Bongs is dishonest and a crook, how I know is That I already had an service engine soon light on and got an diagnostics done on my vehicle and according to the diagnostic, I needed a water pump. I got this diagnostics from a mechanics shop whom I normally deal with and told him Ill be back in a few days to get him to install the water pump and a serpentine belt, but when I called to the shop I normally deal with, he was on vacation, so I went to Bongs Auto Repair and Bongs installed both the water pump and serpentine belt then I got a call from Bongs telling me he finished installing the water pump and belt but I had another leak in my radiator which I already knew I didnt because I had a pressure test done on my radiator 2 months before this and my radiator was good and didnt have NO leaks, Bongs told me I needed to replace the radiator right then so I told him I never had a leak in the radiator just the water pump and he said I was right about the pump but the radiator has a leak to, so I said Im going to pay you for installing the pump and belt but Im taking my car back home then I ordered a radiator and got another Mechanic I knew to come to my place and install the radiator, he done it in a little over an hour without taking off the bumper like Bongs told me would need to be done and Bongs also said it was a 7 hour job, that would have been well over $700 if Bongs would have done the job, it cost me $150 from my other Mechanic and its running well, when my other Mechanic took out the old radiator, it was a hole puncture in the plastic part of the radiator where you cant see it because its so tight in there to see it and have a cover covering it it looked like somebody punctured it with a small hammer. Bongs might treat you better if he knows you but if he doesnt know you like myself, hell get over on you big time. Dont take your car here to this lying crook!
