MacLens Auto Body did an excellent job on my vehicle. Looks like it was never hit! I was given 5 days to have my car back. I got a call 3 days later.
I was beyond pleased with the work! our brand new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee got rear ended a few weeks back! We were so upset. Just got our Jeep back, it was BEAUTIFUL! they detailed the inside too and it looks like brand new! Very professional place! I work for an insurance company and will definitely recommend their work as it is hard to find these days! VERY happy customer! :)
I really wanted to like this place. As a matter of fact, I contacted MacLens because Caliber Collision refused to answer questions about my car. So I called them up asking them how long I can wait to fix my car. Their receptionist was very professional and told me to direct my car-related questions to Ken, so I took the time to write an email with my appraisal and pictures. The next day, I did not get a response, so I called them to check if they have received my email. Susan apologized and said Ken will respond to me the next business day. The next day, still no response, so I called them up again the next business. Susan told me that she will remind Ken again and that she is doing everything she can. Its been a week already, and I dont think Ill ever get a response. Im not sure what I did wrong. Does it have anything to do with the color of my skin? Does it have anything to do with my professionalism? I made sure my email was professional and polite. Im so confused, but I think Ill be going back to Caliber Collision. At least they are a little more responsive.

My 2004 Honda Civic EX was damaged in an accident while I was in a funeral procession. MacLens was among the USAA recommended body shops to repair it; also, my mother recommended them. After choosing them, secretary Susan called me immediately after receiving my claim. Mr. Glantz took pictures and gave me a thorough assessment of the damage, including explaining to me the effect of certain points of impact on the vehicle. I was also contacted promptly after my vehicle was repaired. The vehicle looks as good as new. I definitely recommend MacLens for repairs.
Had an issue with my door not recognizing sensor as closed, so constant alert beeps & message. Boss ascertained my problem, fixed simply & quickly at no charge. Said bring back if issue reoccurs & he’ll build door up more. Can’t get better service than that. Plus, office admin Susan is very helpful, professional & friendly!

Rude & unprofessional!!!! I went there to get an estimate for my damaged car. He told me I had to get my car realigned first which was a lie. Midas told me that I have to get my car fixed first then get it realigned. I had an estimate prior to visiting McLeans so I was already aware of the pricing but Phil was acting like he didn’t want me there & was basically rushing my assessment. Don’t go here!

I had a small problem with my front bumper and they were incredibly decent and nice about fixing it quickly and they did a nice job.
Recent accident and USAA suggested this place. Car was towed within a couple of hours of talking to my claims agent. Received updates on the progress, and phone calls. Car was ready twice as fast as first determined and it looked fabulous. This is the best place I have ever encountered.
I am completely dissatisfied with the work that Maclens did on my car and with the manner in which they treated me. The work was poorly done and when I took it to be fix they refused to honor their lifetime guarantee. What does it mean to have a lifetime guarantee on your work if your not going to honor it. My insurance company paid Maclens for a new bumper for my car in November of 2017. However, the paint has been fading rapidly over the last 6-8 months. I called the office and spoke to the receptionist who was extremely nice. She told me to bring the car in so they can look at it. I went there, right away the owners starts telling me thats not their work and that I definitely had work done elsewhere. The crazy thing is that it is 1000% their work. I havent had any work done to the car since they work on it. They looked at me as if I was trying to get over on them. I even told them to check the carfax but they stated that the carfax doesnt mean anything. I went there because I was told they do good work and take care of their customers. The service was good when they took my insurance check but now that I have an issues they are denying their work. It is completely absurd that they would think that I had work done somewhere else and bring it back to them to fix. I would feel better if they said its been too long and we cant do anything for you. Instead they insulted my integrity by implying I did something wrong.
