Mike Perez and Priscilla!!!! I dont believe Ive ever experienced customer service of your caliber in a good while. They made my experience of renting a moving truck a breeze. I was already stressed from having only a week to find an apartment in San Antonio to packing and moving in one week...they eased the worry of renting and traveling to literally ZERO!!! The trucks are good to rent (run well, ect.), the customer service was terrible in my experience. I have been waiting for 25+ minutes so far(still havent been helped) in the lobby with multiple employees walking around and i just need a simple vehicle return and i really need to get back to work but nobody is attending to my matter
