Most unprofessional service Ive ever been forced to use. My stepson got into his first accident and the city forced the tow. Not only did they charge $200 to tow the vehicle four blocks (no wonder they have such updated trucks), but he dumped the truck off in the street, blocking half of our driveway and DROVE AWAY. I am absolutely appalled at the rudeness of the driver and his dont care attitude.

God forbid you misplace your license and your car gets impounded you are straight up SOL. My boyfriend did this and it was a fiasco!! I brought him down to pay with my debit card and they wouldnt let him leave in the vehicle unless I was on the insurance plan because he didnt have his license. Bro, do you want this 375 dollars or not? Obviously not because we couldnt find our email with the proof of insurance card fast enough and the dude had to go to another job. FML all of that ish and we still couldnt get the car. There has got to be a better way. I am very disappointed.. am I in the twilight zone SMH
