In my personal experience, Ryder has gone above and beyond to bring refrigerated trucks to help with food storage.At first, they made 3 possible with a couple day notice. A month later they made 7 happen with 5 days notice. Trucks are recent model. All working like a charm.Yolanda is attentive, friendly, and on your side when it comes to working with your requests.Thank you Yolanda and the whole Ryder team. I truly value your help!

Excellent service. Fast at performing repairs. Everyone is very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. You get a 1 million dollar service. They have sufficient staff to distribute the workload. I must say that out of all the truck rental places in the RGV, Ryder truck rental is by far the very best in the area. Ryders in Pharr is the definite example of what excellent customer service should be. I have been 20 years with my company and have dealt with numerous of people in the years. For the 1st time in the 20 years we needed to rent a truck, and very short notice as well. I made a list of places that I was to go and visit IN PERSON so that i could also look and measure the trucks to make sure that they would work out. 1st one on my list was Ryders and ONLY because they were closing at 3:30 which I wasnt too fond of. When we arrived, a gentleman came out to greet us. Gave him a quick run down of what we were needing and he said hed be right back. He needed to go talk to someone. Before I let him go I made him aware that we were price checking and that this was the 1st stop of the 4 that I was to visit. He did mention that he understood and he also said that they are a little pricier than the next place we were heading to BUT Ryders trucks were better. I must admit I loved his honesty. He comes out, gives me the quote and walks us over to the truck. As he opens it and we start to look it over a lady pops up and hands additional paper work and a more detailed quote with other options. Both the Emilio and the Yolanda were extremely friendly, not pushy whatsoever and I immediately knew that this would be our go to place. We asked a few questions and everything was answered so clearly. Never once did I feel the need to doubt anything they were telling me. Its as if they were great friends giving us advice. About 5 minutes later I tell them that we would look no further, It never was the price nor the convenience of the rental. It was their hospitality and wonderful attitudes that sealed the deal for me. I am already looking forward to our next rental and most importantly to the service and feeling that those 2 wonderful humans have to offer. I AM ABSO-FREAKIN-LUTELY ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

I needed a Freezer Truck and did a google search and found Ryder in Pharr, So everything went smoothly they asked what I needed it for and set me up the the correct size that I would need. They even kept in touch with me by phone and email to let me know it was all set and ready. We came to rent a truck and the trucks were not rental ready. Missing keys on one, waited on that conclusion for about 20 min. And then they offered another but that one was flat. Poor desk girl at counter had no help from management. He was just sitting in his comfy chair barging with customers for items on his truck services. Corporate needs to come down and see all this poor management.
