I switched from another Allstate office to Bisharat Allstate, due to being dissatisfied with the customer care service of the other Allstate office. I have been with Bisharat for three months, and have visited the office three times to inquire about services and my policy. Each time I visited the receptionist and another female agent (dont have her name) were ALWAYS pleasant and very professional. They have always been able to answer all of my questions and provide additional information that I may not have been thinking of. I appreciate their professionalism, and attention to true customer service. I also like that I receive a thank you text after I make a payment on my policy. That shows appreciation of the customer and good customer service.

Al hamdu lillahi, Hamza, and the rest of his team a really great people. Whenever I had a problem they were always there to help me, even when I have problems with my bank. The only issue I have is it seems to me that after a couple years with the company and no accidents it would seem that your rates would be reduced but thats probably not due to the individual agents and owners I think its more of a corporate thing. Corporations route to make money. Hamza and the rest of his team are the foot soldiers they are there every day dealing with the people in dealing with the issues. Sometime I go in there with my daughters who are very young and it never seems to bother anyone in the office they are very nice very polite and always willing to help.
