Excellent experience with this guys, first time here, not expensive very quick wash with quality service. Vacuum free which is very good.

I loved coming here. Got the Titanium wash for my car and it came out looking so shiny and new again. I then used the free vacuums to clean the inside of it. However, I do wish the suction was a little stronger.

Waited 5 minutes for someone to come out and take my order and money. Even honked my horn a few times. Didnt want to proceed without paying. No one came out. So I left.

When they say wax they mean it. First time there and I was amazed at how they give you the option to pick what wax and actually see all of of what you chose .

Unlimited membership isnt exactly unlimited here. They blame it on the computer system preventing a second wash on the same day. Its your business, you let a computer system tells you how to run it? Thats odd. So, it is not unlimited, more like false advertisement. When emailed, the owner reply with sarcasm of hitting 27 puddles after washing his car, and such. Glad you kept count of puddles, Frank, maybe you can keep count of yours and your staffs professionalism level the same way that you count puddles. Apparently, theyre both muddy and filthy.On their goggle reviews, almost every one of their reply to a bad review is to mentioned their FREE vacuum like its an exchange for their behavior and bad customer service.

This being my first experience dealing with Northeast Express Carwash. I am impressed by their curiosity, well kept place of business. They offer a Free DIY vacuum service. Ill be back again.Unfortunately, which is NOT, Ill repeat, NOT their fault, some patrons dont pick up their trash that falls out of their vehicle. I guess they must think theyre in their own living room. All in all the employees stay on top of cleaning up the business.

This has always been my go to car wash. I went yesterday, December 29th. They force you to wear a mask IN YOUR OWN CAR when paying for your wash. I didnt get the wash I asked for probably because he couldnt hear what I said while I held the mask up to my face! Wont go here again. Im in my own vehicle and we were outside. To require a mask is ridiculous!

But you should have special going on.. like free wash on your birthday with id... also set up a text message with different days like half off a wash or something

Advertised as UNLIMITED but when I took my car back for a 2nd wash because the 1st wash wasnt clean, they refused me and said I can only wash once per day. So its not at all UNLIMITED, once a day only. And when I emailed, they replied with some lame joke to bush around their shady business.DISHONEST, FRAUD and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!

Was disappointed. When my car came out of the washstand, two men came up to me and told me to pay separately for the dry. All basic washings always include these services. If you just want to clean up and drive away with trickles of water running down your car

Guy who writes the ticket is so rude, this was my third encounter with the same guy. He thinks you work for him and he’s doing you a favor by taking your money for car wash. I left without washing my car. Try to get a hold of the owner but no answer.

The guy (Frank) who writes the tickets is extremely extremely rude. The looks he gives and the way he asks questions is furious. He should be fired immediately. I have seen more than one bad review about him online. I tried calling the owner but it keeps going to voicemail. I will for sure NOT come back and make sure none of my friends or family use their service.

This place im sorry even exists, this is not very kind if you drive a pickup, 1st time scared the hell out me, my side view mirrors were just about ripped off, when finished and ready to dry off the 2 beaners drying pushed my mirrors back, of course they were scratches on them . No manager available. Dont go here with a pickup.

These people made two deliberate unauthorized deductions from my credit card. I had a monthly membership with the car wash. During the COVID-19 lockdown, since they’re nonessential, they were closed. Once they reopened several weeks later, they back charged my card for the two months that they were not open, then refused to give me a refund or accommodate me in anyway.Then most recently, I told them to cancel my membership because my vehicle was non operational and I will not be using it for a while. Two days later $35 membership fee was still deducted from my account! This company has no ethics or integrity!

I had gone on January 6, 2020 to get my car washed. I had gone there in the past. I got there at around 5:30 PM. I paid for the works wash. I asked the attendant if I could vacuum the car after the wash. He said that even though the car wash is open until six, the free vacuums are shut down at 5:30 PM.After I finish the wash, I asked the attendant at the end if He could wipe down the door jams When he was drying the car. He said no. I asked if I could borrow a towel to wipe them down, he said no.I Paid to use the vacuums. Afterwards I went to the manager who was taking money at the beginning to complain about the door jams. I asked him if I could borrow a towel and do it myself, he said no.If I paid money to wash the car It should be dried properly. If the car wash did not want to do this, I do not think it would have hurt them if they borrowed a towel to me and let me do it by myself.

We had one of our cars detailed. It looked great inside and out. Is now a regular car wash.

No questions just showed my app.to the guy and he told me about the FREE vacuum machines. I loved all the bubbles and soap that was on my car and it came out shiny but I think they need to pay more attention to the rims, they looked understaffed so maybe I came on an off day. Other than that I have gained a new car wash company

Been going here for several years and am mostly satisfied...never thrilled. Went through this afternoon and am really disappointed. The dryers put very little effort into their process and basically just pushed the remaining water around my car. I am left with a clean car with huge streaks on every surface and windows that I will need to go home and wash immediately pretty much defeats the purpose. Come on guys how about just a little effort and do it tight next time IF I ever come back!

Im very picky about where I take my car. Since the remodeling of this location they have installed softer brushes so they are more gentle on your car but they still get it clean. With a purchase of a car wash u can vacuum your car for free. Im always worrying making sure there no scratches on my car and thats why I really like this car wash.

Great carwash... I bought my MDX there for a interior detail... my truck came back super clean and they gave me back all the drugs they found under my seats... that was really cool because drugs are expensive and I also dont have to worry about the cops searching my car until next weekend... great place Ill definitely come again

They do a great job with the titanium wash. My car always shines for weeks afterwards. Staff is nice and efficient. Definitely recommend. Vacuums free with wash. Work great.

The car wash only halfway cleaned my car and on top of that one of the 5 men at the end of the car wash told me the express wash does not include towel dry! Don’t waste your time. The free vacuuming is not worth your business for a half ass car clean.

Paid $18 for the best package, which they do not clean inside for you. Instead advertisements say “free vacuum with car wash purchase”. Couldn’t find a manager or worker to direct me where and finally one guy says “we have a problem with the free car wash it will come soon one day”. Not a good experience.

Would be cool if the free vacuums had more power they are about half the suction of the pay ones so if you are in a hurry or havent vacuumed for a while you will most likley need to dig around for them quarters and use a bigger one...

This use to be a good carwash but their service is horrible they are rude, they leave your car spotty and the vacuums extremely extremely extremely dull. Its impossible to leave this place without having to go home and finish off the job or bring your own supplies to clean your vehicle. You would be better off going to a self service carwash since you will end up doing half the work on your own!

False advertisement - they dont have unlimited wash. They conveniently dont have a manager/proprietor available to address issues when your car doesnt get washed right after paying for the titanium everything plus package. Wash your car yourself or just throw away your $$
