First off, let me start off by saying this: One(1 ) out of every 50 collision repair shops are flat out honest and will go out of their way of getting you back on the road without the bs. i95 Collision Center is that one. From Chris to Tow Truck Driver Conan….it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to find souls of this nature. There is a warm feeling, piece of mind as well as a comfortable atmosphere on the lot, in the waiting area and in the shop as well. There is absolutely no way possible for me to express my gratitude to EVERYONE that works there. Thank you guys very much. Oh, one more thing…the tall thin gentleman employee with the 3 Toyota’s … you’re the coolest!

Chris the owner is an amazing guy! Even though seeing my car totaled was hard for me he did as much as he could to make me realize im lucky to be alive! Very nice guy hopefully I dont have to use their services again for an accident but I definitely will if I ever need a tow and will recommend them to anyone! Also the tow truck driver who responded to the scene was also amazing! Thank you Roger for also making me realize yes its bad but thankfully Im alive and my son is ok!!!

Highly Recommend!!! The people at I-95 Collision Center are absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I were traveling back home to Maryland when we ran into some issues with our car. We stopped at the closest place we could get to which was I-95 Collision Center. They immediately were able to identify the problem, but unfortunately they couldn’t do the work because all the workers were gone. But they went above and beyond to get us home, by calling around to other local places that could help us. After a few calls he manage to get us in at another local shop that wasn’t too far away. Although they couldn’t do the work, there customer service was still awesome. I was so grateful and appreciative that we were brought to that shop because they got us back home. Even a few hours after leaving I-95 Collision Center the gentleman that worked at the front desk gave us a call to make sure we were ok and back on the road. I would 100% recommend this shop ...if you want great customer service, no haggling pricing, honest/professional people...you can’t go wrong with them.

How to start, I have no WORDS to express my gratitude to these people starting with the people who were in charge of towing my vehicle the day I had the car accident, very friendly and respectful at all times. They took me to my house since my car was left with the entire front broken, and the next day on time, they went to pick me up to take me to the workshop (incredible right?) My car arrived at the I-95 Collision workshop immediately the deal with me it was at all times with spectacular respect, and I was treated as if I were a queen. Chris took care of everything related to the repair of my car, he was in charge of renting the car, returning the rented car and keeping me informed with my insurance. Tony Oh God, the fanciest thing in the world, Tony went to the office on a non-business day just so I could get my car, and not have to pay two more days for the rental car. Incredible this company is out of this world. They are the best in Town. Thank you .... Million Thanks

My fiancé’s car was totaled at the infamous intersection of cottman and state. The guys at the collision place were amazing from start to finish. They helped use navigate through our insurance, helped us in getting an adjuster at the facility, and even drop us to the nearest rental place before the place closed. I highly recommend them!

I am very happy with my experience here.I brought in my very low mileage 2003 BMW 325XI to have some work done. The quality in the work was impressive to say the least. The time they took was evident in the result which was flawless.I would not hesitate to take one of my other vehicles here or recommend to a family member or a friend, it is a neighborhood shop with an atmosphere to match.

When my car was first towed to this shop, I was promised that they would provide the absolute best customer service and assured me that they would be as helpful as possible, considering that my car was completely damaged from an accident that was not my fault. They said that they are a local shop so having great customer service and care meant everything to them. They assured me that they would consistently keep me up-to-date about my vehicle. Everything was great at first.About 2 weeks went by and they told me that my car was fixable and they would call me the following Friday so that I could pick up my car. I decided to call the following Wednesday to check up on my car. I tried calling multiple times of the day and even left a voicemail hoping that someone would get back to me. I never received a call back. I just thought maybe they were busy. So I called the next day and still, nobody picked up. At this point, I felt a little suspicious. Their website says they are open every day except Sundays. I then tried calling using another number and they immediately answered my call. I was both frustrated and disappointed. I was running on a 30-day rental car & it was going to expire within 2 days. On top of that, I dont have my original car back nor do I have a check to purchase a new car. When they picked up my call, I asked what the status of my car was. They said that it was a total loss and they havent sent out a report to my insurance company yet, which means they just left my car at their shop without telling me nor my insurance company that my car was a total loss. Every day that my car sat at their shop, they were making money. Due to their lack of care, communication, & commitment, I had to wait 2 more weeks for my car to be finalized. I absolutely dont recommend getting anything done here. Dont say youre going to do your best to provide the absolute best customer service & then start ignoring my calls. Dealing with i95 collision was an absolute waste of my time. I should have never trusted them with my car in the first place.

With all the storms we’ve had, there’s been trees falling left& right, well lucky for me I was driving when a tree fell right onto my car... SCARY. Fortunately I was unharmed, my car however, exact opposite. A friend said to have it towed there, and I’m so happy I did. About 10k In damage, so you can imagine how much work had to be done to get it back. The car looks phenomenal and they kept me updated every step of the way. All the guys in there were extremely friendly and informative. I will absolutely continue to use them (hopefully no time soon 😅 ) & forward them along to other family and friends!! Highly recommend, you & your car will be taken care of.

Services was Horrible I will never take my car there again . $100 spa gift card stolen from the car . A lot of the guys there was rude one guy was talking to me while smoking a cigarette after I ask him to put it out because I gave asthma . My car took a long time to get fix . Workers do not answer the phone in a timely matter. It’s only 1 black guy that works there and he was very nice and caring I wish the other guys was more like him .

Big s/o to the crew at I95 collision! It all started with the free tow service they offered getting my vehicle to their shop...then they even allowed me to borrow a rental for FREE while my Jeep got worked on!!! This place is the best! I had rear damage after backing into a fire hydrant that caused a good amount of damage. Not only were the fast, but they did such great work, you couldnt tell anything happened (which was what I wanted)! I would drop by the shop often to check on the work and the staff was very patient with me, answered all of my questions, and were so professional and courteous. The owner is the greatest! This guy KNOWS HIS STUFF! He treated me and other customers that were there like family and really looked out for us.The staff looked very clean and handled the shop like they were proud of their craft. I felt 100% comfortable taking my car and family here and will continue to from now on!Thank you for the great work!

Guys did a great job. The quality of their work was what I was really impressed with. Even when my insurance company tried to use after market parts they made sure to get factory parts instead. Respectful and courteous I would reccomend them to anyone.

I have a 2017 Range Rover when it was was hit I never again thought that my car would look the same again but with the help of I 95 collision center my car came out perfect like it was never damaged the employees where very helpful I was treated like family my father is a very good BMW mechanic and he said he hasnt seen better work from anywhere else that is compatible with the work of I 95 collision. My overall experience was 100% I would recommend them to any one that has a regular vehicle or a high end car like myself no job is to small for these guys hands down the the quality of the work that comes out of this collision center is amazing.

Highly recommend. They worked with the insurance companies, got me into a rental, basically handling almost everything. They made it super fast and easy, was in and out within a half hour after dropping off my car with a rental waiting for me. And best off all, car looks brand new!

Best repair shop in the tristate area. Use these guys especially if insurance is involved because they do top notch work. Fixed my WRX three times now after 3 idiots hit me at a red light. I got into an accident on the boulevard luckily one of the tow truck drivers was right there. (Brad) he was so nice to me, to offered to take me to get a rental, which he did, he was so professional and sympathetic and knew exactly what he was talking about. It took a little while to get my car back, it was definitely worth the wait. not to mention they guarantee all their for as long as you own the car. The managet Tony is the nicest person you could ever meet he is so professional and really have your best interests at heart, he is honest and a man of his work as a female who knows nothing about cars i am so glad i found a mechanic that i know for sure will provide excellent work and dont ripp me off i-95 collision is the best

I usually dont write reviews, but after recieving such great service from the gentleman at I-95 collision center I just had to share my experience! I had a rock hit my windshield pretty hard while I was driving causing it to crack. I asked around and was referred by a family friend to this body shop. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Mr. Weiser the owner who calmed me down from being shaken up and reassured me that it would be taken care of promptly. He loaned me a rental car for the day and within 24 hours my windshield was replaced! Everyone at this body shop was warm and friendly. They seriously made me feel like part of the family. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you gentleman for making my experience so painless and stress free.

As soon as I called them they took the reigns, they called my insurance company to have them set up my rental car. They even offered to pick my car up and have it towed to them if it wasn’t drivable. They had my car finished in no time, they even detailed the inside. I felt like my car was brand new again lol. They are dope, deffinitley a must go to for auto body work!
