The rinse cycle stopped spraying water about 2 seconds into driving forward..all lights to give directions shut down except for air dryer and its countdown clock. The dryer sprayed all the soap from the bed all over my vehicle¿ Had to seek another car wash place just to remove soap

Car wash stop working. Left soap all over my car. This is the 2nd time this happened here.

Always clean of nails and screws on the vacuum area. $11 wash is awesome.

Dont waste your money, spend a few more dollars down the street . I didnt second time I run my car through it and it turns out not clean.And it also left blue spots all over the car.

I’ve been using express auto wash now for about 4 months and it can’t be beat. I used to go to bubble clean but decided to try express and I’m really glad I made the change. My truck comes out clean each time and the value is great. If you want a reliable, quality, fair priced wash I would try express auto wash.

Went today around 1 pm and was treated horribly by an employee (he wore glasses).The car in front of me didn’t know how to use the self wash, the employee proceeded to shout at her. Then, when it was my turn, the lights didn’t start flashing as they normally do, and the machine said, “please pull forward into the wash”the machine didn’t appear to be working so I started to pull through. The employee then came over and started to yell at me, trying to direct me through the wash, and ignored what I was trying to tell him. All the while another customer behind me also proceeded to yell and mock me as the employee casually chatted with him, approving his behavior. I asked the employee to stop yelling at me but he just ignored me. I understand people have bad days, but I have never experienced such rudeness. I have always bought a monthly pass but never will again.

The wash did a great job! I have hard water at home so I needed a place that was fast and cheap. I did the $8 package and was a good value! I was a bit unsure how to pull into this one since I wasn’t used to not using a car wash I didn’t park on a track that pulls the car along. But this one has a stop light thing that tells you exactly what to do- do what it says and you’ll be fine! 😄

No vaccum works there!!! If you offer keep it WORKING!! I stopped going because I cant complete my cleaning of my car!!! I visit this place every weekend from mid morning to late afternoon. The vacuums are usually broke, meaning the ends come off or have no suction. I was paying for the Deluxe package every week and felt like I didnt finish my car being cleaned because I couldnt vacuum.

I absolutely love the convenience and the staff that care for this particular car wash. I like the fact that I can go there at 4 in the morning or 1 in the afternoon. I also love the fact that if anything goes wrong the staff is all over it they take care of it they make me feel like Im important.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! CAR WASH AND VACUUMS ARE A RIP OFF!! Me and my wife stopped by and the car wash did not even have soap. Our car was left worse than when we came in. Then we go to use the vacuums and not one had decent suction. It wouldnt lift not even the tiniest of crumbs off of the floor boards. We will never come back. DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE.

The wash may or may not be broken. You may or may not lose your money.To the owner: If it successfully takes your money and then fails to turn on or spray a single drop of water, then it’s broken. I looked around for contact info and found nothing.

I wouldnt recommend coming here on Sundays the store is closed. The car wash took My $11 and it wasnt working... It didnt have a sign that it was down. I attempted several times but gave up... 1st time here... so I had to tell the other 2 cars behind me that its was not working. I dont live near here...

One of the spinning brushes wasnt working, driving was confusing, but it is the only one open past 8pm

We visited the carwash this sunday. After paying for my carwash. It stopped working after the person in front of me finished. After sending a message via yelp and fb I was able to get the manager out on a sunday within 10 mins he contacted me and showed up to reset the washer. And stated while at least 4 cars went thur to ensure we all got our cars washed. I was not expecting to her back so quickly. Thanks charlie for make our sunday better. :)

I wish I could say good things about this place. It was my first time going through the car wash. It was free for getting my truck inspection next door. Well let me tell you please it you have a truck dont go through it.. It scratched the hood of my truck. I have a 2014 Black Toyota Tundra. I take very good care of my truck and it has only had one scrape on it in almost four years. I am so mad at the response the manager or the person they sent out to talk to me about it. All he said was I can give you a free car wash. Or a free oil change. Really...... I mean really...... If the express oil change owns this car wash I would be embarrassed with that kind of response. He didnt even ask for a phone number or take pictures or even seem concerned about the situation. I wash my truck once a week. I work hard to pay for my truck to take my family places. I will never return. And everyone I know will hear about my experience... I run a business and if I reacted this way to a situation like this I would be out of business. Oh and by the way I have spent plenty of money at express oil change. Im not saying its their fault but they are the ones that failed to address my truck in a professional way. Good luck with yalls business..

Only one vacuum works well. Late turn on for dryer so you miss drying time.

For an $11 car wash (which is the most expensive they have), it does a pretty good darn job. Though if you have strong black grease stuck on the car, may not be a good option for you, but overall its better than OK.

Brush wash instead of just water jets. Washes cost $5, $8, or $11. Does reasonably well for an automated drive through wash. Also has free vacuums.

Be careful using a non-chip debit/credit card here. Unfortunately the machine only takes non-chip cards and cash. I thought I had lucked out when I found a card that the machine would accept. Unbeknownst to me at the the time of that transaction my card was being skimmed by a decice that would allow someone to make purchases from it.Two days after my trip to the carwash My card was charged $349 at The Domain in the Macy’s department store. I received the moble notification while I was siting at my desk at work. Thankfully this transaction was flagged as fraud and the transaction was denied.Apparently the theif or theives made a small transaction for less than a dollar to verify rather funds were available or not. Once that transaction cleared they went on a shopping spree. Wish I could have seen their faces at the checkout line when the tranaction was denied!I called Pflugerville PD and was referred to their website to file a report. It’s a flipping joke. I then phoned the number listed for this carwash and that call was a waste of time and breath. They simply didn’t care and went on the defense. Their attitude quickly changed when I mentioned involving the law. Go figure. Long story short, be careful. Thieves are everywhere.

It was okay, but certainly not worth the $17 for their top tier service. The line went fast, vacuums are free, but the rinse and dry needs to be better and for $17 you should shine my tires too.

I got the $11, It worked, i never expect these thing to do anything but get off the first layer, it did as well as i would have.

I came here 2 weeks ago, but the machine not working. I call them, they asked me to wash again. They did it with no charge. I removed out my negative view.
