This was my 3rd experience going here and I love it! They are all so nice and polite. And they do a FANTASTIC job! I am very picky about how my nails are done and I dont usually leave reviews! I will continue to go there!

Gel polish chipped the next day

Do not waste your money !!! She RUSHED a 15 min gel manicure on me because someone was waiting for a pedicure ... I didn’t even know she was done she just walked off to the next customer !! Needless to say, it’s already chipping day 4 ... literally waste of money and time.

Today was my first time going here & literally I am impressed! They are so nice & the young lady who did my nails is the best. She did exactly what I asked for. Thank you to her. I will be returning!

Today was my first time there, Jennie was very sweet and understanding while I was being so indecisive. She took her time on my nails and my pedicure! I will definitely be going back! So happy that it is very close to my house!! ❤️

I have called several times to make an appointment and then they ask me to come hours later every time even when I schedule appointments a few days or weeks ahead. It’s quite frustrating

This place is lovely. Very clean and attractive. Friendly staff. I had the Deluxe Hot Stone Pedicure and it was amazing. I also love that it is close to home. I will be visiting again. :)

Been going here for over 2 years, Jenny is great!!! When I make appt I never have to wait and when I walk in they always tell me how the long wait it. So glad they came to Dinwiddie!!!!

Great service and quality!!

My toes look good but I already have a broken nail and another one thats cracking and its only been a week. I wont be coming back to this salon and its a shame because it is close to my house. Oh well, will have to keep looking.

We went as a party of 4.Service for 3 was as good as other walk in salons. However, the forth received horrible service that took 2 1/2 hours. The manicurist apparently did not know how to do French nails. He moved from grooming the toes to the hands, without changing gloves, while still in pedi chair. The grooming was horrible and it took a long time for someone else to come to polish. Very poor job and unsanitary. Full price charged with offer to come back....no thanks...ever!

Got my feet done on Saturday evening, woke up Sunday morning they Were all scratched up and bruised! In style Nails scratched up my feet now they wont give me a refund. They let me talk to the manager on the phone, he says we are sorry about what happened but we dont give refunds. Isnt that a *****!
