I always use them when doing a one way trip because they give you unlimited miles.

24 hour road service sucks. 3 hours waiting for them to answer. And more but. I ant got time . Penske over all .

Update: Came to the valley one week later and locked my keys in the truck and the guys over there made me a new key and delivered to me in less than 30 minutes. Mechanics and shop guys are outstanding! Quickly addressed all mechanical needs in my truck that I was headed back to San Antonio in. Great group!Roger is doing an excellent job over there at Penske! Ive been here at this Penske twice now and they have been super friendly as well as quick to take care of the truck for me!! Great bunch of folks here! Sure wish they were our main location !!

Well there was a couple things in the truck that there was a couple of things in the truck that should have been addressed prior to our rental. The rear tires were woren and that allowed for a rough ride at times. Performance of a truck other than the tires was very good. Miles per gallon was much higher than expected. The overall condition of the truck was very good except for the tires.

Great and understanding employees at this location Cesar helped me out on a trailer rental. He went out of his way to make sure my experience was with no hustle and very affordable. I would recommend this Penske location to anyone with logistic needs.

Clean trucks, great service

They rented me the truck with check engine light on and told me it was nothing major. The next day on the way back from long 3 hour trip the truck breaks down on side of highway in the middle of nowhere. Called 800 # and the prompts said if I had gps on my phone they could track my location if I pressed 1, so I did. After prompt said if I wanted to be called when agent was available to press 2, and I did.They call me and im on wait for 30 minutes on the side of the road and its dark. They finally connect me only to find out operator cant locate me becuase they DONT USE GPS!!! shes using a paper Atlas. Im basically training her on how to use map but she still didnt know where I was after 15 mins. She said they would send a mechanic but it would take an HOUR!!! by the time he called me. Fortunately mechanic called in short time but unfortunately they dont use gps either but I sent him my exact location using the gps on my phone and sent it to his phone...BAM!! PROBLEM SOLVED PENSKE CATCH UP WITH TECH. WHAT KIND OF TRUCK RENTAL PLACE DOESNT USE GPS? The truck couldnt be fixed and mech gave me ride back to my car. MY TOTAL WAIT TIME ON SIDE OF RAOD WAS 3 HOURS AND 30 MINUTES. Mechanic 10 out of 10 Penske 1 out of 10.
