How does this place have a high rating and theyre service etiquette sucks. I purchased a new vehicle that I need for work. I called for a vehicle inspection and I was asked for my personal information just to be told my appointment was a week or two from now. Man please. My business and I need my vehicle today. From the rip they should have told me the earliest they had was weeks ahead and we could have end the conversation right there. 4.9 my a double scribble. Thumbs down.

I had a flat tire and they were able to take care of everything (removing the foreign object, patching up the tire) in about 5 minutes. The best part was I expected it to be around $20 or so. They didnt charge me anything, it was free! Ive basically told everyone about them since this, lol

I took my 2003 Honda Pilot into them as a last resort, fully convinced it was beyond repair and had ghosts in the machine someplace. It had already been seen by 5 other mechanics, each one charged me and didnt fix the problem. The incredible people at Kellers charged a fair price and wouldnt rest until they fixed the problems and made it run like it was new. I do 95% of my own work on my vehicles and dont have a tire or alignment machine, so I use this guy. There is no mechanic I have ever met that has the business ethics this guy does. He is honest and wont waste your time or money. You will get what you pay for, work will be done right. If I knew this guy 20 years ago I probably never would have learned to work on my own stuff out of distrust for mechanics.I will never go anywhere but this guy if Im not going to fix it myself.

Went to kellers for a Service Engine Soon light alert popped up . The vehicle manufacturer was asking for a hefty diagnosis + replace + labor costs . This guy was amazing. Just removed some dirt on the air filter and the alert dismissed. I was truly impressed with the professionalism and service offered. I walked out without spending a penny. Recommended to reach here for any auto repairs

Billy Keller is not only one of the best mechanics around, he is a great person that is as honest as they come and won’t rip you off like most other garages! I had my Cadillac to many different shops and nobody could fix or diagnose my electrical problem correctly. Keller’s did! It turns out I did not need a new starter or traction control system or stabilatrac or censors or any other thing every other mechanic’s computer was reading. I had a bad wiring problem that a previous mechanic did prior to me buying the car. I thought I bought a lemon, I did not! So I highly recommend Billy Keller and his staff and if you have an electrical problem in your car that nobody can diagnose properly or fix, please go see Billy and he will have Jimmy, the best in the business fix your electrical problems!! I promise!! What a relief, what a garage! My car runs fantastic, no more headaches!! I came in for a routine inspection and they found my brakes needed replacing. I had an important doctor’s appointment for my son and I was worried I wouldn’t make it in time. Once they heard that, they went into overdrive to make sure I would have great breaks AND get my son where he needed to go. I was so impressed by every person I interacted with. I now consider Keller’s my go-to mechanic.

I would recommend this shop to anyone. I recently moved to the neighborhood and My vehicle recently broke down and they had me up in running in less than a week and i know they were extremely busy and they did an outstanding job.

The place looks a bit run down but the people were very nice and the inspection was quick.

These guys get an A+. Went to a generic corporate auto repair shop down the road and they told me Id need $1700 of work for my car to get me back to Boston. Came to Kellers right after and they said it only needed $300 worth of work. They got it done within that day and car performed incredibly. They didnt try to upcharge on anything, were honest and straightforward. If youre getting any work done in the Roxborough/Manayunk area, or any part of Philly, come here.

Kellers is always very accommodating and very affordable. I dropped off my Honda Pilot on a Thursday and had it back the next day. This has always been the case. Also, they will always let me know if there is something that I might need taken care of soon. I cant say enough about their service.
