Ive taken my car here twice after its been pretty badly hit while parked. The first time was a seamless, easy experience. The second time, last winter, when I picked the car up, the heat didnt work. Apparently, there was just air caught in a hose or something, so they fixed it quickly, but youd think youd check the heater in the dead of winter before sending the car home.Fast forward to this summer and the AC didnt work either--it didnt occur to me that it might have something to do with the repairs, so I took it to my dealer. A $135 diagnostic fee later, I learned they didnt connect a cooling fan. Ive called their customer service twice now over the past two weeks to see if this is something covered under their warranty, and they keep saying theyll call me back but I dont think theyre going to. On top of that, the paint on my front bumper is starting to peel.I will say that the repairs were done in a timely manner, but these little details make me think they were maybe done at a rush. At the very least, I wish someone would return my calls.

Kyle and the staff were suburb. Highly recommended for repair work. They did an excellent job on the work and gave updates along the way.

They were to repair my driver side taillight and thr back panel of my Mazada CX5. But they ripped me off and took out my new battery and replaced it with a Panasonic battery that was sitting around the shop that belongs in a Toyota. Not to mention the smell on the inside and my roof trim came off at the car wash. They never put it back correctly. I went to the Mazada dealer at the airport automall and Jay & Tony got me back on the road with a new correct battery for a Mazada and fixed a few other issues that Caliber left unfinished. Im just glad the dealer was there for me because Caliber just ripped me off completely. Dont use them unless you want to have to replace parts they steal out your vehicle. 🤨

My experience with Calliber couldn’t have been better. I had my car fixed and Lou made the process very easy, everyone was professional and helpful from the front desk to the advisors. Lou kept me informed and was full of information and I also got my car back sooner and cleaner than expected. 5 stars!!!!

My goodness let me tell you, the crew here are outstanding. I went to the Fishtown location to have my car repaired and they were fantastic. They were covid conscious and maintained appropriate distances at all times. Additionally they sanitized my car after it’s repair ans they completed that 3 days earlier than anticipated. An overall success and I will use them for any issues going forward! Big fan 10/10

Since moving to Philadelphia Ive used Caliber a couple of times as driving in Philly is like a full contact sport (many times w/o insurance). The people at Caliber have been very helpful. They always communicate whats going on while the car is getting fixed, are courteous and professional, and have always been available to answer questions and explain whats going on. The work has been consistently good (Ed is awesome and is very thorough) and they are highly recommended!

This is the 2nd time Ive used this Caliber location for auto repairs and theyve done a great job both times. Customer service was great; I was kept informed of the progress; the body work looks nice and my vehicle was ready on or ahead of schedule. Id definitely recommend them.

Had a great experience with them. Front desk employees attend you really quick through phone and in person. The estimator named Kyle was great. He explained everything very well, would call and text to update you on your vehicle status. The people that painted the car did an awesome job as well. Ive had the misfortune of needing body repair work for my car twice in the last 2 years. The one bright spot through all of that has been my experience with Caliber Collision on York Street. Both times I brought my car in for service, the staff were polite, communicated with me throughout the entire process, worked with my insurance company directly, and delivered my car back to me good as new before the promised date. While auto repairs are never something to look forward to, I highly recommend Caliber Collision and appreciate their great service.

What an amazing shop?!?!I brought my car to Caliber for body work, after my car was side swiped. It was on the list from my insurance company.First off, the shop is beautiful and so clean.The staff here is friendly and very welcoming. Everyone here knows exactly whats going on.I brought my car in on Wednesday, I got it back the very next Wednesday. All the while, getting text updates on various stages of my vehicle. Instead of doing the obvious and just replacing things, they’ll just fix it and still charge a hell of a lot for it. My fender was dented and bumper was scratched. Was clearly no more than a $500 job. I’d understand if they replaced it all, but no. They just fixed it and still charged $1,200+ for it. Front desk staff have remarkable customer service and much love for them, but if you ever get an estimate and it’s just small Dings and/or scratches, take the cash and take it to a small repair shop and maybe they’ll even fix other small damage on your car for what the insurance is offering. Don’t recommend this place.

Caliber took phenomenal care of my Subie after a minor accident and had me back on the road in less than a week! This is a preferred shop for my insurance (Geico) for a reason - everything was incredibly smooth and transparent. The folks at Caliber answered all the silly questions I had and kept in contact with me throughout the repair process. They even cleaned my car inside and out before returning it to me! Thanks you guys!

This shop is a newer location in my neighborhood, and I brought my car here to recover from a side swipe because it was local. I was a little skeptical using a chain body shop. Wow was I wrong in my skepticism. The staff here were empathetic to my poor car and my own scheduling woes, and made the entire process incredibly easy. I only spent about 30 minutes of administrative time with Caliber handling the rest, including everything in dealing with my insurance company. I was probably a particularly difficult customer, given that I had a vacation scheduled shortly after I brought the car over. Jose and Bryan (the service managers?), both put me at ease. We came up with a plan to have the car a few days earlier then they estimated, and an alternate plan to have Caliber handle a rental car if it went past my departure day. Sure enough, around 10AM of the day before I left, I received the call that I was good to go.The body and paint work were top notch. Im not an expert on body repair, but the paint colors matched perfectly, the work was done exactly as we had discussed, and was finished within budget.I highly recommend this shop.

Fantastic customer experience! My battery died in front of their shop and I was not able to get into my car in order to unlock the hood. They team generously offered to rig the door open and jump my car for me at no cost. Thank you so much for turning my day around!

Customer Service is good but don’t ever call, you’ll be on hold forever, 🤦🏽‍♂️ I called and was put on hold for a good 22 mins as I was driving to this location I saw the lady who put me on hold is drinking her coffee and talking to a lady living the life while I’m still on hold and I have my phone on speaker so she can hear that I’m still on hold while she’s living it up.... Moral of the story just go in person so they can tell you something you didn’t have to come in for and that could of been answered through the phone 😊🙄 other then that, they fixed my car up nicely and it looks great 👍🏽

The management and entire team and staff are all amazing! I was in a horrible accident and the collision team at Caliber took care of me and my car very well. Their quality of customer service is amazing! I would recommend anyone to choose Caliber if they want quality work and service! Jose, the manager, was very informative and provided me with detailed information daily about the status of my car.

They exceeded my expectations in every way. They took less time than estimated, the repairs look perfect, and they made the whole thing seamless, with the Enterprise guy at the shop when I dropped my vehicle off. I asked them for an estimate to repair a crack and some nicks on my bumper that were not caused by the accident (since they had to do some small repairs to the bumper on the side anyway) - they did them and didnt even charge me. Even though there were a couple of minor things I had to go back for (gas cap not reattached), I highly recommend them. They take good care of their customers.

My first accident in 40 years.....never needed to use a body shop before. So I did what most people do - I googled auto body shop that was close to my home. Read the reviews and decided to try my luck. From the first time I brought my car in for the estimate, they were professional. The person who spoke with me was courteous and friendly. He assured me that they would take care of me and my car. When I picked up my baby she looked wonderful. Fender and door replaced, dents fixed, scratches removed and paint job was excellent. And to top it off, my car was detailed.GREAT PLACE...GREAT STAFF...

They do a fine job but the delivery of my car got delayed as they were waiting for a part to arrive from Mazda. They kept me posted but I was moving & the delay in the delivery of my car had me change all other plans. I just wish they added a buffer to the delivery time and had never committed to giving my car earlier. Work wise, you can’t fault them!

Great, courteous, was incredibly understanding when my car had been stolen and I had to go out of state - they held the car for some time after it was all done, and charged a quite reasonable fee. Caliber as a chain has helped me repair cars I had stolen (what can I say, Philly is a rough place) twice and Ive been blown away every time by their professionalism, courtesy, and perhaps even excessive use of cosmetic wax on the interior.

This place rocked my socks off. I scheduled an appointment a few days out for some body damage. I brought it in for an insurance appraisal, but they managed to work with insurance and get it repaired the same day. And they cleaned my car inside and out! Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Hi everyone.I give this caliber collision on York street a one star rating. I took my car here for a scratch on the bumber. Nothing to serious. When I left the shop everything looked fine on the bumber so I didn’t anything of it. A month later, the bumber was out of allignment. I was told by a mechanic that there weren’t any impact so the job was done incorrectly. I took it back to caliber and they put me into a rental until they fixed the job. When the job was done I looked at the car and it still appeared out of line. I told the older guy with glasses that it looks weird but he insist to tell me “that’s how it is” I believed him and here we are a month later and the same side is hour of allignment again. So yes I properly give this shop a one star. I recommend the shop on Main Street. I’ve taken my car there before and they did a great job. You know what they say once you find something that works for you, stick with it. Lesson learned. Now I’ll need to go back to caliber but this time suggest a different shop to do the work. It’s inconvenient to go thru this and waste of time. Very disappointed

Had a fender bender a few months ago and they fixed everything with such precision that its basically good as new. They did a free while alignment when that happened as well. Very professional and informative on the status of your repairs.Also yesterday my front headlight went out, took it there this morning after calling. They said well have to take a look to see how long itll take to change, because Ive got halogen bulbs on my VW Golf, after waiting for about 10 min they hand me my keys and say all done, youve got a new bulb. I ask them how much I owe them and they said Nothing!!!!Really great place.

They did a wonderful job and very fast time on repairing my car and received almost everyday updates on the progress.

I went there on the referral of my insurance company. They didnt fix the problem from the accident but instead fixed my door and removed scratches that never were a part of what the vehicle was taken there for. Then had the nerve to drum up extra work to add expenses in addition to my deductible.

I got my car window smashed and on a whim I took it to this place. Couldnt be happier with the service and the amazingly fast turn around. I drove in without an appointment at 10:30am and my window was replaced by 5 that evening! Fair price and friendly service.

Called a week ago and made an appointment for today to drop off vehicle. The lady told me 4:30 was fine and that she’ll transfer over my enterprise rental when we get there. Showed up today and now she’s claiming there was no appointment made or that they wouldn’t of made an appointment for 4:30pm. She also stated that we might’ve talked to the wrong people about the appointment.. maybe the insurance company. Why would I ask an insurance company for an appointment?? Which I clearly have their phone number in my call log so there’s no way I talked to someone else about dropping off the vehicle. Or maybe they just didn’t want deal with minorities. Glad we can call up the insurance company and transfer over to another Auto Collision within minutes!!

Another car traded paint with mine while my car was parked on the street during a snowstorm. No dents, since most of the impact was on the plastic bumper, but the paint chipped down to metal on the edge of the front quarter panel, the bumper was very scuffed, and the headlight was a little scuffed too. I took my car here because it had good reviews and it was one of the GEICO locations.Everybody here was very friendly, respectful and professional, including the woman at the front desk, the Caliber specialist who helped with the estimate, the GEICO adjuster, and the Enterprise representative. They seemed to care a lot about their customers and I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. (The GEICO adjuster and Enterprise representative dont work for Caliber, but I include them here since a lot of people coming here will be from GEICO claims.)When I got my car back (very fast, by the way), the paint looked perfect. You couldnt tell where the edge of the repainted area was, or that it was repainted at all. My only complaint is about the headlight (this is why I gave only 4 stars). When you are up close, you can easily see where they buffed out the little paint scuff, because it was not polished. It was such a small area that I didnt notice it at the time, otherwise I would have asked them to fix it. Im not sure its worth the effort to go back now, though the repair is guaranteed for life by GEICO, so Im sure they would fix it if I asked.For those curious, here is what my visit was like:When I got there for my GEICO appointment, the adjuster was still with the previous customer, but the woman at the front desk got me started with a form I had to fill out and offered me coffee or water while I waited. The Enterprise representative got back first, so I met with him first. It took maybe 15 minutes to get the rental car. We did a walk-around of the rental and recorded the odometer, fuel level, and preexisting damage (small dents and scratches were considered normal wear and tear). He rounded down for the fuel remaining, which was nice. I moved my stuff to the rental car, and by the time I was done, the adjuster was ready. I sat down with him and he talked a little about the rest of the claims process, told me about their lifetime guarantee, and gave me some information and business cards. Then we found someone from Caliber and the three of us went out to survey the damage. I pointed it out to them and they marked all the stuff to be repaired and described how they would fix it. Then we went around and they marked any other preexisting dings and scratches (so that we would know if any unrepaired damage was their fault or preexisting when I got the car back). The adjuster took pictures right then before we went inside. Everything they said sounded reasonable. I dont think I walked out with a preliminary estimate, but they sent one to me later that morning and estimated 3 days for the repair. The estimate and the adjusters photos were all available in the GEICO app and on GEICOs website. To my surprise, it was done that day, but I had to pick it up the next morning because they finished right before closing. The adjuster also took photos after the repair that got posted to my online account. I drove back the next day and picked it up, and went home a happy customer.

No good at all, make sure every fix theyre doing in your car is put into paper because they promise more than what they can deliver, when you call them back to fix every single mistake they made, they never acknowledge anything and this goes from the manager to the service specialist and to the guy that does bodywork,they fix one of their mistakes when their own employee proves them that its was their mistake(disconnected center brake light), my car still have some problems (fuel door dont open,nicks and chips all over,glass inside my car from the accident,the back bumper wasnt fix properly) The service specialist promise to wax,buff and shine my whole car which it was a lie when confronted nobody show their face, also be careful with one of their manager who likes to call over the phone and threat the people who is bringing money to the business.
