Rich is, in my opinion, an endangered species. He has helped me every time I have had a computer problem, laptop or desk type, no matter what it was, he found a way to make it work, And, he is SO reasonable in what he charges I always have to give him more than he asks for. Once he worked well into Christmas Eve getting all of the information from one computer to another for one of my family, so they would have their new computer the next day. It will be a sad day for Petaluma when this local treasure closes his door.

My son broke the screen on his laptop. we called around several other places and actually went and had them look at it at one super lame place in rohnert park.... nobody could find the part it was too much to fix? other shops estimated it at over $500 to fix. We found a guy named cory on yelp he gave us williams number and it has been smooth sailing ever since! He had us buy the part on eBay and when it was delivered he fixed it for $75 dollars!!! Incredible value and very knowledgeable. 5 stars
