This is by far the worst company to do business with. The amount of money we spend to use these vehicles, if and when a check engine light comes on, good business is replacing the vehicle without question, especially during peak driving hours.I went to the facility with the vehicle for a replacement and was told the vehicle has to be towed at my, (the renter) expense before they can switch me into a new vehicle. What??? That doesn’t even make any sense!!!Please don’t bother with this company. The employees make roundabout $10 an hour and it shows. Save yourself the headache and rent with Avis.And to the young lady handling my account, I hope that when the tables are turned, life will be gentle on you in your time of despair. Because when you don’t know that you don’t know, wishing you well is all I can do.
Ive been renting from this location since late July of 2020. Even though Ive encountered some inconveniences in the past, my overall experience has been satisfying to say the least. No company is perfect, thankfully the staff there is willing to work with you.
They forgot to close my account when I returned the car and tried to bill me thousands of dollars for an outstanding vehicle. I called tens of times and their answering service is horrendous.
Now I know to stay away from any place with 2-ratings.THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A $400 CLEANING FEE WHEN U RETURN THE CAR, EVEN IF UR CAR IS CLEAN ! AND YOU CANT EVEN CHALLENGE IT. TRY AVIS RENTAL, UR A FOOL IF U SEE MY REVIEW AND WORK WITH THESE GUYS.Everyone who works here needs to be fired immediately. If youre coming to this place to rent a car for Uber, i promise you, you wont leave happy after a few weeks. If somehow youre with them for a month or two, you will see what i mean. Absolute disgrace. All their 5 star ratings here are FAKE. Worst place to rent a car from.
Paid for the car, had the receipts to prove it & they reported it stolen. They will try to get you locked up before trying to communicate with you. Happened 2 years ago. I forgave them but never forgot. They’re on my list of pending lawsuits. Haven’t started it yet but definitely will. Statue of limitations is 6 years
Very long wait. Cars are so so. Cars are not very clean. Bring your Lysol. There is no corporate office to report or complain to. If you rent you are expected to do oil changes, tires, and other maintenance (at their expense).
The new manager is awesome. She is always on top of every car available and sends the vehicles out for repairs when needed. I have dealt with the previous management in this location who seemed clueless. The new manager Sam, understands how to treat people and how to maintain a good business relationship.
Terrible place..Staff is lazy and incompetent..Cars are dirty and always have issues..I been dealing with them over a year now and every car I get (if they have one) has a safety problem... So be careful and check your vehicle before leaving the lot..Also, they never have enough cars 🚗 for everyone.. You would think after years of doing this they would have that problem fix..Incompetent management has this place at a one star 🌟...

I’m big on reviews and I was actually hesitant even coming in after seeing all the experiences written previously. Ariel was the rep helping me Tuesday morning 9am for my appointment and I came even earlier than that no knowing what to expect. I know everybody is different but as long as communication is clear nobody should have any issues. Call and ask questions and be prompt. Easy transaction. I was in and out within 15 minutes literally. First time using hertz / Uber rental service. So good so far.
Rented a car with a small crack in the front bumper, was told by lying employee Sheena that it was already accounted for. Weeks after returning it, I get a call from Hertz charging me for the damage, of course I believed Sheena and didnt take pictures so now I have to pay for the damage. Worst Uber location and worst people working there. They will tell you to call for any issues but they never pick up the phone. Rude liars and very unprofessional employees, Ill be so happy when I dont need their services anymore. I wish I could give them negative 5 stars
Its just a terrible place, absolutely incompetent staff, they will start withdrawing extra money from your account, charging some fines, they never pick up the phone at all and are not even ashamed to talk about it. Worst service Ive ever looked for.
Waited an hour and a half for an old bust civic. Im tall and can hardly fit in the car. Hopefully can get a replacement. Was supposed to be a Malibu or similar full-size. Had no issue with staff but maybe corporate needs to make sure there are vehicals instead of letting anyone set an appointment and show up...
I rented a car through the Uber program. I extended it as directed online and the next week started receiving calls about me not returning the car and I was gonna be in trouble if I didnt return it today. I called the Uber rep and she tells me she is dealing with customers and places me on hold. I was on hold twice and phone gangs up. When I call back no one picks up. Called back the 5th time and she picks up and says she is still dealing with customers and puts me on hold. I am again on hold going for 10 mins. This is horrible place to do business with. The manager is very unprofessional. I wont rent through them again.
Reading these comments will scared the HELL out of you but such is not the case. Ive had 3 visits so far and each visit was a pleasant experience. Liz went above and beyond the call of duty. GREAT SERVICE!! Sheena also was EXCELLENT. I left very satisfied dealing with these LADIES!! Considering they are answering phones and dealing with customers all day.
If I could give this place negative 0 stars I would. This place is highly unprofessional. The lady that runs the Uber department is deplorable. She’s rude, dismissive and when I tried to ask her a question. She shuts the door in my face. How this lady I believe her name is Shayla or Sheena still have a job is astounding! She is rude and dismissive to all of the customers as I have seen her also shut a door in another gentleman face. I’m trying too renew my contract and she tells me I’m not serving you. How is this even allowed? I will be on the phone with corporate everyday until something is done. This is unacceptable!
Unprofessional supervisor & bad customer service. Cars are not safe to drive. They don’t even inspect the new car they give you. The previous user hasn’t taken the car they have given me in over 6 months for maintenance. However, the nasty & trifling supervisor is the latter of my concern. I don’t know why they put certain people in charge of a business when they do nothing, but paint a bad image. The supervisor definitely belongs at McDonald’s or stay at home to collect a welfare check because she is trash. Plenty of Uber hertz customers can vouch for the words I am saying right now. We spend $255/week to deal with McDonald’s workers. I am being nice right now with my words. Corporate should definitely step in. I will be contacting someone to make a change.

So I’ve been renting with hertz for about 3 mounts now. Each month I had to change my vehicles because they are unsafe to drive. I was told to tow the car to this location & I could get a new car. When I arrive after a 45 min drive I’m told I should of told the car somewhere else because this is not the location. To tow it to. That is fine. But crystal the manager should of said that over the phone when I called. Crystal is very rude. & they just hired a female name Shayla she is all so rude & disrespectful. They both talk over you when you are speaking. They never want to hear you out. Since day one of renting from there I’ve had issues with this company. I’ve watched them disrespect multiple people. I am now careless . They both need to be fired . & they need to make sure the cars are safe to drive before renting out to customers. Worst experience ever. Being polite to these people just gives they away to be more rude.

The fat sloppy manager Brad is terrible. He doesnt move out of the chair. He will not even get up to show you your vehicle. Then you get to your car and it’s all types of engine lights on. I told him and he said take it and he’ll give me a credit. What’s the use if it’s gonna break on you. Where’s Crystal she didn’t have a lot of help but she would at least try.
I was renting for ride share. I went to renew the rental. After I had parked and signed in a woman came and told me I had to move the car. I asked a man that worked there where to move it. He told me behind the gate. After I went back inside and another woman who said she was the manager came in and told me I had to move it to the street. I said this is $&@ ridiculous because I have to keep moving the car. So she tells me she is returning the rental and now I am without a car. I asked how was I suppose to get home .She said thats not her problem. I was also threatened by another employee there. Its Christmas and I also need to make a living. The manager is always rude and uses her power to ruin peoples lives. These are the people you employ Hertz. I went to Avis for my ride share. Simple,great customer service and Cheaper
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The only 5 star review is definitely supervisor Crystal trying to cover her tracks. I’m starting to think this is the experience Uber Hertz want you to have by hiring unprofessional, dirty, and despicable people such as Crystal and the other girl. They don’t even carry themselves as professional employees let alone anyone in a managerial position. Disgusting environment due to filthy poorly raised people! Beware it’s the zoo.

FIRE THE MANAGER! We have been renting a vehicle at this location for the past 2 months and since the first day we came in there she has been nothing but rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. She is incapable of doing the job she gets paid to do. Every time we have to renew the vehicle we are told new information without any explanation. As a manager it is your responsibility to clearly communicate the policies of your company and time and time again she has failed to do the simplest of tasks. The customer service is appalling. We have been forced to keep a car with a dying battery as well as the responsibility to fix the issue ourselves. They have closed early with customers waiting because they wanted to leave early and been hung up on without a single explanation several times. If you don’t ask questions you will not get necessary answers, and even then they are short and brash. We have paid in full to get terrible service which is unacceptable. Uber/Hertz this manager is running your business into the ground and corporate needs to step in!!!!
Worse customer service and management I wish I took the time to read the reviews before I came here. Ive never saw a place so unprofessional and disrespectful. My husband and I were told to go in a room and wait for someone we waited over 15 mins at that point some lady came out with a nasty look on her face dont even say hello or ask what we need help with she just says yall need to go wait somewhere else. I asked are you serious you didnt even ask us who were were you saw us standing and waiting while you were talking to another coworker and disnt say anything then we ask for a manager she goes in the manager office and was disrespectful in how she told her to come deal with us the manager somes out and she has a ecen worse attitude than the employee her name was crystal
Customer service just straight up refused an appointment I had made in their system with the excuse No same day appointments, thats the way its been since they hired me. Which makes absolutely no sense. Ive been trying to get on the phone with them for over an hour to confirm my appointment so I dont drive out over an hour one way just to get denied again but no one is answering. People at the Hertz storefront confirmed the Uber department was there and working, but every time I call it kicks me to a call center.
The manager is extremely rude & no one ever answers the phone. Apparently this is the kind of service your paying for with hertz. Very condescending, always different information than what you were told (with no logical explanation).
Terrible! rented a car the new clerk started the car and left with the keys without me noticing. I got 30 miles down the road before releasing that it was push to start. Pulled over just before getting home when I realised. 2 hours down 60 miles (because I had to go back) and probably 2.5 gallons of gas. They gave me a refund of $32. Didnt even receive key until 5:30 (AFTER CLOSING TIME). My time alone wouldve been over $35. Plus the extra gas I put in there FOR THEM. WASNT EVEN ABLE TO USE UBERX WITH THIS VEHICLE.
