My first mistake was going to somebody who never did my nails before. I knew once she started on my nails she was brand new at doing them. I tried to give her the benefit of a doubt but once my nails were done I could not leave with them looking like that. I could not pay as much money as I pay to be dissatisfied. They were lumpy and uneven, my coffin nails werent shaped correctly. It was the 2nd worst experience Ive had with any nail shop. I had to get someone else to redo my nails and they (2 people) did an amazing job fixing them. Im not sure if Im going to come back or not.

She did fantastic, not best photo but she did great. Prices are affordable.

Since Covid, they are requiring appointments which is great! However, the past 3 times I have made my appt. and showed up on time, I have waited a minimun of 1/2 hour. While I can understand this occasionally, running consistently late does not encourage repeat business. I have been trying to convince my husband to get a pedi thinking the massage would feel great on his feet. Today, our appt. was for noon, arrived 1 minute past and ended up waiting for 45 minutes for someone, anyone to wait on us. At 10 minutes to 1, my husband and I walked out and will not return. Again, I understand things happen to cause the flow of customers to get behind, but not one staff person acknowledged us much less apologize for the tardiness. I used to like to this place but not anymore.

Was very disappointed with the guy that done my pedi today. He didnt cut my toenails straight or file them down. I still have wax between my toes and hes not a very good nail polisher.

It was a very refreshing nail salon. I loved the service and building was very clean. They really know how to take care of their customers. And the best part... It is literally five minutes from my house. No more driving to Richmond from Dinwiddie for me!!!

Got my nails done on Friday. Acrylic, even though I asked for dip powder. It was done very sloppily with acrylic and polish all over my cuticles. Then the next day 1 nail popped off. Then the day after that 2 nails popped off. By Tuesday 5 nails have popped off for no reason. I have never had so many nails pop off within 4 days of having my nails done. I will not be returning to this salon for a manicure and will continue to go to my Richmond salon where it takes 3 weeks for my nails to lift. I came here for convenience. But their salon is very clean.

Ive been going to Nail Care for about three years and I absolutely love them! Jim and Tina are the best .They are professional, nice, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Its cleanliness also speaks for itself. If youve never tried Nail Care I promise when you go you wont be unhappy. Also the prices are reasonable because remember you get what you pay for! 🥰💅🏾

Ive been faithful to this salon over a year.... i go in & tell the tech, do ur thing on my nails, make magic. & thats exactly what I receive.... i also get my eyelashes done. They stay on longer then expected. At times theyre so busy, Ive done walk-ins & patiently waited my turn bc patience is a virtue & its worth every minute & every penny.....

2nd time there like the environment.they do a professional job.

Went in to get a fill by appointment and I believe Tina did my nails at least thats what her brush said but she did AMAZING 💯🥰💅

First time going here. Of course I’m a walk in. I politely asked the guy if they accept walkins. He acts like he didn’t understand me. So i ask again... are walk in accepted or do i need an appointment. He says no and hands me a card and says you have to call and make an appointment and on the card it clearly says walk in are welcomed. There was only one person in there. I’m not sure if they had other clients coming in but if you’re going to advertise something then you should honor it.

Amazing! Wish I could give 6 stars! Down in the area for the day and I wish I could make the trip down every time I needed my nails done! They take their time and they look beyond perfect

Im always picky about my nails I love for them to look nice, even, and neat. I tried Nail Care for the first time a couple weeks ago the gurl who did them was so detailed oriented and took her time to make sure you were satisfied. And the prices are more reasonable than most nail salons, im definitely coming back.

Paid 50.00 for my nails and 3 days later polish already coming off. Never had this problem before.

The people were nice but I think the girl who did my nails was new. She filed my nails all the way down but I wanted to keep them the length they were.

The staff was nice but the massage was really short, the top coat on my nail polish didn’t cover the whole nail, and the tech tried to correct a spot on my nail but just pressing polish down with her finger instead of re doing the whole nail.
