My husband has been with Alfa for 20 years. He has never been a valued customer of any kind. Their customer service is extremely disappointing. When they call you, they talk down to you and always have an attitude. It’s extremely disheartening for a company to bleed you dry with costs, but have a massive lack of customer service just the same. I just had one of their employees tell me that I gave her my number incorrectly and it’s my fault she hasn’t been able to get in touch with me.Uhm, what? Clean the pollen out of your ears, apologize for someone recording my number incorrectly and continue on.There are too many proud people in this world, and I can say.... they DO NOT need to be in the insurance business, much less customer service. It’s time to shop somewhere else. The unpleasant experiences are happening far to often to ignore anymore.
