The company is great to purchase from and the staff are really friendly. There was one attendant from south Carolina that was exceptionally friendly and helped us tremendously! Keep up the good work!

Due to the pandemic this is now a combined location for Enterprise, National and Alamo. During our trip the line was long with about 4 to 5 car rental agents. The car rental agents take you to your car so this makes the process longer so pack your patience when you rent. The staff at this location was at Philadelphia airport were very helpful and nice. We will rent again

HUGE, and I mean HUGE SHOUTOUT to ALAMO & this locations Manager: VINCE MOFFITT!!! It started with my making a reservation at the wrong location! I had made this trip in advance as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and his son! We are visiting his family in Mifflinberg, PA which is 2 1/2 hours away! The original agent could only give me a rate that I could only afford for a day since I couldnt afford the new rate at this location. I just wanted to get to the family dinner that was planned for my boyfriend so I made an impulsive decision to just go with the one day rental and Id figure it out tomorrow.Thankfully, my boyfriend suggested I call customer service to see if they would be able to refund me, since we were still parked on property and decided to UBER to another rental car place. I called customer service and spoke with APRIL who made sure she added some notations on my reservation and convinced to speak with the Manager.Well that Manager happened to be VINCE MOFFITT & he listened to my dilemma. He then adjusted my rate so that I could afford to keep the car until my departure a few days later. I cant express enough, how much I appreciate this level of customer service. Its nice not to be treated like a commodity as a consumer and I will absolutely give you more business as well as refer my family and friends, because Alamo has shown made me feel valued, appreciated, and like family! Thank you so much VINCE & APRIL!!! Alamo forever!

It was just what I needed although possibly a little more cost than what was predicted when I made my plane reservations. Also the toll device wasnt clearly explained as to how it was going to charge me.

This place is so slow...50 poeple waiting and 2 workers beween the two companies, national/Alamo..unreal..and the buses just keep delivering people one after the other and theres no room for snyone to stand and the line is stretched outside..unreal... why dont u schedule more workers?..geese...

Typical Alamo for me. No problem, except I was not told I was being charged automatically for gas. Every other time, Ive been given the option of refilling upon returning, which I did, then got charged again for gas refill. Wasnt happy about that.

Great services. As soon you open the door they treat you so nice. I was on PA for my mom surgery and when i went to return the car the front desk guy was so kind and asked me how my mom was doing.I didnt have to wait for my car. I reserved the car for only 5 but I called for an extension and theyre were no problem. Love it.

Trying to return a rental was very difficult.very POOR signage Enterprise should have signs telling people to use Alamo return site for enterprise as well.not just Blocking entrances leaving customers guessingwhat should i door have i made a mistake.or block traffic to walk & ask Alamo about the return.the airport is fast moving & growing this is unacceptable.

Excellent service, I rented a mid suv and they give me a brand new Nissan Rouge. was extra clean, if visit philadelphia in the future, i will select alamo again.

The staff was very rude.. fhey had only 1 option of the car i choose it, they were not giving me any other car in that price range i booked. Other alamo places they wer very friendly and gave proper customer service. But this was bad. Totally dissapointed

I have been using Alamo Philadelphia airport for 6 years, I love Alamo and the best agent there is Edwin, he is awesome, he makes me feel like family when I come up from Florida, top notch agent!!!!

I was in and out of there so fast, maybe it was a fluke but wow what a difference from Budget!

Love the airport car rentals just remember signage is not great or confusing to ppl when taking 95 North or south into airport. For car rentals you must go towards return to hotel garage parking and car rental road. This means when you see the taxis stay to your far left.

PHL Alamo stole money off my credit card saying I had a car for 2 days when I had the receipt I turned it in and got on a plane....I never got my money back

Very disorganized. Dont know how they manage one day to the next. No one in the office for returning car. Finally walked out, had to get on a plane. Im sure they will do with out me ever again

Pricing is a little lower than the competition, but theres a reason. As previously stated, this place really is hit or miss. I had to wait for the employee to finish his sandwich before he pointed to a car and told me to take that one, I had to ask him if the keys were in the ignition or do I have to push it around?

If you already have booking, just use the automated machine instead of standing in line to talk to a human.
