If you want your car washed don’t come here. They don’t put any effort in or care what your car looks like after. A full service wash is the same as pouring a cup of water on your car. Waste of money.

When you drive around back, there is trash all over the ground. Please have some pride in Philadelphia and keep your business clear of trash and debris.

Decent service for a decent price. Only reason Im not giving them 5 stars is because of the long line which means the poor workers have to rush to get through to everyone. My car was shiny on the inside and out, but on closer inspection my passenger side door still had the thick tree sap stains on it that was the whole reason I got the care washed 😰But my car was admittedly a mess (poor thing hasnt been driven much since I busted both ankles a while back) so I cant get too annoyed. I just encourage you guys to be smarter than me and alert them to your main problem area, and make sure to check it before you leave.Also be prepared to be in line for awhile. The actual washing is fast, but half of the neighborhood can be in there at a time.

I was not pleased with the way my car looked once the wash was finished. I got the gold wash service price for $17.99, got my car back and it didnt look like they did anything especial but the normal wash! The gold wash service says that theyre gonna clean dash & console, and vacuum interior & inside windows; however, they barely touched them, so I had to ask them to clean it twice because it wasnt cleaned at all! Over all, lousy wash!! I dont feel my car was cleaned well for the money!

Broke my door handle. When I brought up the issue the manager said I was lying and the car already had a broken handle.

I waited in a long car line to get the detail that they advertise and I was told they didn’t have enough workers. Maybe that is true but they should put a sign up indicating that BEFORE someone waits in a long line that you cannot get out of (cars drive into a one way road). Very disappointing.

Show up at 330. Attendant has a cone up....I ask if they still close at 5 he says yes, but its slow so he decided to close early, and for me to come back another day. I guess he promoted himself to proprietor.

Friendly service, great wash!

Don’t actually pick anything but a basic wash. They barely dry your vehicle. If you opt to have the interior cleaned, they never wipe anything down or vacuum well.

Have been going here before and after owner change, and continue to be very happy with the results! Friendly crew, too, always remembers me from the moment I drive up, even with different cars. Thank you!

Super short and cant communicate. Told them all I was concerned with was to vacuum the front and just repeated the question to what service I wanted. Got the full service ONLY for the vacuum service and didnt vacuum the door, under the seats, or center console.

Paid $130 for an oil change. Not sure how it got that expensive. Also they promised to vacuum your floors, they weren’t even touched... don’t go

This is my go-to place when my car needs cleaning. Nice that they do the interior as well! They are very efficient and do a good job for frequent upkeep. I’ve never had a full car detail here yet.

Ive never had a problem with this place and I think they do good work. I usually just go through the car wash, but recently had it detailed and it turned out better than I had expectated.

First time great second time they locked my keys in the car but got it open with the pump so at times the rubber around the window comes loose but I did go back and they did a excellent job so the weather is about to break and Ill be washing it myself til it gets cold again #awomensworkisneverdone

These guys did a decent job cleaning car inside & out. But for the price of a Platinum wash they could have done as little more & the outside could have been dried more.

I paid for an internal cleaning, and it was clearly not touched. My car also left with some grease on the window and was still very wet. The back was dripping and there were water marks on the sideview mirrors. Dont go here.

Most expensive worst car wash Ive ever had. I paid to get my car cleaned but my tires where barely touched. So please tell me what was the purpose on paying for the wheel cleaner

They required you to get out of your car and let one of the employees drive your car through the car wash. When I came back to my car I discovered that the door handle was physically broken. The manager refused to do anything about it and implied that I had it broken before I came for the car wash.

Not a good car wash

Brought my brand new BMW through this wash and when it was finished I noticed a huge scratch on my door panel. It is at least 10 inches long and very noticeable. This place is a joke. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR SCRATCHED.

They broke my key in the ignition keyhole!!!!
