I just signed and paid in full my 2019 homeowners insurance through Freedom Insurance, I paused a bit and looked back: I have been with them (Anita in the beginning and then Brian) since 2004, except for a couple of years somewhere in between, and I do believe I have been fortunate a good friend of mine referred me to Anita over 15 years ago. When you live in a world where the insurance company want to lure you in with a quote an then simply hijack the premiums in double digits year after year, without you having any claims whatsoever, Anita and Brian did a great job reminding me of the due dates, better insurance options for the upcoming year while keeping my rates low without lowering the coverage at all. They are prompt when I email (call), they provide electronic signing so I dont have to waste time with printing, faxes, etc and I have never had any issues. Client comes first is not just an empty slogan at Freedom Insurance, it has been a reality for me. :)
