Best parking place to keep your car safe. After returning from my trip, I felt as if I left my car at home. It was safe. Was little worried how my car would be but felt extremely happy after seeing it. After preflight (its closed now due to pandemic - was the best parking place too in Philly) theparkingspot is best place to park your car. Will recommend others and will use it in future. Its bit costly but safety is priority. FYI - I used covered parking. Pickup and drop was super cool. Liked their service.

The Parking Spot is so easy to use. I prepaid ahead of time and scanned my QR code to get in to the lot. We utilized the uncovered parking, which required us to scan the code a second time. The shuttle arrived just when I placed my car in park. The driver assisted with loading our bags. He gave us a card with the parking spot written down on it. We picked up 2 other passengers and off to the airport we went. The driver dropped us off and guided us to where we needed to go.When we got back to PHL, we saw 2 Parking Spot shuttles immediately. Again, the driver assisted with our bags and was super friendly. The driver took us right to our car, again, assisting us with our bags.Everything was so smooth! I will definitely be a repeat customer!The only minor complaint is that the one gate was having technical difficulties upon exit. But a shuttle driver noticed and called for someone to open the gate.**Also, some dont know how to park very well and cant seem to stay in the lines. We had a ding on our door from the neighbor that parked next to us. But hey! Those things happen.

Highly recommend! Check-in and check-out was super fast and easy. The shuttles were very fast, showed up as soon as I parked and within a minute of exiting the airport on the way back. The drivers were professional and attentive to our luggage. Very pleased with service, would use again.

I was so happy with the service overall, i could not believe how simple the process was. I will 1000000% use this company anytime i fly. It is worth the money, the bus comes right to your car when you arrive, assists with loading luggage. Then once we return, i was outside less than 2 minutes and the bus was there to pick us all up. Again, brought us right to our vehicle. Unloaded luggage for us, also when leaving they had a fridge FILLED with water bottles which was awesome.

As advertised. I reserved the space online. I scanned it upon entry and shuttle took me to airport without issue. Upon my return, shuttle returned me to the front of my vehicle. Scanned and paid to exit. Excellent. I will definitely use them again. In addition, after I paid, there was a refrigerator with free bottled water. Well done..

I didn’t know economy parking was still closed, so I didn’t reserve a spot. I paid $140 for four days which is more than I paid for my flight. That is just ridiculous. Since economy parking is closed, options are limited. I used this service a year ago and they were great and the price was very reasonable. And other than the price, the service was still great.

The easiest most convenient way to travel. Plenty of parking. Super nice drivers and associates. You can chose Covered or Uncovered parking. Shuttles run every few minutes. Some locations are Cashless, though so have you debit or credit card ready. Easy to reserve a space on line. The shuttles are very clean and the drivers assist you with your bags. While I didnt see a lift for wheelchairs that doesnt mean that perhaps the shuttle is not equipped with a lowering capability. Call and inquire. I love the Parking Spot. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with airport parking and the shuttles are so cute! Have fun!

First time parking during a trip. They were the cheapest place around and offered an excellent experience. We booked a spot and paid through the app. As soon as we parked the shuttle pulled up behind us and help load our bags. The guy was very friendly. When we returned we were trying to figure out where to meet the shuttle, but looked up to figure out where we were and instantly was able to flag one down (they kinda stand out). That gentleman was also very helpful and professional. He got us to our car quickly and on time, unloaded our bags, and we rolled out without owing any late fees or anything. Absolutely seamless experience.

Parking spot is my go to airport parking service now. I use to use another one where they drive you to the airport and pick you up in your own car. That felt convenient but it always took way too long for them to pick me up when I arrived home from a trip. That was super annoying and pretty much killed it for me. Plus I actually really didnt love the whole dynamic of someone driving my car and feeling compelled to chat about the weather. Parking spot is cheaper, faster, and less awkward. I never wait longer than a few mins for a shuttle. The drivers are really professional and courteous too.

Everyone was very friendly and kind. I was picked up and dropped off at my car and the drivers (both ways) helped with my bags. That is especially nice after returning from a trip! Also, the covered parking is wonderful!

Nice folks had to change remote airport parking because Pre-Flight sold their property. Now only two options north of the airport and they are the best choice.

Excellent, I was a little hesitant, I usually parked in the economy lot at PHL Airport and I had my grandson with me. But I have to say, it was so easy. Pull up scan the barcode from my phone, find a spot. When my 6 year old grandson and I got there, a parked a shuttle was already there. They were full, so the driver stated he would let them know we were there, within a minute a shuttle was there. The driver took our bags and put them in for us. You receive a ticket with your parking space on it and where to meet when you return. There was a shuttle waiting at the designated location. There were no delays or worries.I highly recommend The Parking Spot.

Drivers were personable and helpful. There are several shuttles that come promptly so we didn’t have to wait long. The drivers pick you up and drop off at your car. I also like that the app allows you to see where the shuttles are so you know when and how many shuttles are coming.

My coworker recommended because economy parking at the airport was closed. I felt so much more secure leaving my brand new car for a week. The shuttle picks you up at your vehicle and transports back when you return so you dont have to waste time searching a creepy lot in the middle of the night by yourself if you forgot where you parked. I already recommended the service to several people.

Shuttle right up to your parking spot is the best!

Terrible service. Took over an hour to get picked up. Only one van runs after 1 am. Our flight was delayed so we didnt get in until 1am. The driver drove by the group of families waiting to be picked up. He said he would return in 10 minutes, then 20 minutes later he came by saying he was full and couldnt take anyone. They gave us a number to call, so I called the next day. Dont expect any satisfaction, any refund, or even a discount coupon. They say it is the airports fault. They other companies had numerous vans running after 1 am.I guess the Parking Spot goes cheap at 1 am unlike their competitors. I would recommend not using the Parking Spot if you plan on arriving after midnight into Philadelphia.

This used to be a great place to park but its really gone downhill in the last year or so. Not sure if theyre short-staffed or what but wait times for a shuttle bus at the lot have averaged around 15 minutes (used to be under 5 minutes pre-2020).This past weekend we arrived at the lot around 4:30am. Waited around 15 minutes before seeing a bus; by the time it got to our area it was nearly full and we could not board.The app showed one other bus running at the time and it was near the terminals. We had to leave and go park at the terminal garage to avoid missing our flight.As we exited Parking Spot we noticed 25+ people waiting around the lot for another bus. It was evident we wouldnt have been able to fit on the next bus either and wouldve surely missed our flight had we not ditched.UPDATE: Kudos to Parking Spot customer service for being very prompt with reaching out and happily issuing a refund. Hopefully they can iron out the shuttle issues and go back to being the best place to park at PHL!

I have parked here multiple times and had always had fine experiences until this last time. The lady at the front gate was extremely rude and condescending which is annoying but not enough to write a review. I follow the front gate womans instructions and then the transport truck comes flying around the corner and almost hits me and starts honking. He then writes down the incorrect parking space and offers no help with the suitcase. He then acts like he expects a tip even though no help was offered. I will actively be searching for other places to park at the airport.

When we arrived, the attendant at the gate was very helpful and inviting. He gave us detailed instructions for parking and the shuttle. I expected to wait 15 minutes or so for parking, however, the shuttle was picking us up in less than 5 minutes after we parked. The ride to the airport was quick also.When we returned, Ibrahima was extremely helpful with all of our luggage. When I arrived at my car, I realized that I left my toddlers car seat at baggage claim. He took me back without an issue and waited until I found the seat. I was tired and stressed but he remained calm and let me know everything was going to be ok.I will definitely use the parking spot the next time I travel.

My flight was already 4 hours and when I arrived at 230am this morning, I tried calling for a shuttle back to my car. It took over a half hour of constant calling before someone even answered the phone. I asked why it took so many times to answer and the lady told me she was in the bathroom. Then I asked her, for well over a half hour, you were in the bathroom?? She never replied. Last time I will ever use “the spot”.

I dont know why I or anyone would continue to park here. Today it was raining hard, I was in my car waiting for the shuttle with my lights on. The driver passed me without stopping. I chased him down and his response was you are supposed to be outside your car. That is great customer service. Last time I will be victim to it.

I chose Parking Spot for the price, which is better than PHL airport. And the fact that my vehicles height could be accommodated in Covered Parking. They offer Triple A discounts on covered parking. The staff is friendly. When I returned from my trip, I walked out of the door from baggage claim, and there was a spotted shuttle bus. I waved him down and got a ride back to the Spot. A very easy experience. There were no surprise fees, I paid what I expected after booking online. I will definitely use again.

Honestly, the staff we encountered when both coming & going could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. We were parked under cover, but the Parking Spot in Philly must have had a dust storm as our vehicle was heavily covered in dust. No problem, a quick rinse with a hose took care of the dust.Thank you, we plan to use The Parking Spot on our next trip.

The Parking Spot is my usual place at Philly airport. East yo get to and its covered which keeps the car cool in the summer and snow free in the winter!

It was great, but I did get dinged by a fellow Parker with no note left that it had happened. I did appreciate the unexpected upgrade to covered parking. Over all it was a great experience!

I love the safe, easy, convenience of your services. I wish there had been waters when I was exiting but honestly not a big deal, just a value added. Unfortunately this time there was no uncovered parking available which is what I usually choose but the covered was nice to come back to!

The actual area for parking is fine. Its contactless as you enter. You have to use code they send to your phone to enter and also as you exit after paying with your credit card. Thank goodness there was a nice man working there who helped me both ways.My concern and why I gave it a 2 instead of a 5 rating was the person driving the shuttle to go to the Airport. I took my suitcase out of the car. He couldnt get out of the vehicle to bring my bag onto the shuttle. I had to wheel it up and practically lift it myself to give to him.On the way back from my trip got the same lazy man. The man in front lifted my suitcase to him as he stayed in the shuttle. Im a 73 year old female with not a lot of strength and he expected me to lift my suitcase onto the shuttle? Well when we got to my car, he was all ready to put my suitcase out of the shuttle. Guess he thought he was going to be tipped. I grabbed my own suitcase and put it in my car.Now maybe things have changed but when I previously used the facility, the driver would get out of the shuttle and put my bag onto the shuttle. Upon return, he would ask if I wanted the suitcase in the trunk or back seat. Now that was customer service deserving of a tip. Maybe thats not done anymore at this facility. I may need to find another offsite parking area.

We parked at the parking spot last Saturday to leave for a family vacation. At the parking spot we had to wait for roughly 20 minutes for a ride to the airport which put us in a bind. When we arrive back to Philadelphia last night we started collecting our bags and I saw a parking spot vehicle outside. I realized that his vehicle was packed and there were still people waiting in line to get on. I called the parking spot to confirm that additional transport vehicles were on their way. When we got outside with our luggage there were probably 20 people waiting for a ride some of them said they haven’t they have been waiting there for more than 30 minutes. I ended up taking an Uber to the parking spot to pick up my vehicle to come back to the airport to get the rest of my family. It was a mess. I guess if you’re not in a rush it’s OK but if you want to get out of the airport after a long travel day when you get home from your trip I would not recommend a parking spot. We miss Winner Airport Valet!

I work for a medical transport company and our ambulance was sitting for a while. Long story short we had a dead battery. The employee Eric responded to our call right away. He had us up and going in no time. All the while Eric was professional and courteous.If there were 3 more guys just like him there would be no stopping a business from flourishing. Pre-covid, they were a great place to park. They provided low parking prices and quick shuttle rides. Post covid, the service is horrible. The shuttle service is extremely slow. And the are packing the shuttle while other drivers ride around the parking lot wasting gas.

Made us wait half hour. Saw many other shuttles go by, 5 or 6 for the other lots like wally Park and preflight.Called them and they were rude and obnoxious. The last thing you need after hours of flying with no food or water is to sit on your luggage waiting.Left feedback they thanked me for helping to improve their process. What?Not using them again...In response: I did email your feedback link. I did that on Sunday, the day after.Tell them to contact me if they have any additional questions.

The transportation bus comes to the airport often but just to be sure make sure you call after you get your luggage to assure there’s a bus on the way for pickup. I gave 4 stars because when we were leaving it wasn’t clear how to leave the parking spot, you must have your ticket that you get when you arrive and put it into a machine that lifts the gate to allow you to exit. It would have been nice if there was a sign.

Stay away from this place. When they picked up my family on our return back to the parking lot there were several other couples on the shuttle. The driver took our 4 pieces of luggage and we sat in the back of the shuttle. When we got back to our car the driver we realized the driver had given our luggage to another family (who got off at an earlier stop). Im sure this was just an honest mistake (very common black suitcase) and could have been resolved with a phone call but the Parking Spot was unwilling to make ANY effort to resolve the issue. They said I would have to come back the next day (a 2 hr round trip) when the people realized they were given the wrong bag and IF they decided to bring it back. They wouldnt call the person or even apologize for causing the problem. When I called back the next day I found out the other person called the parking spot and they didnt give them my number or even ask them to return the bag. The worker I spoke to kept saying, what do you want me to do, I wasnt driving the shuttle and hung up on me. This company is garbage.

A rough, and slightly terrifying, ride from the parking lot to the airport. What i assume is the air conditioning unit which is on top of the bus in the back, was duct taped to the ceiling and wildly wobbling about. The driver didnt communicate very much which made me a little uneasy since it was my first time using this lot. It was a fast, and rough ride to the airport. Wouldve scored them less based on this experience alone, but the pick up was much better with a much friendlier driver and no duct taped, falling down A/C unit.

My first experience was in a snow storm. They were very quick with picking me up and giving details on the exit process. They even had the snow removal equipment was I the van. Very friendly and helpful!!!!
