Since Ive moved back to Austin from NJ a year ago, Ive been looking for a barber and atmosphere that was similar. I finally found it here at Fraga and its close by. Ernesto hooked it up but it seemed like all barbers 💈 are on point. Appointment based only FYI. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience with the very friendly barber. Did a great job and new exactly what to do with my difficult hair. He even gave me tips on how to style it to make it look the best. 100 percent 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating!

This is an old school barbershop. Being from NY I have pretty high expectations for barbershops and Fraga delivered. Appointments are a new thing for me but its definitely worth it. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

Very cool barbershop. There are lots of barbers (about 8 going at a time) and they did a really nice job.

Went in for a mens haircut. Place is clean and in a good location. Staff was friendly but didnt seem to take it seriously. (lots of joking, starting and stopping of work, racial jokes, etc). Furthermore Pedro Fraga did not come even close to what I asked for. By the end it was clear that he was over it and in fact did not cut all my hair. Perhaps out of practice with his shears or didnt have any investment in providing a good service. I paid and tipped anyways. But I will not be back.

Moved to Austin and went to a couple different barbershops. Safe to say this is the only one I need to go to. Best service, Arturo is a surgeon with the clippers. He’s faded me and kept my dreads looking fresh, and even helped me transition to short hair when I finally cut them off. The atmosphere of the shop itself is the best in the business! Walked in without an appt. today and was treated First Class. I asked how long of a wait, Ernesto Fraga, said to book me into his schedule, in 20 minutes. I felt relieved and very lucky. Ernestos brother, Antonio Fraga is the sole proprietor, since 2016. I will be a loyalist to them and Ernesto. Great haircut and conversation.

Art has been my barber since 2015. Over the six years he’s been cutting my hair he’s always been respectful, timely, and thorough.

Everyone Ive seen working here does great work, but I have to give a special shout-out to DOMINIC CARRERA. This dude is an artist. I went in needing a new style, but not knowing exactly what I wanted. Dominic was able to take the limited information I had in regards to what I was looking for, and turn it into the exact style I was looking for. Dominics attention to detail is unmatched, and the fades and texturing he adds are far beyond any other Barber Ive been too. Give this Barbershop a try, and schedule with Dominic Carrera if he is available.

Antonio is the best and the staff here is great! My son loves his cuts (bald face high top with designs)and the wait time isnt long. Antonio designs are off the chain, very creative, clean, sharp, detailed work. These gentlemen are dressed up for business. Never been to a barbershop where they have on slacks/jeans and ties 👌👌. The environment is welcoming, every barber cuts very good and works with all hair textures.

My son gets his haircut by Antonio Fraga. Hes great! He always gets a design and Antonio is literally a master at what he does! My sons gotten stars before and now hes getting lightning bolts! And Antonio delivers! They have an amazing crew of men working there and always make me feel comfortable to bring my child in for a cut. 5 stars hands down!

I have been coming here because of the experience and the professionalism the shop projects. They provide anything you need from an old school barber to your fade designs. I recommend an appointment to find a seat in one of their chairs as their reputation keeps them booked.

I had an appointment at 10AM, and I was walking in at 9:59AM when I got a text message stating that my appointment was cancelled. They werent able to accommodate me with another barber at that time so I left without a haircut.Was looking forward to trying this place out for the first time as Im in the market for a new barber shop, but I dont think Ill try again.

Dominic did a great job lining my sides and cutting my hair to grow out.Just went again and had Simon as my barber. He was great conversation and did exactly what I asked! I showed him a picture and he rolled with it. Did a good job at tapering my sides and neck line. Was able to trim the top to get rid of any damage without going too short.

I’ve been to barbers all over the country and I can say the haircut I got from Simon was the best yet! He really took his time and made sure everything was perfect. The prices are super reasonable for the amount of time and care that go into your haircut. The shop also has a good vibe to it with tons of tvs playing. Don’t hesitate to go see Simon!

Thanks for making my New Years great! Had a 315 appointment walked in right at the 9 minute (3:24 t-mobile time not their incorrect time on the waitlist ) mark and already had somebody in my spot getting his haircut. Was told there was a 10 minute window to be late. No mention of that on the website. I was feeling generous and would have given 50% tip for the cut but oh well. Ill stick with my old barber.Response: Im pretty sure it wasnt you I talked to as the barber stated you as a third person. He said 10 minutes. I understand that everyone has somewhere to be on holidays but have it listed in the website what the grace period is if there is one. Good luck with your business in the new year.

Highly recommend. Classy, professional, friendly, reasonably priced and great cuts and shaves. And they offer online scheduling. Been all over the world getting cuts and hard to find great cuts and shaves with 21st century environments. Usually shaves are offered only by barbers that accept cash only or not using online scheduling services. Hard to find barbers using technology offering shaves via razors.

These guys are awesome. Movies and sports play on 4 TVs Prices are great. I take my teenage boys that are very picky about their hair. Not once have my boys complained. This is extraordinary for them.

Honestly pretty disappointed with these guys. I live 30 min from this shop. Normally, my hair cut is great, I have had a view sub average haircuts depending on who I have seen. But today I was turned away while the barber sat in his chair and looked at Instagram and told me that I was 10 minutes late, and he had someone elses appointment in half an hour so he needed to reschedule me. Just came across as someone that didnt care about much, other than themselves. But hey, Im not a barber so what do I know?

This was the second time I took my nephew to Fragas. They are so friendly and welcoming! My nephew used to get his haircut at Cookie Cutters and they just butchered his hair there. Juan did an awesome job both times he cut my nephews hair. He listened to how I wanted the hair cut to be and was totally on point! My nephew is Autistic and can be wary of change but they made him feel welcome they also put on cartoons both times so that my nephew would have something to watch that was age appropriate... little gestures like this speak volumes. I would highly recommend Fragas!

Great shop, crew, and very clean establishment. It is very hard to find a barber but, Antonio and his crew will make you feel right at home. Always get great compliments about my hair. So if your looking for a barbershop give them a try you will be very satisfied.

Husband scheduled an appointment with Dominic and showed up on time only to be told that Dominic scheduled him for the wrong time so he had to wait an hour to get his haircut with someone else who didn’t cut his hair right. The guy did a nice fade though but that’s it. Won’t be going back

The guys are great here. My son and I have only been to Adam, but he is one of the most professional Barbers Ive run into. Had a lot of good classic style cuts (low contour razor fade) in my day, and Adam Skelton stacks up with the best of them. The online scheduling is stupid easy as well.

Fragas is the place to go when you want a precise haircut done right. Ive never been disappointed with any haircut, whether its mine or my sons. Their prices are reasonable ($25 per cut) and you can book appointments, which is great as opposed to walking in and waiting. Ill continue to visit for quality haircuts and would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. Go see my man Erick Tovar over there, hell get you right!

I just moved to the are and I gotta say, this is THE best haircut Ivey ever received in the past decade. Antonio know just how to cut my hair almost even before I told him what I wanted. Definitely gonna recommend this place to everyone.

One dimension barber. If they can get past simple bald fades, taper fades then they will grow to be awesome barbers. I didn’t get the hair style I wanted and it took a really long time. Friendly staff, nice place and will grow but guys step your game up when it comes to different hair styles. Bald fades is 2010 we are in 2017 fellas.
