These guys are great!!! they got me to the airport quickly for my flight out. it was a great price!! when i got back from vacation my car battery had died. they had a jump box and our driver helped out. the super sweet lady who cashed me out gave me candy for the ride home. those two were my saving grace after a long trip. i wish i had gotten their names. thank you for a great experience.

The woman I got off the phone with to be picked up from the airport told me she loved me. It was a total accident, but flattering nonetheless.Will DEFINITELY be back here though because everyone has a personality and my car was very safe on my 6 day trip.I guess I love them too! 😁😂

Always extremely friendly and professional. We never have to wait long for a shuttle. The location is easy to get to. Weve never come home to a single scratch on our vehicles. The price is very reasonable. The lot is big enough we always get a spot but not so big I have to spend 15 minutes getting to my vehicle. With all of that I would still say the courteous manner of their employees is their best feature.

This was my first experience with Expresspark. I was quite please. The staff--drivers and staff tending the office--were all very courteous and friendly. Service was efficient and fast. It was helpful to be able to reserve my spot. The lot is close enough to the terminal, that I think the entire process was faster than using one of the airports remote lots. Based on my new experience, I am happy to recommend them.

Great price. Great service. Van picks you up at your parked car, the driver loads and unloads your bags for you (if desired)....and by making a reservation upfront you keep your costs down (and the price is already quite good for airport parking in a major city). Pick-up was equally easy and fast on return....and driver again loaded/unloaded bags and dropped us right at our car. Excellent!

Excellent airport parking choice, and definitely my go-to. It is always a very quick in and out experience. There is always someone there to immediately take you to the airport and pick you up.On departure, they get you out quickly - never worried about waiting for a full departure load. On return, Ive never waited more than 5 or 6 minutes on the pickup.The drivers are very professional and courteous.

I always used to park at the Philly Airports economy lot. I tried Expresspark this one time and am never going back to the Economy lot. Expresspark is the best. On my return trip I called for a pick up and the van pulled up literally as I was putting the phone back in my pocket. Obviously some coincidence was involved but every employee I met was extremely helpful and, this is important, fast. They got me to the terminal and back far faster than I expected.

Always excellent service, have been parking here for over 5 years. Never have to wait long for a pick up and the smooth jazz on the radio takes the stress of the airport away surprisingly quickly! I use Expresspark every time I fly out of Philly and do not plan to switch any time soon. From start to finish, the entire process is seamless. The drivers and cashiers are so friendly, at all hours. Great experience. Everything went very well: Checked in quickly using my reservation. The driver very shortly picked us up at our car and loaded our bags onto the van. A short trip to to the terminal Upon our return the van picked us up just a couple of minutes after we claimed our bags. The van was not crowded. The driver helped us with our bags and we were quickly returned to our car. The person at check-out was prompt and efficient. No surprises with our bill. Very nice employees!

Staff is so friendly. I called when I got my bags and was picked up quickly. They verified by name every one that was there for pick up to make sure they didnt miss anyone. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for not just affordable airport parking but awesome customer service as well.

Both the drop off and pick up drivers were courteous and helpful. I will definitely use this company again. The car was safe, we took our keys with us. The pick up driver even loaded our luggage in the car. Super nice guy.

The entire experience was great.. greeted politely, the shuttle immediately picked us up and put our luggage in the shuttle. The driver was extremely positive and polite!! We have been using express park for the past 10 years. We have never had a bad experience with them and their drivers have always been super friendly. They pick us up from the airport within 10 minutes of us calling almost every time. Their prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend.

I have been using the north lot for a couple of years, never have complaints. Our last trip was 12/13, we arrived to the lot at approx 5:05pm, a van picked us up immediately at our car. our flight was boarding at 5:40, we were at F terminal by 5:15/5:20pm. Drivers are always courteous and helpful and i always end up tipping more than i plan to because of the service. Our return trip was just as good.

Ive used express park north for my last 3 vacations and theyre always professional. Took only a few minutes for the van to show after I called, and the driver made sure my older car would start before he drove away. Will definitely use them for my next trip.

From the moment we drove into the lot till the time we left the service was excellent. We ordered our space on line, so when we arrived we had a an area close to the exit. The drivers were courteous and friendly. The driver on the pickup offered us candy and told us about how the local weather had changed. The cashier at the exit was also cheerful, friendly. Unless there are major changes to your company you got a customer for life.

The drivers are very friendly and helpful. The vans are always clean and well maintained. I never have to wait long to be picked up. The price is very reasonable as well.

Got to the lot very early (4:00 a.m.). We were met immediately by a courteous and friendly driver who got us to the airport promptly. Upon our return we were met by a van shortly after calling and telling them we were ready. Ive used this facility numerous times and have always been satisfied.

I’ve been using Express Park since the early 90’s. Great service, friendly staff and reasonable rates. Reservation system is easy too. Never been disappointed and highly recommend them to anyone who flies out of Philadelphia.

Vans from two competitors passed us before the Expresspark van came. Maybe add a driver to reduce the wait. I like Expresspark, but this is the second time I watched other vans pass me while I waited. After a long flight the quickness of response is a big selling factor. Food for thought for the management team...

Expresspark is our regular parking location for a reason. They are prompt and courteous. On our departure, we parked our car and a van was there immediately to take us to the airport. On our return our wait is usually about 5 minutes or less. Great company.

Very friendly staff. Shuttle was there for me the moment I needed it. I felt like they prioritized me. Parking felt safe and secure.The road to find the place is a little windy, so dont give up and turn around when you start making those S turns on the dark road. The North lot will be on your left.

My favorite lot to park at. I purposefully fly out of PHL because I feel comfortable parking here. They have great prices and are always very helpful. The van is always clean and efficient. The drivers are beyond nice and helpful with luggage. Definitely the only place I will ever use for parking.

ExpressPark did a great job on our latest trip. When we dropped off the car the van was there right away to take us to the airport. When we returned, it was very cold and the van was there within minutes of calling. Driver was friendly and very professional. Great experience overall.

From the moment we purchased our pre paid tickets to parking in the lot, a bus was right there waiting, with very friendly staff more than willing to help with luggage and navigation to the proper terminal based on where you were departing. We had an unexpected delay and took a very different flight back home and arrivwd early in the morning, before we left we were told where to wait and surely enough we hardly waited long and before we knew it were dropped right back at our car. They had an amazing rate and very courteous and professional staff.

Your team is the greatest! Anytime of the day or night everyone is always helpful, pleasant and professional even when airport traffic is heavy. Your cashiers are superb.

We always use this lot when traveling to Philly airport. There is also a coupon code online that allows the rate to be lower. They are prompt and courteous. You can make a reservation ahead but it’s not necessary. Highly recommend!

Easy to reserve and very accomodating if need to change. New shuttle vans that are a big improvement over the prior vans - easy to get in and out. Very efficient service.

I usually have great experiences with Expresspark, but this time I waited almost 30 minutes in the cold after I called to let them know I was ready for a shuttle. The driver drove by once, but didnt stop. Hopefully Ill have a better experience next time.

Our experience was disappointing. Our arrival was fine, the gentleman at the gate scanned our reservation and directed us to a parking area and a van was waiting for us and took us directly to the airport.Our return was miserable! We arrived at Terminal E and called as soon as our luggage was available(7:21PM). We were assured a van would be right there. We went to the sidewalk and a North Lot van appeared within minutes. We flagged him down because he was driving right by. He said he was full and another van was right behind him. We waited almost 15 minutes and called again(7:37 PM). We were assured a van would be right there. Another North Lot van tried to drive by. We stopped him and he said he was full and another van was 2 terminals behind him. I called immediately to complain(7:42 PM) and was assured a van would be right there. I called a fourth time(7:58 PM) and a van finally arrived as I was on the phone. While I was on the phone the third time, Amy apologized and told me that she had told one of the drivers to pick us up, but he didnt do it. She said she would talk to me when we got to the lot.At check out Amy was not there. The woman checking us out was brusque and condescending. She asked for our ticket, I said we didnt have a ticket, we were scanned in. She said you must have a ticket, look under your visor. I assured her that we had been scanned in and did not have a ticket. She commenced shaking her head and grumbling and apparently was able to find that we had been scanned in because she processed our credit card and shoved it and our receipt through the window without a word.When using Expresspark we often have to wait an inordinate amount of time to be picked up on our return, being passed by allegedly full North Lot vans and watching multiple Wally Park, Parking Spot and PHL vans and busses pass us by. Because of convenience on our drive in and price we have tolerated this. However, this most recent experience has caused us to strongly reconsider our future plans.

Due to busy time for car lot deliveries, took 40 minutes from call to back to lot. Also 5 cars checking out @ 11:45pm with only one person able to do it.should have back up 2nd (Ie. a driver whos just waiting) Hard to be patient after 14 hours of travel.

Update - ImprovementPickup worked well for a number of times, with reasonable waiting time. Leaving for the terminal after parking is still unnecessarily delayed, sitting in the van on the lot, waiting for potential customers, and then leaving after 7-8 minutes. That has to improve!Bad Experience Again!I have used that lot several times in the past. Over the last month or so I had experienced TWICE long waiting time for pickup. Standing 15 minutes or more at 5 am in sub-freezing temperature is a bad experience. I found out that the dispatcher, instead of sending a free driver for pickup, used the driver that was dropping at departure when done dropping. The dispatcher seems to forget that there are customers involved.The dispatcher may be saving the operator fuel money but the customers are suffering and they have many alternatives.

Service was fine but If you arriving in the night call up the number right after your arrival else you will have to wait for 20-30 minutes as they dont have shuttle service very frequently.
