Asked for a full set with gel polish. She cut my pinky with one of her tools and the nails came out very bumpy looking. My two pinkies are different lengths, no attention to detail. She did everything too fast and then tried to charge me $60

It was kinda a lame place

I received the worse dipping nail manicure Ive ever had at this salon. I was visiting Petaluma and if I had had more time I would have demanded a redo. I live out of the country and was visiting and thought I would treat myself to a nice American manicure. the women in Psnama do a much better job and I believe my manicurist was he owner of the shop. Truly a terrible job.

Always worth the wait! They are sweet and provide great service every time! Plus if you get gel manicures or pedicure you get little back massage included!

I had my nails done here the other day. First off, I was told they would be 24 dollars. Then, after the fact, having just the basic acrylic nails put on, with basic clear polish, was told it would be 40 bucks. So, I paid that along with a nice tip. I came back in two days later. My nails were too wide and were cracking in three different places. This is the first time having acrylic nails put on in ten plus years. Jennifer was there when I came back. I showed her where they were cracking and how they were way too wide. She said she couldn’t do anything for me. It wasn’t time to have a “fill”. I asked her to please fix them. She said “I can’t help you, I have customer waiting”. I habd to say I was so frustrated and disappointed. The lady that was waiting for her nails to be done was more pleasant than any of the women working in there. I will never go back. I didn’t ask for a refund,but only for her to fix what was wrong. Very lousy business ethics!!

Consistently good. My nails lasted 2 mns between fills. Jennifer is so nice and does an outstanding job. Ive been to quite a few nail salons in my time living in Petaluma and so far, this shop is the best!

Wide variety of skills here. I’ve been lucky. Have had mani/pedi several times and have been very happy. Wonderful massage!
