We rented an enclosed trailer from Eric. By far the fastest easiest rental that we have ever experienced. Second, as I purchased some boxes, Dominic gathered the order and placed in truck. Excellent customer service!

Ordered and paid for a hitch 3 weeks in advance to get it installed and they decided to tell me they wouldn’t have the part on time 2 days before my scheduled appointment couldn’t get a clear answer from anyone working and “helping” me for 2 days.

Was told my unit would have 24 hour access.. they didnt tell me there would be an alarm that would constantly go off unless i closed the door. So if you are looking for a 24 hour place, stay away. They lied about that part.

All is great except the attitude of the staff. They dont seem to like their job

I needed to get a piano to San Antonio. Jorge was very professional throughout the process and was quickly able to identify and correct an issue with the lights on the trailer I was renting. We had to switch trailers mid-transaction and it was no problem at all. Excellent Work Jorge!!They had plenty of rental options. Cant wait to see the new facility!

Great friendly staff. Elvia was all smiles the whole time. Everyone was helpful. Made our moving proccess super easy. No hassles, no pressure to buy anything. My wife and i are super satisfied. I highly reccomend this U-HAUL location.

The people here are fabulous!! Especially Ramsey. I live 2000 miles away and needed to get a storage unit for my niece who just lost her husband and was in no position to make decisions about anything. Ramsey went out of his way to help me get this set up and get it paid so she had a safe place to put her belongings. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. Excellent!!!!

The first time I went to just buy some boxes, they had done a company-wide computer update that morning and as of that afternoon they still could do no transactions. No purchase by cash, check or credit card so I had to walk out and go back the next day. The next day I went back and they were very professional and loaded the car for me and took the credit card fine. I have to give them three Stars because the first day they were totally bad and on the second day they were totally good so thats why they got three stars.

They have wonderful staff that are always willing to help you out with your needs. I have been renting a storage for almost a year and I have never had any type of problems. My personal items from the storage are in perfect conditions, as how I have first left them there.

What a RIP off place! Was over charged and inspite of gas being back to where I got it I was charged 10 extra dollars after already pumping 25 in premium because gas station had no regular. I was about a hairline away from the half tank and got charged an extra 10. And forget about your 100 dollar deposit because they will find any excuse to take that most of that as well. Never going back to uhaul ever again.

Refused to fill a tank that was inspected last year. Said it had some paint on it so the rude female didnt wanna feel it. It has gotten to where I hate going to any u haul anymore
