Great car wash. Monthly service is reasonable buff and shine available

Mirror was perfect before going in. I was a member for two years. They did not even attempt to fix the situation.The mirror was not prior damage. Several times I’ve used the machine and it has knocked the mirrors in. This time it knocked it completely off. The scuffs on the mirror were from being knocked in and the new mark on the weather strip is from the machine.

GREAT EXPERIENCEI recently moved to Philly, so I have been looking for a car wash to take my car in a regular basis. (Before coming here I washed my car at a place in washington avenue, it was a horrible experience, they were rude and price was expensive for what they offered)It is my first time coming here but I think I will keep coming back. Great service, friendly lady at the register and fair prices. If you plan on bringing your car in a regular basis (more than twice per month) you might want to check their membership options for a monthly flat rate. They close before 6pm!!!Definitely don’t go there if you are arriving 15 minutes prior to 6pm.People who works there doesn’t care if you get there before 6pm, they just want go home…

I have a membership to this car wash. I drive for Uber and have been to just about every car wash in the city and Tri-State area. This car wash is amazing. It even scrubs your rims and automatically puts tire shine on your tires as youre going through the end of the car wash. The only downside is they say they are open till 6:00 p.m. but they actually will not let you in anything past 5:45 p.m. I can deal with that keep up the good work five stars all the way your customer Jeff the Uber driver

Good car was. Even when its a line it moves quick .. just wish they have a few guys at the end of the wash to dry off your vehicle 🙄 instead you have to pull over to the side and hop out and do a quick dry job ya self in the few parts its still a lil water at .. so that you wont have water spots all over you car. But its 1 of the best automatic car washers in town ! I use them about 1 time a week

I have been too many car washes in the city I have to say by far this one is the best. My car is so much cleaner using this car wash than any other one Ive used in the city. I recommend trying this one and you will see what Im saying. Five stars all the way I love this car wash.

One of the best automatic carwashes in Philadelphia. The brushes always seem clean, the equipment is always working and maintained, and it does a very decent job actually washing the surfaces of the car without leaving dirty spots. The front bumper is the the only area that’s (strangely) somewhat missed. Still better than almost anywhere else, especially for the price.The monthly plans make a lot of sense if you wash your vehicle regularly.I go routinely each week 👌👌✌️

I get the monthly car wash its like 18 bucks and you can go once a day per month. Great deal.

Best thing about this place, they dry the car after the wash with high speed air blowers. No need to tip anybody for a bad dry job with a bunch of wet towels. Also this place continually makes improvements to their facility.

I visit this car wash all the time and the person taking payments is always pleasant. However, I visited this car wash today and Angelo was extremely rude and unprofessional. Hes probably having a bad day but that is no excuse to take it out on the customers. This person needs to be better trained when working with customers.

The establishment was good, but one of the customers cut in front of us while we were already in line with multiple cars.

I kick myself every time I come to this location. Ugh they had one worker doing everything alone. Bless her bc she kept a level head even with people playing games and holding up the line.

Great car wash probably the best mechanical car was in the city. They have a new buffing service (4 dollars)which is pretty good. Never had a problem with the staff or service. Vaccum areas are clean and strong.

Lunch with my girls and grandson. The food was exceptional and the service was excellent. We will be back

Nice car wash with a great monthly deal. The car wash setup is nice they have two ways of entering and a big mirror that guides you into place when entering the main car wash.

Quick and easy. The workers inside are helpful, this is a real car wash with a dryer inside instead of people waiting at the end for tips. But the worker in the cash isle could use a little customer service instead talking loudly on the phone.

I love this car wash. I’ve been going for around 2.5 years. Once they offered memberships, I of course subscribed to the blue package. But as a little time went on, I wanted to upgrade to the green but they said I had to wait until my subscription renewal date and come back.I forgot about it every month when that time came around and just seemed like because of that system, they missed out on me upgrading.I went back today as they just re-opened. I was able to upgrade to the green because all subscriptions were suspended when they closed down for a bit there.All I gotta say is for $35/month for that wash, it’s a great deal. I’ve never seen so many colors in a car wash. I go probably around 2-3 times a week. So around $3/wash for that killer package...uh yea you got my business.Definitely the best value and quality wash I’ve come across. The staff is also very nice and professional.Only recommendations would maybe be include vacuuming with the subscription. And please package the microfiber cloths in the vending machine in something different. I think it’s the blue ones. They get stuck all the time and I find myself buying two instead of one pretty frequently just to push them out.

Best Membership Value With Routine Superior Car Wash Upgrades, Carwash Express Is The Place.

I used the highest level membership Green Club. The wash was ok but bring some TIRE SHINE because you may or may not get some from the apparatus they use to dispense it. Staff member offered to apply it manually but became confrontational and made excuses when given feedback concerning the incident.

Stay away from this car wash this happen a week ago, and tat same day there was another guy that was there got the same black tar like all over his car

Blue package gives you unlimited washes (including under carriage) for a month (limit once per day tho).But why 3 stars?My hood and top is still dirty because, theres no brushes for the top part of the cars. Only cascading cloth like wipes. The brushes only goes to the side and rear of the car.I have a white car and you will see the lack of cleaning at the hood and top.Despite this, i still go there twice a week max.

Carwash Express might be the best drive-thru car wash in Philadelphia. The facility is always well-staffed, well maintained, and efficient. The tri-color foam is always bright and extra sudsy 🧽🛁🧼. A really great car wash!

Just went to this place for the first time this morning. Very efficient. Two lines when you pull in, one for cash/credit and the other solely for debit/credit. After you pay and pull around theres an employee guiding you into the wash as you approach the building so that youre lined up properly. Lighted signs give you instructions (place the car in neutral, dont hit the brakes) and off you go. I havent been in one of these drive through while youre in the car washes since I was a child and definitely the first time as a driver. It was strange to have the car moving and not touching anything but you get over that quickly. I got the Ultimate Wave. It did a great job for a fully automated wash and actually a better job than other car washes where the attendants use the same dirty towels on your windows. No one actually touches your car. The dryers at the end do an adequate job. My suggestion is to bring a chamois with you and give a quick wipe down to dry any residual water. Vacuums are available if you want to do the interior. Ill definitely be back. Their hours are good for people who work and want to zip in when they get home from work at night.

I signed up for the membership, because its an excellent deal. Unfortunately however, I dont live close by so I had to cancel it after one month. I was able to reach someone there, and my membership was easily cancelled. I was very happy at the prompt service, and the lovely disposition of Robee, whi took my call. Very understanding and kind person. I will definitely be back using the single car wash option when nearby.

Improve the painting prior entering wash and install a camera with monitor for customer to align the wheels prior getting into the wash.. also improve the wash railing tracks.. Employee assist guide shouldn’t be responsible for the damage on customers expensive wheels/rims.. it happens lots of times to many people in this wash and obviously something isn’t right.. When I go to different similar carwash I don’t have to worry about getting my wheels damaged with scratched by the wash railing.. perhaps other wash just know how to do things correctly..

Cheap but you get a decent wash. Take some rags as youll need to finish drying yourself.

After I came in this car wash; I lost a little piece in front of my car. I have been issue this for over three months. This car wash doesn’t hold their responsibility for their problems; tried to make me wait and wait and it’s been three months; they cannot resolve my issue and keep telling me I will call you back. Guess what, there’s no one calling me back. Even the manager as well, never recommend this place and I don’t feel bad for saying this is a terrible place to visit

Got the VIP wash and my car looks great. The staff are really friendly and helpful. You can pay everything with a card, but bring cash if you want to tip. Vacuums are also great - theyre $1 for a token and 4 mins per token, and you can also use a credit card to use them making it a super easy process

Vineland Car wash has been taking care of my cars for the past 2 years on my two cars and have been nothing but great. They will do everything they ask and than some. You can also do monthly deals which are great ask the owner about them. Hand wax/ hand wash/clay bar.FYI they are the only ones I let wax/clean my gt 350

I got the ultimate wash. My car wasnt clean after going through. I spoke to the cashier and she said its no problem and sent me through again for free. Every vacuum is taken every time I come here, and I wish they had guys to wipe down the car and vacuum it out. Its a little expensive for what you get, but those are the only complaints I can really think of. Would definitely recommend, especially for those who just want to spend a quick couple of minutes at the wash.

I always wash my car here and never had a bad experience until this week. The hood of my new car is all scratched up. There were no markings prior to going into the car wash. Luckily they are all superficial but still an annoyance. Will not be returning.

Great car wash, $7-$10-$12 express wash and the owner uses a brush to clean the extra dirt off. Plus they have FREE vacuums and an air pressure to clean the interior! Amazing place!

Standard car wash. If you vacuum and try to back up when it’s a line it can get heated cause someone may not let you in. Best part is the mirrors towards the end when you can see how clean your car got in the reflection. Bring a towel cause you have to really dry yourself
