These guys are amazing! The customer service is better than anything I have seen in years. The service is second to none. Very professional. Took the time to get to know us and what we really wanted to see in our house. Even took the time to get to know our family dog so that she did not have to stay crated the whole time. The product at the end was truly worth every penny and then some! Very detail oriented. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a reliable, highly professional cleaning service.

They did a wonderful job I really appreciated what they did theyre Fair and their pricing. The quality was very good they did excellent with deep cleaning. I was moving out I need my apartment cleaned to give back to the management. Management was even impressed and they liked it very much they were very pleased. I would recommend Future made to anybody.. they got the apartment clean and ready to be able to turn the key back into the manager the next day. Theyre very thorough. And they do very good work.

Did a good job when here. Dependability is a struggle. Owner is very responsive, but staff struggles being on time and often calls out. Would use again for single deep clean, but not reoccurring service.

They lie about pricing and then try to corner you into paying more when it’s too late to hire someone else instead. They show up early and then try to charge more because there “is picking up to do.” Yeah that’s what I was doing before you showed up early. They quoted a fixed price which was already exorbitant. I agreed to it because I figured they must be really good. Then ONE extremely slow and unenergetic person showed up and demanded even more money. Don’t let these people swindle you.

I have had Future Maids doing a weekly clean now for 3 weeks, each week has been more and more amazing. I honestly dont know how I lived before having a professional cleaner. Eunice and Rabecca are amazing. They cleaned extremely well and even added little touches above and beyond. I have a bunch of kids and they even cleaned rooms in order so I could nap the kids. All around world class service. I cant praise Eunice and Rabecca enough.

We hired Future Maids for a 3 hour, one person cleaning. This option allowed us to choose which rooms and tasks we wanted her to complete for a very reasonable price. Perfect option if you don’t want to spend the money on a whole home cleaning. Will definitely book again!

My brother used the company and loved them so I gave them a shot and that seems to be the trend the cleaning lady named Eunice, wow was she good detailed all my appliances found my microwave for me lol all in all this is one company that the employees really care for wat they do I would refer them to anyone

I was recommended this company for an apartment move out and they did not disappoint. Everything was professionally cleaned from the blinds, tub, floors, cabinets, fridge/freezer to the oven! Well done for a bachelor pad and deposit return worthy. I would definitely use again.

Cant say Id recommend.. we had a last minute move out clean performed on our empty house. The good: they were available with a days notice.. Cleaned the wooden floors well, and it was well dusted. The bad... Exorbitantly expensive for our move out clean. Blinds were cleaned but left out off there loops, pantry didnt look clean at all, and.applanaces were smeared, things like the cleaning the grout in the bathrooms and kitchen foor didnt look they had been attempted at all. All round poor experience.

So I am new to hiring cleaners. Sabrina was my contact to set up the cleaning and her verbiage and my own thoughts were not on the same page. When I say clean cabinets my mind is inside and out. Inside is extra, but we worked it out to both satisfaction which I appreciated. She is very understanding and fair. I have a 4000 sq ft house and they sent only two people to clean. Viki and Madelyn are very good but it was a big job for two. A two hour job ended up being a 5 and half hours. I had to cancel and reschedule the carpet cleaners. I gave a 4 because I could tell all three cared to give me a good experience and even with only two people they did a good job.

I called in the late afternoon in a bind to get my apartment clean by the evening and future maids graciously fit me in. My kitchen was a bit of disaster zone and my floors were grimy. When I came home my apartment smelled amazing and every part of it sparkled. Thank you so much for the amazing job and I will be a return customer!

I live in Pflugerville, TX. I am not happy at all with the service received Today. First she was a half an hour late from the arrival window given. “I’m sorry I missed my turn and that’s why I’m late.” Next after I got home to see the finished work I was completely underwhelmed and disappointed the more I looked around. Bed side tables were not dusted, book shelves not dusted. Two guitar cases leaning against a wall were not moved only vacuumed around them and left dirt, dust etc underneath. It is so apparent there was no attempt. Several places in my office were missed on the carpet. Stripes do not mean that it is finished. I have a glass shower enclosure and there is still soap residue left all over it, it’s foggy I can write my name in it with a finger. The stove top was pretty much the same, still greasy with lots of streaks and you can write on it with your finger. Multiple areas were just missed in the dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning. Some that were not missed were not done well at all. Definitely not a professional job, at all. I don’t recommend this service. it was definitely more expensive than it was worth and a let down to top it off. The owner seemed nice on the phone when we spoke and that’s about the best thing I can say about the company at this point.

I wanted 2 hours of service so I made a list of 2 hours worth of work for the maid. When she got there she said all she was supposed to clean was 1 bathroom and 1 room. That is not what we agreed on so I’m very disappointed. Can’t believe I paid $85 for 2 rooms to get cleaned and all she had time to do was the master bathroom and sweep/mop my kitchen floor. That’s it! Also she complained this was not her normal job, she hadn’t done cleaning since she was in her 20s and now she’s in her 50s and it’s harder for her. She was super slow and constantly asking me questions. Not professional at all.

Michelle was here on time and she was awesome! She was focused on her job and did it extremely well, things were moved to dust correctly, she even moved small tables and chairs around to vacuum as much as possible. It was very obvious that she takes pride in her job and doing it better than anyone else. She’s ours from here on, great job Future Maids cleaning, good to see your hiring the best

I had my initial clean the other day and I must say I was pleased. The house was very dusty from our pets and had not been thoroughly cleaned in several months or more. Knowing this I asked for a two person team vice the normal one person. They spent about 4hrs in my 2300 sq. ft. house and did a great job; only missed dusting a few things. They even got the dog slobber spots off the stainless steal refrigerator 😄. I have decided to have repeat cleanings every two weeks and feel confident the house will be cleaned as well, or better, than it was this first time. Thank you.

Ive been using them for 6 months for bi monthly cleaning. They are always prompt and professional. Highly recommend them. I also used them to do a move out clean for a prior rental property and we got back all of our deposit, so worth it! Prices are reasonable and can be paid either online or through the Housecall app.
