Recently moved from NYC. My friend recommended this place for doing inspection. Very professional and reliable with affordable price. They took me right away and done inspection while I waited in clean waiting room with AC and bottled waters, Keurig coffees. Will come again.

Next Level is always fast and understanding. Even on days where they are busy they take the time to get you what you need. I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. The owner is great person and as a person with a Russian speaking dad, this place makes it easier for him to explain himself.

Needed my Ducati Monster inspected after an accident to get a new title since it was totalled by the insurance company. They worked with me while I waited for the salvage title to come in which got there on a Saturday almost a week later then expected. The person that needed to do the paper work wasnt working that day but came in to complete the paperwork so I could get it back on the road the same day. Cant beat the service!

A great first experience. I was purchasing a preowned vehicle out of state and needed a prepurchase inspection. These guys were extremely professional and conducted the inspection with the utmost care and attention. Not only did he produce a detailed outline of findings that should be brought my attention he included pictures to view the areas. This is definitely the best shop around. Very knowledgeable on any make and model vehicle. Very friendly staff also and best prices for services you will find anywhere. Also very honest. Because of my position in the automotive industry I visit a lot of automotive shops. Next Level Auto really caught my attention by the professionalism and kindness of the staff, not what I am use to seeing. This shop is one of the cleanest and well lit shops Ive had the privilege to visit. Even though my relationship is quite new with Next Level Auto, I would highly recommend giving these guys a chance to take care of your second biggest financial investment most people have.

This place is great. I got my inspection done very quickly and no bs. The people who work here are friendly and polite.

I went to Next Level to get my spark plugs changed and get my throttle bottle cleaned. They told me I had to get my gasket replaced also. They insanely over charged me for the throttle body cleaning. I paid $136 just for that. (When the real job is about $10). I asked them to clean it because In order to change my spark plugs, they were already taking off the throttle body. I thought they could just wipe it down, not pay over $100 for it. They called me multiple times each hour to keep telling me there was more and more I needed to get fixed. They overcharged me to get my hoses changed. Also, they were supposed check all my fluid and tires but they didn’t. I was still having problems with my car until I had to figure the problem out myself. The spark plugs change was decent but a good mechanic should check everything else too. Expect to be charged a lot of money here.

Mechanics are really friendly and explains issues with your car in good details. They are very knowledgeable and have very reasonable rates.

He immediately understood what my engine issue was, and offered a completely reasonable price. He takes the time to explain what is happening, explains the options and leaves it to you to decide what to do. My experience with his service was fantastic results and the calmness that comes from knowing what all the options are and what to expect. He is always open to any and all questions, and helpful at all times. They also have a warm, welcoming, cozy guest waiting area with refreshments, which I found delightful to just hang out for the time being. Im really glad I found out about this automotive mechanic (ask for Andrey or Yuri [Manager]), would definitely very highly recommend, and will happily come again if any of our other family cars have any issues in the future. Went to Next Level today to get a 2007 Toyota Avalon checked out before purchasing from a private dealer and from the door their customer service was awesome. Easy to find, very friendly-respectful workers and facility as a whole. They checked out the car and informed me of all the issues needed and provided me with so much needed information and you cant beat the prices.  The best service of my life very quickly and cheaply resolved my issues; changed brake discs, pads, wheel alignment, balancing, changing oil and filters. here you can solve any problem with the machine.  In this city, travel and I was very lucky that I did not have to repair my Ford f350 for a long time. very quickly found all the parts. masters know their work. 5 stars.

I contacted Next Level Automotive as I was purchasing a used car from a nearby dealership and wanted to get it inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing. Youri at Next Level was incredible. He did a thorough job of checking out the car and texted me pictures as well as emailing me a summary of two issues he identified. He even spoke with me on the phone for over 20 minutes around the 6:00pm closing time carefully explaining everything and answering questions I had. He was detailed and polite, never rushing like he wanted to get off the phone. I was able to pass along Youris recommendation/summary to the dealership, which then went ahead and fixed the two issues. Next Levels cost to do this inspection was also $40 and $80 less than another auto garage I called and the nearby Mazda dealership respectfully. It was definitely money well spent for piece of mind and to have two important issues taken care of before buying the car. Extremely satisfied overall.
