me back in 10 minutes.15 minutes gone by.. I called them back again.. and this is at 6.15PM They say they will not coming tonight and they will try to call me back in 2 hours to see if they can squeeze me in for the next day.I understand cov and holiday making things harder but they didnt call to let you know that they cant come or if they have to reschedule. And when they said theyre gonna call back in 10 minutes, they didnt and I have to call them.

Excellent service from beginning to end. They arrived within 15 minutes before the booked time. The guy who did the work, was extremely professional and also very pleasant young man. He completed the job in record time and did a beautiful job. All in all, it was an excellent experience and I wouldnt hesitate to use Arch Carpets Care again and to recommend them to my friends.

Arch Carpets Care is a well organized company. Guys were courteous and fast. There were are few spots that were difficult to remove and were visible only after the carpets dried. They came back, got the stains out and away they went. I will recommend Arch Carpets Care to my friends and family!

Found this company through the internet and was impressed with all their great reviews. I was looking for a carpet cleaner to come same-day (on a Saturday) or next day, as the one I had booked with another company got canceled that morning. I also noticed that they have competitive and gave them a call to see if they would be able to accommodate my schedule. The woman on the phone was so helpful and she was able to have someone come by that same afternoon! Great team and company.

Arch Carpets Care has worked with us twice, each time cleaning the carpets. Their cleaners were both friendly and professional and the carpets that they cleaned looked beautiful. The guys completely removed any trace of odour and removed a few stains; the carpet looks brand new!
