With my first service I was told I would receive a call when someone had arrived to clean my car so I could go and unlock it. I never received a call but a text instead. I tried to call the number to find out where he was so I could unlock the car for him. No body called me back or answered my text. I never got my service. I called to cancel my subscription and 3 months later I was charged again for a service that I never planned. Called them and nothing was done ill have to call another guy. A joke of a business. Seems likes its run by teenagers. Avoid this company and itll be less of a headache to clean the car yourself.

This place is an absolute disgrace. I scheduled a premium detail from Wash LB as my apartment complex partners with them and the idea of my car getting cleaned without me leaving my apartment was really appealing. I dont mind paying a higher price for this convenience and a job well done, but I paid $90 for a car wash I couldve gotten at a $3 drive through place. My appointment window was 6 - 8pm; they showed up at 8:30 pm with no notice that they were running late. Luckily I wasnt going anywhere, but if I had somewhere to be that wouldve been a pain. When I went to check my car out the next day, I noticed there were still some remnants of bird poop on the exterior and the inside of my car was clearly NOT touched at all. Not even a quick vacuum was done, clearly. Some premium service. I have e-mailed this pathetic excuse for a company 3 times with pictures attached, called 4 times and received no response or even an option to talk to a human. I was robbed of $87, essentially. If I had received a refund or someone came out and fixed the issue, I would be way more forgiving and probably use them in the future. I understand stuff happens, maybe someone read something incorrectly. But Im basically being ghosted after paying a really high price. Im not the only one who has experienced this, either. Just google it :) TLDR: DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT SERVICES YOU PAID FOR PERFORMED OR ANY SEMBLANCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am a first time customer and got the interior wash and exterior detailing package. I am very satisfied with the job that was done. The floor mats received a thorough cleaning and the wheels came out looking better than I ever thought possible given their condition. Unfortunately it rained the day after my wash, but the products used on the exterior enabled the water to bead very nicely. I will be a repeat customer.

I was excited to start a subscription with Wash LB at the beginning. However, there have occurred two consecutive appointments where nobody has showed up. This means Ive been subscribed for a couple months now with 0 car washes. Ive reached out to the company through email (phone was unsuccessful) however, they have yet to respond over the course of the past week. Im sure other people have had better experiences, but this, unfortunately, has been mine.

They were coming to my work so figured i would give them a try. Price was not bad for the convenience and they did a great job. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future for both of my cars.

So- Josh at Wash LB probably quit after seeing my car. I’m THAT customer. We moved and sold our house very quickly so a lot of the move was done in our car. Dog hair, spilled coffee- you name it. I can wash my own car but the spill was bad enough it went down the cracks so I thought these guys might have the right equipment to get at that. They did. I did laundry at home while this guy Josh from Ursinus College worked until 9pm. I felt so bad I went out to give him a tip. My rating is “A”. If you have a Maserati maybe take it to a garage- but if you are a working parent like myself with a middle of the road car- the time and money this saves you is with it. I think I’ll get it as a gift for my Mom who is 76 also. Thanks Josh ... and I apologize:) You probably need therapy after cleaning my car.

Good cleaning. computer issues --- they had a hard time taking me off the subscription and I kept getting billed. They apologized and hopefully its been rectified.
