Kim gave me an excellent pedicure. However, I came to nail bar because they displayed a banner that said outdoor pedicures. When I arrived pedicures were indoors – I think there had been a time when salons could give outdoor pedicures but this was no longer the case. I am a little phobic about being indoors unmasked. Salon workers were masked when they were with clients. But they were not masked if they were not with clients. This made me a little nervous. Kim was excellent and I will return when the Covid situation resolves.

I am not one to write a bad review ever I’ve maybe wrote like 3 in my life time but I got my nails filled here on Sunday I had an appt at 11 and I had to wait 35 min before they ever started me they didn’t acknowledge me at all sitting there until I finally asked how much longer and they said they are double booked so I was trying to be understanding because sometimes that happens well on Tuesday two days later one had already broke so I called to ask what appointment they have available and they told me to come in at 11am the next day… well I am here and it’s now 11:20 nobody has helped me and once again I’m waiting now 20 min past my appointment time. They have gone way down hill and I’ll never be coming here again not worth a $55 fill

They are all very nice people and know their job well. The only thing that still bothers me is when they speak to each other in their own language. Im sure theyre not saying anything about any of their patrons; but you feel like they are and its kind of uncomfortable. But beside that, its always a nice experience. My only suggestion is to call and make an appointment. If youre a walking you may have to wait 30 minutes or more but its definitely worth it.

I love the pedicures I get here. They really take their time to make sure you’re happy with what they do. I happen to be allergic to the acrylic that they used but that’s my body not their fault! They are professional and attentive to details. I suggest the hang ova pedicure. It’s amazing. They used to give complimentary drinks before Covid but the style of the salon and the people they have doing the work are all friendly and amazing at what they do. I will go here for all my pedicures.

My manicure didnt make it until dinner time before it started chipping.I paid $100 for a basic pedicure and an acrylic dip on extremely short nails. The place was cool and I was thinking of coming back with my girlfriends but the nails didnt make it through the end of the day without chipping! By day 2 they were all chipping and by day 3 I took them off because they looked terrible and were lifting.Very disappointed. This was my first visit here and I wont be back. Ive had acrylic dip at other salons that lasted 3 weeks, Id rather give them my money.

The absolute WORST experience I have ever had. My nails were cut and filed lopsided. At one point I had to try and cut and file my own nails because the technician literally couldn’t understand what I was trying to communicate to him, multiple times. He destroyed the shape and integrity of my nails. He then proceeded to slather my nails in so much polish it looked like a small child had painted my nails. The worst forty-five minute experience ever and I ended up leaving the salon without polish and my nails ruined. And was charged $20 for this poor-excuse for what they called a service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The guy did not know what to do with my growing in nail and called old lady who cut off my nails done damage my skin and root of my nail and cracked my nail. My nail is infected and so on pain. I could lost my nail. Manicure was done by girl and she left me and did not finish filling and put the nail polish. And manager told me I should leave it with out nail polish. That is so good with out.If you want infractions on your nails and beed from cutting nails soo deep go fit it.

This place is my absolute favorite nail salon, they are the only people I will go to now just because the service is absolutely amazing the art is incredible and the employees are extremely sweet. I 100% recommend them for anybody looking to get their nails done

I made an appointment and was basically ignored for 10 min then seated and ignored again I had an appointment for 5 pm I walked out at 530 customer service is horrible wouldnt reccomend to anyone

The nail technician lost control on the electric file and cut my cuticle open.. I was bleeding. The technician didnt even acknowledge she cut me open even as she dabbed my blood away and then poured acetone on the open wound. At the end of my appointment, the woman collecting my payment had the audacity to ask if I was leaving a tip. Heres a tip.. acknowledge when you cut someone open next time if you want them to even contemplate coming back or giving a tip!

Love the Nail Bar. Sassy and Modern....lots of space within. Just returned for a manicure and cant wait to go back!

Great experience with a clean environment (with covid protocols) and professional, friendly staff. We were walk-Ins as well as my son’s first mani-pedi. He didn’t want nail polish, so they spent extra time on his massages. He will definitely get other mani-pedis based on such a good first experience. Thank you!!

I was hear from out of town and came in for a fill. My nails are perfect! They did an amazing job! Kim started and a man finish. Dont know his name but they were both great. I will be back when I am in town.

This was my second time visiting this salon and Im very happy with their service. The first time i was seen by Kevin and the second time by Nick, both very good at what they do. I recommend either one.

They will take their time as long as there arent any other customers walking in. I had my nails done there and all but three of them came a loose and off in less than two weeks. Also, they didnt allow my toenails to dry before moving me to The nail bar which ruined my toenails and I had to go back the next day to have them fixed only to be charged again for their mistake.If youre going to take a chance with them I would suggest you go when there arent any other clients there and it looks really slow.

Nick is the absolute best!!! I went in on a whim to get my nails fixed and he got me right in and did exactly what I wanted, they turned out even better than I expected! I will forever go to him! 💜

Best nail salon! Kimmie and her team are great. So friendly and top notch service in a clean, upscale salon.

Very accommodating nail salon. I typically will just walk in and they will see me within 10 minutes or so. Lots of colors to chose from in both gel and regular polish. The space does not smell like a lot of other nail salons I have been to do, and they also will serve you a drink to sip on while you get your nails done!

Always friendly staff, does a great pedi their the best. I love this one better then the one in Windsor. I just read so of the views and Ive been going to the bar for 3 yrs. Never had any bad experiences. Sometimes you get back what put out. Just saying

This place was so much fun and the service was outstanding. I got a gel pedicure with paraffin and a hot stone massage and an eyebrow wax. They served me mimosas and kept coming back and massaging my arms and feet. It was like Jessie Jings but here you get booze and your nails look and feel amazing. Ill be coming here with my girlfriends from now on.

Love this place. I go bi-weekly for a great pedicure. This is the only place Ive been for a pedicure that has been able to make my feet nice and soft.

Vivian and Tina gave me a good manicure/pedicure but man was this place hectic and unprofessional. The staff yelled back and forth to each other from one end of the salon to the other the whole time I was there. A few of the staff members were sitting in salon chairs literally stuffing their faces with snacks and watching videos on their phones at full volume. Every time the salon phone rang it read out the callers phone number and every appointment made was on speakerphone. If full auditory assault is how you like to unwind, then this is the place for you but if you want to relax, go somewhere else!

Not only did we wait 45min for an appointment we had set, but then my friend waited another 15 min sitting not getting any service. Then they didnt give a proper massage, they charged extra for only having the tips of your toes done. 50 bucks for terrible service and rude service. This is the 3rd time.

I use to go Windsor nail bar but it’s to far. When they opened one in Petaluma I was so excited, the best part of the Nail Bar is the atmosphere it’s beautiful, the music is always great and they offer drinks. This place is SUPER expensive which I wouldn’t mind if I was getting the quality nails. The first time I went to Petaluma nail bar I had 2 people working on me and I couldn’t get comfortable in the pedicure chair, the guy who was doing my pedicure cut me. I also had a full set that day. My acrylic lifted in a week, mind you I spent $225 on 2 Pedicures & 2 full sets. I ended up getting an infection on my finger. I must be glutton for punishment, because I went back. I had a second negative experience. I really wanted to like this place.The owners are AMAZING super sweet.But, unfortunately a lot of their employees are rude and don’t pay attention to what they are doing. I won’t be going here again

FINALLY I found the ultimate nail salon. I’ve been to almost every salon in Petaluma. They have super friendly staff, talented nail artists and they made sure I was 100% satisfied. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! Thank you Nail Bar!

All I can say is, don’t go! Pedicure was fine but manicure was awful, lumpy, sloppy .....just ridiculous!Staff very unprofessional, my manicurist pushed and pulled my arms, got upset when I told her I wasn’t interested in having my eyebrows cut..... she laughed uproariously and jumped up and down and yelled back and forth to other workers. I felt like they were talking about me also. So awful!

Iv been coming to nail bar for about a year now and they always make me feel so welcome. kimmy the owner is super sweet and all staff are very sweet to me .I love how My nails come out and my pedicures I love the set up inside and is always clean music is good and just a nice Environment

Got my nails done and they broke the next day... went back to get them fixed and took them an hour and a half to finally finish them and my nails didnt even last 1 week and they didnt do what I wanted/asked for. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. Its not worth it

My second time there and I was getting mani pedi,! First I hate when two people work on me more tip! When they were doing my nails I felt a sharp pain on my toe it wasn’t until I got home and I was all the blood! It bled for two hours. I called them and they said come back in, I told them no I had dinner plans so the manager said she won’t call the next day which she did not! Asked for a refund was told no but I could get a free mani next time! Not happening worst ever

Terrible!I wanted to cry today 12/30/17 after she was done with my nails.Kim the owner is very gifted, talented smart young woman who unfortunately is letting making more money getting on the way of providing good services.I have been in Nai Bar 2 times and both times my nails were done by kim the owner.The first time I went the one located in Windsor on 10/2017. The day I went I was looking for some one to take me in without an appointment....and my hair dresser recommended her....She said appointment are not needed there. My hairdresser called and She confirmed that the owner kim will be doing my acrylic nails and the design colors I wanted.Kim did for the most part all the work and had her staff helped her finalzing the acrylics part . I asked her to do the nail design. She did.I showed her the picture of the design of nails upon my arrival..she came back with the colors. My only bad experience that day was at the very end...when she attempted to send me away without finishing the design because more people was coming in and She wanted to take care of them..I pointed out to her that I was feeling rushed....(she said we were done and She did not finish painting the last part of the design). I asked her to finish the job nicely.She did not like my comment.She asked that cashier to add 20 dollars more for the design. I did not mind as long as the job was done properly. I paid 50 dollars for acrylic nails with gel and 20 for the design. I did not mind paying 70 dollars because the nails ended up beautiful!The second time I did my nails was today, 12/30/2017. I went to her store in Petaluma. This time I called ahead of time to make an appointment hoping I will be able to have more relax time....I did not want to feel rush.I was told to go there at 1pm. I was approached by her receptionist asking me to pick the colors while I was waiting. I told her that I would but wanted Kim input as an artist to make sure I pick the correct colors as the picture. Kim started her work at 2 15 pmWhen Kim finally came to do my nails. She asked me if I had picked my colors. I repeated to her that I did but I wanted her input to make sure the colors were very close to the picture. She did not like it. I saw it on her face.She started The work. I assumed that since they gave me that color tray to pick those colors were available....but when she was ready to apply the colors. We learned she did not have it. She asked me to pick more colors and She did not have all 3 brown colors I picked .....she told me I needed to pick another one QUICKLY....again she was rushing me....I picked what she had available....when I told her that the details did not look the same she said...SORRY I DO HAVE THOSE COLORS EITHER.I left her place with another design but mine....I hated the colors....she appeared to be ready for me to tell me that she is not interested in my services because she has a lot of clients ....She is pregnant....and a baby inside of her is exposed to chemicals. I made a comment to wear a mask to protect her unborn baby from inhaling those chemicals... and She ignored my comment.She was so rude and unkind.She will see her own karma.

The workers here were rude and did not do what i asked. One worker continuously laughed at me, cut me 3 times, and was just overall mean. i’m never coming here again!!

Not recommended, I took my mom to get her nails done there and the employees were rude, on top of that they demanded more tip.

Sprayed with water while getting into the pedicure chair and were shaping my nails wrong. I left wet and my hands not finished and was charged for work done on hands. I had to buy a new set. Will not go back.
