Jerry has been super helpful and easy to work with. He also has flexible hours. My laptop needs to be shipped to the manufacturer for specific parts, but Jerry provided a diagnostic and didnt charge me as he didnt have access the OEM parts. I will definitely take any future computer issues to him.

This man is a menace. He does NOT tell you how much he will charge, before doing work on your computer. Then you get stuck with an exorbitant bill. He does NOT communicate if there is a delay. Then he becomes verbally abusive and throws you out of his shop without completing the work you already paid for, and even threatens you! He should NOT be in business and he IS being reported to authorities.
