I have a hard time deciding how many stars to give because I was a first timer and the service was incredible. They were able to give me a spot when all the other places were booked. I also got an airport pick up at three in the morning and only had to wait about three minutes. The driver was very sweet as well as the dispatcher. One huge problem though is that my catalytic converter was literally cut from underneath my car while my car stayed there for 24 hours. I saw on another review that a customers wheels were stolen. I am hoping they can do right by what happened while my car was on their property.
Terrible experience. Waited over an hour to get picked up from baggage claim. The phone number provided was a joke, the wait time to speak to someone was over 5 minutes. Had to call twice, was told that a driver would be there in 10-12 minutes. Not True. Do yourself a favor and book your parking spot with another lot. The Parking Spot had shuttles going by at a much more frequent pace than Wally Park.
We were good getting from our car to the airport, but on the return home it was a disaster. They give you a number to call when you arive. Nobody answered and I was on hold for 20 min. We tried the texting option and got confirmation a bus was on the way. We waited another 20 min for the bus. And the driver acted like he didnt know what he was doing. When we were leaving they hit us with extra fees. They advertise as $17 per day but with fees it came out to $25 per day.
Nicely organized, they give you a card to help you remember your spot. I love their app for easy entry and exit as well as texting for a pick up shuttle from the airport. My driver took my luggage from the shuttle and offered to place them in my car. Very courteous service.
This was my second time using Wally Park at PHL & I could not be happier with both of my experiences! It is VERY easy to find, VERY close to the airport & VERY reasonably priced (in my opinion), but what really made it all so outstanding were the shuttle drivers. They immediately saw me when I parked, & after giving me a minute to get all of my stuff out of the car, they were right there to pick me up at my parking space. Didnt have to walk to them, they came to me.When I returned home at a very early hour of the morning, I simply texted them at the number they provided me & within 5 minutes, the shuttle was there to pick me up. They dropped me off right at my parking spot AND they dealt with loading & unloading my large, 50 pound suitcase onto & off of the shuttle bus. The driver even walked it over to my car when he dropped me off! All of those little thoughtful, thorough details & kindnesses added up to another wonderful experience using Wally Park! I highly recommend them to anyone & everyone!
First and last time- usually we use ExpressPark/Smart Park but saw an online deal and decided to try WallyPark. Got to airport quickly, but return pickup was unbelievable. We waited 45 minutes at Terminal F with 7 other customers. 4 shuttles drove past us. We did not get a pickup until some people waiting walked to another terminal, flagged down a driver, and told him about us. I DO NOT like that you cannot talk to a real human being; everything is automated to request the pickup. At the payment gate, I have no idea if we were billed for the extra hour we waited. At Smart Park, you have a live human answer your call to request the pickup, and you have a person at the payment booth. I know everyone is short-handed, but they did not appear to be picking up people in the order in which they call.
Easy to book online. Shuttles run constantly and didn’t need to call for pickup, as the shuttle was running nonstop. Will definitely use in future!
WARNING! We returned from our trip to find our car had the catalytic converter literally sawed off and stolen from our vehicle. Called WallyPark many times with no response from the manager or any representative. No one was working the booth to help us get a tow truck in the lot. Shuttle driver said he thought a manager was coming in 3 hours, no help! Looking back at reviews I see this has happened to others and nothing is being done to stop it. Luckily this was during the day and we were able to drive our car, very unsafe, to a shop. Being 5 months pregnant and dealing with this today in the heat, with no way to get help from the company, was an absolute nightmare.
We waited 1 hour 10 minutes to get a van to pick us up at terminal E. 10 Wally Park vans passed is because they were full from picking up people at terminals A, B & C. O will never use them again. I called customer service 7 times and they said a dedicated van would be there any minute. One couple waited 1 hour 30 minutes?
THIS PLACE IS AN ONGOING NIGHTLY CHOP SHOP, people’s tires/rims, exhausts all being cut off or removed and none of the night time personnel are seeing anything or saying anything. Gee…wonder why $$$. Then you get dropped off and there’s not a single employee around to help while you’re stranded.
I was worried about using wallypark because of some of the reviews however, I had a great experience. My car was safe and I was dropped off and picked up in a timely fashion. Remember to take a picture of the spot your in so the driver knows where to go it helps.
Never again. We will use one of any of the other lots. They came by us 3 times while we waited for the 1 guy wally parking had working. The pick up was worse when he told us to wait while he dropped off everyone in the bus. And we stood there sweating for another 14 minutes. Terrible service. Hire more people.
I’ve been a consistent user of WallyPark for the past year. My job requires frequent travel, so I liked the rewards offered. When I first started parking, shuttle service was okay, the longest I’d wait would be 10-15 minutes. The last few times I’ve parked, I’ve consistently waited over 30 minutes for a shuttle. In the time period it takes a WallyPark shuttle to come through the terminals, I frequently see 3-4 from other parking companies. I chatted with one of my shuttle drivers about the slow service and he chalked it up to difficulty getting people to want to work because of COVID. Understandable, I’ve seen that effect in most of the service industry. But what pushed me over the edge is this most recent time I returned, I texted for a shuttle while still walking through the terminal. I arrived to pickup zone 3 and waited. And waited. And waited. In >95 degree weather I waited outside for almost 30 minutes before I even saw a single shuttle, who refused to pick me up because they were full. The driver let me know another was right behind him and should be to terminal F in less than 5-10 minutes. I called the dispatcher to let them know I’d been waiting at terminal F for more than a half hour and to please make sure the next shuttle would actually pick me up. When that shuttle finally showed 20 minutes later, the driver also didn’t want to grab me because it was standing room only. I told him I’d been waiting for almost an hour and I was getting on because I had work to do.In the 50 minute period it took 2 WallyPark shuttles to drive through, I saw triple the amount from other parking companies. I’ll be giving my business to them from now on.
Had a receipt for parking but this is the first time nobody picked up the phone nor answered any phone calls when we tried leaving. It didn’t scan our paper for some reason so we had to pay again to leave the parking lot. Lost my business for good. Also had my car scratched all over my bumper because they park all cars like sardines in a can.
Don’t do it!!! You will see 3 other parking company shuttles loop through arrival terminal 4-5 times before you see a Wally Park shuttle. Waited 45 minutes then had to call…was on hold for over 10 and then when answered told me 10-13 minutes before shuttle arrived…..a lie!!! Ended up taking a Lyft ride.
On a recent dark and rainy night Kendall was a shining star! She was so very pleasant to every rider :) helping riders load our suitcases big and small into the bus rack. Kendall easily told us the route she would drive and we all got to our vehicles safe and sound. Thank you!Wally park is easy breezy and you can find a groupon to reduce the cost even more. Be sure to have your bar code to scan at the exit!
Good prices. Normally good service. One time the shuttle was extremely slow tho.
Great 1st time experience with Wally Park. Van picked me up as soon as I parked in the lot and I think I was at the airport in 5 minutes or less. Upon my return, they arrived in about 5 minutes after I called. You can’t beat that. Plus the drivers were very courteous and the van very clean. I will definitely be using them again.
The level of customer service here is unmatched! We’ve used this parking location several times and always had good experiences - quick pick up, nice drivers, handle your luggage. But this time, our battery was dead and gas empty when we returned and our driver Kendall excelled. She gave us a jump and when we discovered the gas was also empty, she actually drove us to the nearest gas station with a spare container she had! And then proceeded to troubleshoot the gas tank with us until all was figured out and we were safely back on the road. All of this in the cold winter night. We will continue to use this place solely based on this act of going above and beyond, and we hope that Kendall is recognized by the company for her outstanding service and friendliness.
I saw the wheels of one car stolen. They said they don’t have cameras and they won’t be responsible if something happens to your car. Be careful. Do not trust neither the owners of the parking lot nor the security that are paid to keep an eye on your vehicle. Peace to everyone!
Great people working here and they are very accommodating to our company which parks 27 foot box trucks here. If they are good to us you cant go wrong.
Horrible service getting picked up from the airport. It’s cold as hell outside. I have an infant with me. So I wait inside. They ask me what terminal I am at. So I respond E. Been waiting over 20 minutes and the driver doesn’t stop at terminal E he stops at terminal F and leaves us as we try to run down to terminal F. Another 30 minutes to pick us up. Beware! The recording instructions say it’s a black shuttle and really it’s a red shuttle. FML! You call and they don’t ever answer! Not even the MANAGER!!!
Ive been a long time user of Wallypark and am now in search of a new parking lot. Wallypark is consistently one of the slowest to pick up (with other lots having multiple shuttles passing by before seeing a Wallypark shuttle). Their new app is horrible and crashes. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to park.

I arrived at the lot after using them for more than 10 occassions. The shuttle driver tells me that myself and my 2 daughters had to wait for another shuttle. The shuttle was not full. I have rode this shuttle 3 times during the height of Covid and it was packed, so Im not understanding why we had to wait. Another shuttle came quickly. I am not satisfied with the lack of disrespect for my family.
45 min wait until the first shuttle came at 7 am. Other customers were waiting over an hour to return to their cars after a long flight. All for $18 an hour. So much for the economy parking lot which at least worked efficiently before it closed
Great service! Andrew is very friendly and courteous and makes you feel comfortable when riding on his bus.
The service was overall good and the parking convenient. That is the only reason I am hiving two stars instead of one. I payed for three days of parking up front and I ended up staying in the lot for two days and nine hours. I was in later than my anticipated departure and when I left I was charged a $20 late fee. Not only is $20 exorbitant but I didn’t even exceed the three day period which I paid for.

The drivers have very little sense of urgency or concern for anything. The process of loading, getting your spot number ticket makes sense but is manual and SLOW. Give yourself an additional 30 minutes in both ends of the trip.
Not worth the savings anymore, shuttle service is terrible these days. Seems like every other lot has been by three times. Texted twice and said they have been notified but noone to answer calls and have been waiting for over half an hour for a shuttle...

Used Wallypark at Philadelphia airport on April 4th. The driver continued to pick up passengers until people were standing; no social distancing. Other services did not fill shuttles and had seats taped off to provide space. Would recommend using a different service that follows social distancing protocols
I am a very frequent traveler and used to park at Wally Park but never again. When you arrive at the baggage claim and call, the new process is they give you a number to text. When I texted the number it asked me my terminal and gave me instructions where to wait. Waited for 30 minutes and then called back and managed to get a live person. They told me the text process doesn’t work and somehow managed to make it seem like it was my fault! Terrible service and process! Never again! In total waited for over 45 minutes for shuttle, and once I got to my car (traveling alone with kids) no offer to help with luggage or scrape ice and snow off car.
Reserve online, prepay, park, use E-mail QR code to exit . . . Doesnt get any easier.

Have used Wally Park about 10 times over the last 4 months. The pick up service once you land and text needs major improvement. First 2 or 3 times great but has steadily gone down hill since. Last few trips Ive had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes. Wont be using them going forward.
Quick, easy and priced ok. Have your reservation confirmation barcode ready when u pull up to the gate if you prepay. Just scan and go. Plenty of shuttles waiting for you. Drivers were the nicest and accommodating...BOTH of them which is soooo rare in Philly. Returning, no need for us to call because we were able to send a text but a shuttle was already coming!!
My car was fine while it was on my trip but I think they are extremely difficult to get in touch with and also with helping people get out of there once theyre back from their trip they dont explain very much to you...
This was my first experience and also my last! I arrived with my wife and two-year-old son at 3 am and they picked us up at 4am and after the third phone call.communication poor after each call they said to last 10 to 15 minutes and no one came which was weird because the parking lot is located only 5 minutes from the airport. never again this parking lot ...

We booked Wally park because economy parking is closed.This was a very bad experience the lots are over filled and they had no one to drive us to the airport.They had one driver for two lots and we waited 20 to 25 minutes for transportation it was a very horrible experience.
Aggravated by the extensive wait time to get picked up at the airport! Many, many other parking shuttles went by several times. We tried to call and fot their answering machine of course so we waited approximately a half hour or more for the shuttles to come. We were exhausted from traveling. Shuttle driver was very nice and dropped us right off at our truck. Confusing parking lot to get back out of with little to no signage to point you in the right direction. Reasonable but due to the wait we will most likely try a different parking service. Its a shame because we used to see several more shuttles out then other providers but obviously they cut back!

The lot entry and exit and reservation system is really good. It was quick and easy. However, their shuttle is terrible. We waited about 15 minutes for a shuttle to leave from the lot at departure. I was running late so I called an uber instead of waiting for a shuttle to drop us off since that would be completely filled with passengers during a pandemic. I landed at 9:30 and had provided them with my flight information. They give you a number to call to request a pickup, which gives you a number to text to request a pickup. Neither of them got us a pick up. We eventually were able to talk to a person and he said we had to call him for a pickup and he would be there soon. Somehow it still took 10 minutes for the shuttle to arrive after that call from a lot that is 3 minutes away. Between the time that we spent figuring out who to call for a ride, Smart Park, Parking Spot, Preflight, and Colonial all had a combined 30 or so shuttles come by when not a single Wally came by. When they finally did show up, once again it was packed to capacity. I dont understand how a lot so close to the airport can have such bad shuttle service.
Do not trust the ownership! if your car gets robbed or wheels stolen they wont take responsibility. Beware!

I use this parking almost every weekend and everything was always good, but today called 20 times (have a screen shot) for 20-25 minutes, no one picked up the phone ... I had to walk to the parking lotwhen I explained everything to the driver, he did not even apologize and this is the reason why I am writing this review...

Meh. Its cheap because its not very good.. the text system they use for pickups apparently does not work at all..we waited 45 mins then called over and over and over until someone finally called us back to ask what we wanted. Then they almost charged us a late fee because we were 30 minutes late. My car wasnt broken into or damaged, but Im used to economy airport parking, where I get that for $11 instead of 80 for a weekend.

Very efficient and friendly staff. Heads up, you need to text the car parking lot when you return and you will need a pen to write down the number. Also, dont delete your email receipt or you cant get out of the lot.
Waited over 20 minutes for shuttle. When leaving they charged me another $20 because i hit AM instead of PM. My mistake but $20 for 12 hours when it less than $10 a day to park there. That alittle ridiculous. I fly out Philadelphia airport all the time this is a first. Wont park there again

Waited over 30 minutes for shuttle pickup on the return trip. I saw shuttles from other places make multiple runs in that time frame. When I called for an ETA the employee had an attitude. Use another parking service, this one is horrible.

Returning from a trip, I was waiting to get a shuttle from a Wally competitor to leave. The competitor nearly ran me down rather than pick me up. The Wally driver stopped to inquire about my well- being and pick up passengers.He was ....friendly, welcoming and helpful to everyone boarding the shuttle! Very professional and the polar opposite of the “pre” shuttle I have used. I saw Wally twice as often picking up passengers & was impressed enough to post this review and will be using them in the future.
Very friendly staff. I was picked up by the shuttle in under a minute. When I returned during pm rush hour ( 5:30) the driver messaged me to let me know he was running a little late, but I didn’t wait more than 15 minutes. Got dropped off right at my car and was on the road quickly. Thank you.

Very easy parking. Affordable and good customer service. Some confusion over where shuttle picks you up in the lot (I arrived at night and had never been there before) so I didn’t get a ticket. But staff helped me out so it was not a bad experience.
I am so happy about my experience at WallyPark a few weeks ago!My mom drove my car to the airport for a business trip. I was flying in for a business trip, so I asked her to leave the car at WallyPark. Once, I arrived at WallyPark; my car key didn’t work. I walked to the office, and the gentleman came back to my car to figure out what was wrong. He tried everything and since it didn’t work. We went back to the office. He looked for a spare key fob battery and replaced mine, but that still didn’t work. Another worker and himself tried to check it out (in the pouring rain), but there was no success.Kendall also tried to figure out why the car wouldn’t start. Kendall hopped on the internet to find a 24-hour car repair shop. I was on the car with my insurance company to figure out what to do since I lived about 120 miles from the airport, and my conference was another 120 miles away in the morning. Kendall called about five different mechanics to ensure I made it on my way, but I also that I wasn’t being duped in the cost of repair. Patriot Locksmith came and saved the day. Kendall stayed with me until the mechanic was able to reprogram my car and made sure I was good to go! I am so grateful for my experience at WallyPark, and I plan to use them every time I fly out of Philadelphia International Airport. Thanks so much to Kendall and the team.Kendall is an example of a true leader. Great place. If youre looking for customer service and a team who will go above and beyond, be sure to use WallyPark!
We’ve been using Wally Park for at least 10+ years. They have never failed us. Easy on, easy off shuttle transports, reasonable rates and LOVE the new Wally App. Just a quick text and they are there for pick up. And free water upon exit!
Very easy in and out, you can park commercial vehicles oversized vehicles and Tall vehicles in this lot. They have shuttle service frequently and all over the airport.
They pick you up right at your car and even take the bags from the trunk. It was pouring rain so that was a really nice gesture. They deliver you righ tot he terminal, take your bags to the curb. Pick up is easy. Just call the number provided, hand the card to the driver and he takes you right toyour car. my only improvement suggestion is the text message pick up request was not replied to when i used it. i had to call. Been using them for since they started.
Never any shuttles! Always wait 10-15 minutes for a shuttle and half the time they arrive, they’re full. Too many other airport parking options with much better customer service. I travel got business all the time. Wallypark just lost my allegiance!
I use this lot every time flying from Philadelphia International Airport. The workers in the booth are always nice and the drivers are pleasant as well. Never had any issues with my vehicle or being dropped off or picked up for the airport. Recommend 👌🏾👌🏾

Great service, prompt shuttling you to and from the airport. Bus driver quickly grabs your bag and secures it in the rack. Clean shuttles, very happy to use this service again.
If i could give zero stars I would. I have used this parking frequently for both business and personal travel but last week our vehicle was stolen from the lot. While they are cooperating with us and the police we still do not have our vehicle and left with many questions. Nevertheless, I will never use this parking again since you expect your vehicle to be where you left it prior to leaving for a family vacation.

The ONLY reason why I use Wally Park PHL (besides it being the most convenient to the airport) are the great drivers - Iris (safe driver, so conscientious and fun), Victor (safe driver, always kind and happy), Andrew (safe driver, and calls everyone sweetheart - HE is a sweetheart), and Badr (safe driver, and is a gentleman, always). I dont know the name of the drive who always has classical music playing....very nice and pleasant. Wally Park, these employees are your brand, and they really are the best and MAKE YOUR REPUTATION GREAT - please give GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!!!!!!!! Wouldnt go anywhere else :)

I have used this service for many years - on my last 4 trips ( I travel 2 weeks a month) the out bound shuttle to departures has been great... always. ...the return to the lots has been on average a 35 to 40 mins process from my initial call to pulling back on to the east or west lot. i though it was an anomaly, but no, its the new normal. sorry owners, Im gone.. your Yin and Yang is out of balance...
Their pickup instructions from the airport dont match the reality... waited 40 minutes in the cold for a shuttle to arrive where it was SUPPOSED to. Lady who was standing with me was equally appalled.
Paid for 4 days online...our flight home was cancelled and we had to get a different flight that resulted in us being THREE hours later than what we put as our pick up time... They charged us an additional $19 for 3 hours. So rude. The drive so recklessly around that lot is amazes me peoples cars arent all smashed up. Save the headache and park elsewhere
I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I was on my way to the airport with time to spare. I figured why not save money by finding parking at an off-site location. I called WallyPark and the guy who answered said I can just pay when I leave as apposed to online. What I did not notice is the price goes to 20.00 a day if you do not book online. This should have been mentioned to me when I had called them. The woman when I left was very rude and said there is nothing they can do about it and that it was my fault for not researching properly. That is not what a customer should here but i do now know NEVER to use WALLYPARK! Bait and Switch tactics show their business model is failing them. You get what you pay for and this is a great example, even though I paid almost the same as parking at the airport. Not to mention we had to wait for someone to pick us up at the airport which took forever. Then when we called to find out when the bus would show up, they gave a ballpark time that was way off... DO NOT USE!
Car was safe and secure, pick you up right at your car and drop you off right at your terminal. After returning called for a pickup and they arrived in a matter of minutes. Drivers where very courteous and professional
Decided to go on a short trip leaving Sunday and just returned on Thursday at 600 pm. They tried to charge us 86.72 for 4 nights. It wasnt until I yelled I could have parked in the parking garage for that amount did they offer a different amount. Will never use this rip-off serve again. I will just use aireport economy.

I’ve tried a few places and this is the best one I’ve used by far. Lots of shuttles and better service than the economy shuttle. It’s a little bit cheaper too.
Ive tried a number of different parking options for Philly International and have to say that Wally Park is the best. Just 5 minutes from terminal A, Ive never had a problem finding a spot, never had to wait for a bus and the drivers are always helpful. On the way back, Ive called after getting my luggage and never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a ride back.
Service was amazing. I made a minor boo boo on entering but they fixed it and treated me and my daughter with respect from the moment we entered the van till we got to the terminal. On return called the number once I got off the plane and by the time I was at baggage claim they were there. Dropped me off at my car and gave me and my daughter a bottled water. Found a Groupon and price was beyond expectations. Will definitely use again on my next trip.
First and last time. Their shuttles don’t run continuously as it says on website. Had to call to get a shuttle and still look over 20 mins. Way better service and other places like Smart Park and Jetstream. Don’t waste ur time with these jokers.
Wally used to be great now they are not. The drivers are friendly but you wait FOREVER and each shuttle is completely full which makes things much longer. As I wait I see the competition come around 3-4 times and Im still waiting for a Wally Shuttle. Sorry Wally no more parking with you. I have around 5 upcoming trips also and Ill be parking elsewhere.
