This place is a scam! They get smart with you for no reason, charge you extra fees and he stole my tires! And told me I can’t get my car out of his shop until I pay his fees after he stole my tires ! They have a dog and he threatened me with the dog as well. They damaged my car more than it originally was! Pls stay away from this place it is a scam! When you bring them up to other place they all SAY BIGGEST SCAM IN PHILLY. Pls listen to me and stay away from them! If I could give them 0 stars I would ! Too bad google doesn’t allow you to!

I got my car towed here after my car accident. They charged me $400 in storage fees and forced me to pay them. When I asked for a break down of the payment, the owner got in my face and cussed at me. I felt threaten and violated. When I finally got my car, my radio was stolen and my tires were gone. Ladies beware.

I was in an accident about a month ago and this is the shop my car ended up at. I was originally going to have my car transferred to a shop closer to me for servicing, however the owner Danny personally took the time of his day to ask for my business and offered a number of benefits to allowing them to service my car. They were done exactly when they were expected to be and always answered and got back to me as expected when I had questions. The owner runs his business with great integrity and shows the value of true customer service! My car came back looking fabulous! Thank you Craig’s Collision!

My car got towed to this location at 1am on a Monday I came to pick it up on Tuesday they charged me for 4 days which came up to $306!! When it was really a total of one day! They have all types of hidden fees and THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE. My car was hit from the back and my wheel is turned in when I got to the place THEY WERE DRIVING MY CAR DOWN THEIR RAMP MAKING THE DAMAGE WORSE! The owner got in my face (I am a female) and told me that he’s going to shut his gate so my tow truck wouldn’t be able to move my car if I don’t pay him $306! You GUYS IM WARNING YOU NEVER GO HERE !! Ive actually never written an online review for anything ever, but I needed to for my experience with Craigs. Every single person Ive encountered thru this company has been extremely professional, courteous and helpful. From the tow truck driver who was immediately on the scene who reassured me I was in good hands, to Dan who explained the whole process and made sure I was thoroughly satisfied with the end result, to Liz in the office who updated me frequently on the status of my car. Everyone was so helpful and I am truly grateful. I am very particular about my Cadillac, and a perfectionist when it comes to detail. I can honestly say my car was fixed to perfection. I would definitely recommend Craigs to anyone.

I got into an accident and I couldn’t be happier that these guys showed up to the accident to tow. This was my first accident and I for sure thought my car was totaled. But Dan and the ladies & gentlemen at Craig’s Collision Center took car of me! Even with the pandemic of COVID-19 happening, I was able to get my car back within 4 weeks and she drives like a dream! 10/10 would recommend! 5 out of 5 stars!I had a head on collision and was so upset. Broke my hand. But everyone was very professional and so nice! 99% of people who write reviews are just salty customers. Usually people who enjoy service don’t take the time to write a review. But seeing this business at only 3.2 stars is insane! So happy with everything!

Wow how can you describe a level of service that doesn’t exist anywhere anymore. Craig’s went above and beyond from the point when they towed my car after a wreck on the blvd to being delivered back to me completely detailed two weeks later. They dealt with my insurance company directly and had everything handled promptly. They respected my concerns regarding the COVID-19 situation and delivered my car sanitized and completely contact free. They even had all of the paper work completed between us electronically! Bravo finally a business that’s doing the right thing!

ZERO. Horrible experience. They took 38 days to fix my car. Which they started to work on before I even gave the okay for them to do so. They kept making mistakes over and over. The place parts incorrectly, didn’t notice the back window was cracked, and on top of that they put me in danger by letting me take my car with the battery cables cut. I had to leave the car a few more days because they didn’t do their jobs. Thanks to all those mistakes I got stuck paying almost $500 for the extra 8 days they kept the car. But because that wasn’t enough before I took my car the last time I went to pick it up I noticed the front bumper was damaged because the tow truck. The owner insisted that I must have done that as if I was an idiot. I called and they don’t want to take responsibility. But they will pay!

This shop fixed my Brother’s truck, his rear control arms needed to be fixed after an accident, turns out the front right control arm was damaged as well owner (Dan) says he’ll order the parts after check from insurance company is received. Long story short they never ordered the parts just took the check and pocketed the money made my bro drop his truck off just so they can leave it sitting there all day and intentionally not do anything just to play in his face when he came back to get it. Oh yeah his Mom also lies on the phone to customers when they call up there for Dan he’s at the “alignment shop” 12 hours a day AKA him not doing the work he says he’ll do

They said the tow would only be 125 and when I got there it was 220 and they charged me all these hidden fees and ended up paying 420 to get my car out & the man got in my face when i mentioned a lawyer and tried to intimidate you

If they drive tow trucks with Craigs Collision on drivers door, they are extremely reckless with their driving on way to accident scenes. As I was driving on Broad street, several cars, including mine, were nearly side swiped or had to slam on breaks. If this is not your tow trucks, I apologize and will remove post in future if contacted

Helped me out of a mess. I was hit by a driver on a work trip. One of their guys set up towing my truck and drove me to the shop and set up a rental vehicle. Fixed the truck like new and even washed and detailed. These guys are customer oriented.

So my car was towed from a accident scene over the weekend I come to pick up the car on Tuesday and they charge me outrageous charges for me to pay them and only find out that my Cadillac converter‘s were cut off my car so the owner is stealing customers Cadillac converter‘s now off their cars. And said call the police and make a report I don’t know who cut it off someone probably jumped my fence. Be careful with this company

Car was taken after an accident, called the next day after I had driven by the lot and saw my car dumped on the street instead of being stored on their lot. Spoke with someone when I went to go pick it up, was told that my car had been on their lot the entire time, but once cameras were pulled up, my car was shown sitting on the street. Was then told it was because they thought I was going to come pick it up, but I didn’t call the company until I saw my car sitting on the street. Was finally told that “maybe they were shuffling cars around” and that I was still being charged 2 days of “storage fees.” Bad service, ignorant workers. 0/5 I would’ve been better off pushing my car home

Excellent facility. The original accident part sucked as I was hit in my 2017 Lexus and I wasnt happy however, from the tow to the shop, loaner car set up, deductible help along with a really seamless repair, Craigs made it all okay. Thumbs up all the way around. I hope I dont need them again but IF I do I have their number locked in.👍

My bf car was towed here after getting wrecked in an accident. Kept the car an entire month no phone call. Picked up the vehicle and the horn didnt work, heated seats, or remote start. My bf took the vehicle back. The owner argues with my bf that the seats were changed before the accident and that the auto insurance didnt pay for him to replace the horn. All lies the insurance company even went up their themselves and confirmed that at least the horn shouldve been fixed and was paid for. How you let someone leave with no working horn! They are unprofessional in so many ways! Clearly a diagnostic test was not done. They refused to even look at the car! We were told by our insurance company to just go else where. How dumb can you be! The insurance wouldve paid for everything else that needed to be fixed but you just couldnt admit you guys screwed up!

The folks at Craig’s Collision center provided outstanding service when I got into a car accident in NE Philly. They were on site immediately after the crash, before I’d even gathered myself enough to call my insurance. Conan was especially kind and gracious, which I really appreciated since I was so shaken at the time. A few days later when I went to pick up my license plates, the owner (I forgot his name) helped me detach the plates from the car. They were very responsive in working with my insurance company throughout.Craig’s Collision Center was a godsend during a really terrible time. I hope you never need a towing service; but if you do, these are the guys you want.

TERRIBLE. Told I wasnt going to have storage fees for a week for my totaled van bybtow truck driver. When I told Criag s Collision this, they pretty much called me a liar, then were nasty with me and tried to bully me into picking my van up immediately. Never do business with them if it can be avoided!

I met into an accident last month my car had to be towed. Luckily Gary was on his way home he stopped tried to change my tire then realized that I wont be able to drive it. So I give him to go ahead to take it. I spoke with my insurance company they wanted me to move it and put it in one of their shop I told them no because Im not going to pay for it to be moved. I must say the repairs take a little bit of time to get done but its worth the wait. If I ever run into any difficulties with repairs and painting im definitely coming back.... Gary I want to say a major thank you. Your guys are amazing. Highly recommend 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I had the worst experience at this shop. Came in for a bumper left with radio issues. They are not to be trusted with your car. The minute you speak up about something that you see done incorrect, they will not want to help. To make matters worst they do not want to take responsibility for the damage that was done while the car was in their shop. Wish they would of kept the bad reviews up so that people could be aware. Keep your car away !!! The repair done at this shop looks like my 4 yr old did it at my home garage ! So disappointing!!!!!!!!

I had my first car accident on Wednesday 8/22/18. I am not sure how this whole process goes.I am leaving 1 out of 2 reviews.This 1st review is based on the towing and thr customer service I received, once I get my vehicle back from the collision center after being repaired, I will then post my 2nd review on how my vehicle looks and drives after the accident.The two men that showed up to tow my vehicle where very nice and caring, they asked if both parties of the accident where okay, they gave us a card with the info of where my vehicle will be. I call the next day to ask a few general questions in regards to the process, and what this company actuality does in a case of an accident and the repair process, they answered all my questions and concerns I had.My main concern was if their were any damages under the hood due to the accident, if the shop would repairs them. I was told they DO, which gave me comfort. Since my brother knows how to repair vehicle, he also knows how some of the collision centers like to scam the ins company by fixing only the noticeable parts, but not all the other items that need repair. So of course I had to call and ask if everything would be repaired, and no issues would appear after the repairs are completed. And I was TOLD NO, THAT EVERYTHING WOULD BE AS GOOD AS NEW.So as of now, I can only leave a review based on my towing exprencse and the customer service department. They where great and very helpful. Once my vehicle is done and I have test drive the vehicle around and get a feel of how it runs . I will then leave my 2nd part of my review.This is my 2nd part of my review 9/28/18I just picked up my car after my van was in the shop due at an accident. And I am supper pleased with the results. My brother who is a macanic went with me and he can confirm that this company did a great job with the repairs. Th e staff was very nice and pleasant and I would recommend Any one that needs a repair after an accident, to go to Craigs collision center. They are worth the 5 stars.
