I picked up a lost dog who promptly threw up all over my back seat. I called Arbor Car Wash and they were able to get me in immediately! (Weekday) I got the seats washed and the exterior cleaned. It took about 5 hours but I came back to my car looking brand new! They did an amazing job getting the seats cleaned and smelling great! The outside looks nice too :) My husband was so impressed hes going there tomorrow!

Ive been very impressed by the team and car wash.Im surprised by some of these more critical reviews because I think these guys do way more than the usual. They have always sprayed the exterior thoroughly to loosen up the bug/gunk then scrub all the way around before I go into the automated tunnel. After the main wash, they have always walked all the way around and dried my mirrors and windshield without water spots left.Im going to try them for a detail on a used car in the next 2 months or so and see how it goes.

This place is bar far the best. I will be a returning customer for my time here in Pflugerville! I got the complete package. My car looked like it came off of the show room floor. When I first pulled up I was welcomed by a very nice gentleman to let me know of the different prices and packages they offered. After going through the wash and handing my car over to go to the detail garage I waited in the very nice and clean lobby they provide. Time flew by and they were done by exact estimate they gave me. It’s well worth every penny spent at this establishment. You can also tell that the workers there really enjoy and show great work ethic and take pride in there work. I will be back.

Great customer service. but the whole drivers side of my car was still very dirty when I was done there. I will probably try them one more time, They offer really good detail packages.

Courteous and friendly staff. 4 star wash 2 Star on cleaning interior. Front seat pulled up however you could see back floor underneath seat had not been vacuumed. I think it was just an oversight.

So I just had your company wash my car and I wish I would’ve checked it before I left. They did not properly rinse and dry my car. Now there is dried either soap or clear coat all on my passenger side. I tried wiping off with a micro fiber towel when I saw it but it’s not coming off. I really hope with some water it will, but that of course means that I will have to wash it again. So much for being able to wax my car today. I’m very disappointed about this.

I have come to this car wash several times. They provide excellent service, which means they will towel dry your vehicle even after it went through the air dryer. Also, when they do the tire shine, they do a fine job. If you are looking for a location nearby for a good quality car wash at a reasonable price, this is a good choice. They also offer the monthly discount program.

The quick wipe down of the outside when you do the express wash is so helpful

Wonderful experience today! Kind and informative people. I had a coupon for a free wash for my birthday and utilized it today. The one thing that really bothered me was that I had no money for a tip. I need to stop by after payday this week and do that.

Adequate detail job. Overpriced for what I got.The 2-star review is for the customer service. I came at 3:30pm and they told me to come back the next day at 3:00 so they would have enough time to do the job. I came back the next day at 3:00 and they told me they were too busy...come back early in the morning.I came back a third time (this time I called ahead and they said they were completely available) and the guy all but rolls his eyes when I tell him I want the complete detail package. I asked if I was inconveniencing him and he mumbled “no”.He told me it would take 1 hour, and asked me to leave my cell number so he could let me know when it was done. I rode my bike home, and never got a call. Came back 4 hours later and they said it had been done for hours. I asked why he didn’t call me and he said “man, we’ve got like thousands of cars coming through here. I don’t really keep track of the numbers”.

Went to the site on pecan because it was closer to the house and they try to charge me an extra $100 to hand wash my Jeep saying it wouldnt fit in the tunnel. Even though it has been through the tunnel multiple times at the research location and I left there and went to another And my Jeep went right into the tunnel. So when I arrived not a single car was there to be done and everyone was sitting around. Learn my lesson of never doing arbor again

I had a free happy birthday to pain and Im glad I didnt have to pay for it because the job wasnt very well but it did get most of my dirt off my car

The car wash does a decent job but cant say the same for the vacumn job they do. Its like a race for them to get it done even though there isnt a car in sight behind you. You ALWAYS have to direct the guys drying your car to dry the door jambs and gate lift area!?!

Great service. Interior detail work was very thoroughly done. My car was DIRTY. Cloth seats were disgusting. They got 85-90% out. Rest was just too old to get out. Car looks almost new.

We went here to take advantage of the free car wash that our oil change place gives us. We paid extra to have the inside vacuumed, wiped down and treated with a nice scent. When getting our car, we discovered water still on the outside, dust on the inside and dirty spots still on the doors. I grabbed a rag to wipe the water and someone came to help us. We asked why it wasnt cleaned completely. He said maybe the guy didnt understand what we paid extra to have done. I didnt understand that because most of it was done; just not completely.We will not go back. Im not giving it a lower number because 3 out of 5 times weve been there, theyve done a good job.

After coming back to Austin from a long business trip on a red eye flight I went to pflugerville to pick up my dog and thought I would treat myself to a car detail and wash. When I pulled in my car started spraying out coolant fluid and I realized I was about to be stranded with my 70 lb dog who doesn’t do well in the heat. The top notch crew at Arbor showed me to the air conditioned waiting area while they not only detailed my car immaculately (w was covered in dog hair) but they also reattached the broken hose so I could drive it to my mechanic ..AND the manager who happened to be getting their car washed on a day off went to the car parts store to get me coolant fluid. All of this while my dog and I lounged in the comfy waiting room, the lead would come in periodically to give me updates. I’m happy to repair that my car made it to the mechanic and is running as good as ever, the hose Was fixed so well that didn’t need to be replaced, and I’m feelin fancy in my clean car. I’m a customer for life ! Grade A top notch service and class. Thank you so much fir truly caring about your customers.

Took wifes car there for a full detail. Terrible idea. First, it was $189.00 which i thought was crazy, but the sales guy sold me and I accepted. I expected for nearly $200 not to have smudges on the glass, the leather to be actually cleaned, and the bugs to be gone from the front. Nope, not one of of those things was right. When we picked it up several hours later, they tried to correct it, but just smeared the bugs on the runt and scratched the paint trying to rub them off with a dirty towel. Terrible experience. Always had good luck with the lube center, so Ill forgo the car wash and detail in the future, and would suggest the same to anyone else.

Pulled in today to have my suv cleaned. Paid for the $26 service and was not very happy. Body moldings were not addressed until I brought them to their attention. Said they would cost more to apply the cleaning agent. What?? Also, the inside console was obviously not cleaned. Claimed they did a light wipe down of the dash area. Couldnt deny it when he was shown all the crumbs on the console tray and cup holders. He knew he had to rectify the problem. The place was consistently better before it became Arbor. If you do use this place, do a thorough inspection before leaving.

Interior not even wiped down well enough to remove dust. I actually assumed this was just a mistake so I went back.Even after a second attempt, it still looks like they just dragged a rag over any large, flat areas. I dont expect a detail job but they could at least wipe down the dash and doors completely

Good car wash most of the times Ive visited....unless they are busy. Then I havent gotten a good job done. Last time they didnt vacuum the back at all.

Slowest. car wash. ever. I keep giving them chances because I live right around the corner, but no more! They let cars sit around for 15-20 minutes when there are no other cars in the car wash, and all the employees walk like they are stuck in mud with NO sense of urgency whatsoever. And they are way overpriced. Stick with Genie.

Just left this place. My partner got a very nice looking birthday postcard from them offering a free car wash valued at $29.95 and a second coupon toward $15 off any wash or detail. Her car is nasty so I thought I would go see what I could do with one of the coupons and the $20 in my pocket. Didn’t wait in line at all, which was great. I pulled up, jumped out and started moving things from her back seat to the trunk. A man in a blue sweatshirt over a light colored collared shirt came over addressing me as ma’am and asking what wash I wanted. There was no sign visible from that area that told what the various washes and prices were (much less what each included). I showed him the card and explained I wanted to see with the wash covered. He said it was a basic outside and vacuum, etc. He suggested I use the value of the wash toward getting the carpets and seats done too. I asked how much that was and he showed me a pad with a form aand pointed to a $99.95/99.99 price and mentioned that was before taking off the coupon value. I said that would be great, but I don’t have that money today. He shook his head and said that the vacuum wouldn’t get the sand out of her carpets. I said I understand that, but I didn’t have that extra money. I told him I just wanted to get the outside done and the inside vacuumed and wiped down. Again, he shook his head which made me feel like I was somehow disappointing him. I asked how much that would cost. He said he could do a blank(I can’t remember what the name of it is) package. I asked if that would do what I was looking for and how much it was. He snapped that it would only cost me $10 today, but that I should really use the value of the coupon toward a bigger package. I said I understand that, but I don’t have that money today. I was mortified that I had to say it more than once and this man obviously looked like he was judging me. When I looked directly at him he was shaking his head at my repeated comment of my lack of money. There was no way I was giving a hard earned penny of mine to anyone who was going to look down on me because I couldn’t afford the luxury he wanted to sell me. I said to forget it and that I was leaving. He simply said “Okay ma’am. Have a good day.” He walked off like I meant nothing, which was already obvious from all that lead up to that point. Maybe he though since I was driving a Cadillac money shouldn’t be an issue for me - It’s not mine; it’s my partner’s. Maybe he thought the car was so nasty - it is, she smokes in it and has trash on the floor and dust on the seat - there was no point in doing the little I wanted to do. I don’t know. All I know is I clearly explained what I wanted and was able to do financially and he acted insulted. I went in there being excited and hoping to leave with a wonderful surprise for my partner and a new place to take my own car. However, I left frustrated and feeling like I wasn’t good enough for them to waste their time and knowing I would never recommend this place to anyone. It seems like if you can’t afford anything they offer you aren’t worth being their customer. Very sad and upsetting interaction.

Loved it before they sold but not impressed.First time high charge and bad cleaning. 2nd time it was ok.This time i am only person here and they kept me sitting in lobby for 15 min before they moved my car into wash. Paid alot for detail, looked better before I took it there. Left wax streaks that were not wiped off. Took both cars back and they fixed the problem.

For the price I paid $205 and how long I waited I expected the work to be better. The truck was clean inside and out but the attention to small details lacked. I had to walk around with one of the employees and point out spots on the interior to be toutched up. There was still a lot of dust in my air vents, and small dirt spots on my cealing and seat (from off-roading) that we’re easily taken off and should have been done in the first place. The clear cover in front of my speedometer and the entire center dashboard, including the screen, were very streaky.

They up sold me but didnt wash my car completely. Left spots on the outside and put items from my cab into the bed without telling me. Well I found out a few days later as I saw them fly up and out of my bed on the highway.
